I first visited Optimum with an emergency situation. I had fallen and twisted my kneez it happened late on a Friday afternoon. I was a new patient recommended by a friend. They squeezed me in as last patient of the day. They spent lots of time with me taking X-rays and determining the problem. They then responded to all the problems and got me on the mend before the weekend. As a result of immediate corrective action, I was on the fast road to record over the weekend. I continue my visits so the I can move quickly to long lasting health! Thanks to great new friends and their care I am excited about the healthy path they have me on.

Then he sat down with me and explained everything. He took the time to explain everything. It has grown into a much larger place with multiple dr’s. I have been very happy here . Each dr. I have had have always been very friendly and very knowledgeable. And the girls at the front Desk always made you welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about these Chiropractors. They’ve been a pure Godsend. Dr. Andersen was the first to X-ray and identify my degenerative spine, hip and neck issues. And has been wonderful/effective and compassionate in his treatment. Dr Poe has also been just as phenomenal. He readjusted my back today after I took a bad spill/fall. After checking me for a concussion and gently checking all of my back/neck areas affected. And the receptionist ladies are the absolute best. I won’t go anywhere else now.

Well where do I start.... first off I want to start by saying how thankful I am to have come to optimum chiropractic they are down to earth the most kind and understanding staff i have ever met, they make you feel at home and part of the family. I do want to come out and say once upon a time I was in a abusive relationship year's ago (not going into details) but for the longest time I did wanted to go to a chiropractor because my neck never felt the same after the relationship ended but never went because I was so afraid of how I was able to afford it because I didn't have insurance and no offense to anyone but I never really felt comfortable talking to doctors (but as that has been said) optimum and staff has made me feel safe and comfortable. They were kind and took they're time to listen to me and was able to work with me on payments that was affordable for me. I really would recommend to anyone to optimum chiropractic. I feel like myself again and I don't feel that much pain anymore. I sleep better, my neck feels good again. Thank you, thank you optimum for everything that you do. I have been a patient since 2014. Dr. Brett Vowles was the only doctor at that time and there was only one front desk staff member. He made it so I no longer needed the spinal fusion surgery that was being recommended by other doctors. I owe him so much. The great thing is that I've had the chance, like many other OC patients, to see the practice grow from one doctor and one location, to 6 doctors, two locations and several team members. I also have had the privilege of being a part of this team for two years now. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else as a patient or work with any other team.

I have been to many chiropractors over the last decade or so, and this one definitely stands out from the rest. Staff is friendly, EVERYONE is knowledgeable, they remember small talk information from a couple weeks before, and the PT paired with the adjustments has been helping much more than some I've seen in the past. They are always busy, but never running more than a few minutes behind. Its a bit tight on my personal budget, but my back is less tight, so I guess its a good trade. Def recommend them.

Doctor Reicks has been working with me for the past couple weeks and I have noticed tremendous changes in my alignment! I came in with neck stiffness and lower back pains. My X-rays showed that my neck was straight as a rod with no curvature and one of my hips was higher than the other. After 4 adjustments over a week and a half period, my neck is significantly less stiff and my lower back pain pretty much non-existent. I also feel like I have more and more energy each day after every visit. I would highly recommend these guys. Not only is the care excellent, but all of the staff is also super nice, helpful, and very professional!!

I drove an hour just to be told that they're closed on Thursdays. I set up an appointment online a week prior and the website let me set up an appointment and didnt say anything about it being closed on those days. To be fair I shouldve looked at the schedule but it shouldn't let appointments be set on those days in the first place. It wouldn't let me set up an appointment on weekends so shouldn't they be able to disable Thursdays as well? The person that was there was nice and understanding although.

I have been going to Optimum for years, Dr. Brett not only has a great attitude but an ability to get along with anyone from young children to the elderly. My kids have seen going to see Dr. Brett as well for years and know the full routine and what to expect. After a car accident in October I was left with decreased mobility in my neck and horrible headaches that plagued me right away after impact. Dr. Brett set up a plan for me to get back to great, he knows that I am a hard worker and a weekend warrior with constant projects and sports and he wanted to make sure that I was at 100% before trying those out again. I became curious about these guys from a "Lunch & Learn" body scan they did on me at my work. I've been going to a chiropractor fairly regularly over the past 8-9 years without much progress, so I wanted to see what their ideas were. I have went to 3 different chiropractors in the last 2.5 years trying to resolve a severe neck pain that has hindered my very active lifestyle tremendously. Dr. Reicks listened to the specifics of issue and seemed rather excited to get started with the xrays and treatment! He was very meticulous in his examination of the xrays and did an excellent job of explaining the cause of my pain. The best part of this while experience was that unlike every chiropractor I've been to in the last 14 years, there was no forced adjustments that left me in pain afterwards. For my specific issue he used a technique called a toggle adjustment which didnt include any uncomfortable or painful twisting just a drop table and a directional push on my neck! After my 1st adjustment I was in disbelief immediately after! The shooting pain and pressure thays been a severe constant pain for so long just disappeared. I was pain free for 10 days before I went back and had him check me out again. With each adjustment I notice an increase in energy, sleeping all night, better attitude and best of all no pain!
