I was in absolute agony one Thursday morning. I had pain that had me in tears just by walking. Fortunately, Dr. Ben was able to get me in very early in the morning. He carefully assessed my problem, and discovered that the issue was more than what a simple adjustment could do. Given this discovery, he administered a series of other tests and treatments during the appointment. These all provided relative relief in the moment; however, the only long term solution was, as he advised: rest, ice, and anti-inflammatories. As it happens, that was the perfect advice because I am 100% back from that crippling pain about 2.5 weeks later. I am thoroughly convinced that if I had gone to any other chiropractor, I would have very likely been left worse than when I came in. Dr. Ben even provided me an opportunity to contact him directly if I needed more help following that appointment. I absolutely recommend this clinic.

I was sent to LaFleur Chiropractic to see Dr. Benjamin due to lack of range in motion along with other injuries. I've been going to LaFleur Chiropractic now going on three weeks. I would highly recommend anyone with an injury or needing an adjustment to go see Dr. Benjamin. I was experiencing headaches for over a year 2-4 times a week since my injury over a year ago. Since seeing Dr. Benjamin, I'm now down to 1-2 times a week with headaches, this has be reduced by 50% so far, what an awesome feeling. I had shoulder surgery just over four months ago with limited range of motion. Since seeing Dr. Benjamin, my range of motion has improved around 25°-35° in little as three weeks and improving every time I see Dr. Benjamin. If you feel that your not getting anywhere with your headaches, or injury, don't give up and give LaFleur a call and give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. Dr. Ben has been fantastic! I recently moved to the area and after going to the same chiropractor in Omaha for the last few years I was concerned about finding a new chiropractor. Right away my fears were gone. Dr. Ben is easy to speak with, has a positive attitude and is great at relating to patients. Additionally, Christina at the front desk is friendly, has a smile on her face when you walk in, and is always helpful with scheduling appointments and making changes when needed. As for the care and the help with my back, neck and shoulder pain, he explained everything that was going on, needed adjusting and attention. The appointments are more than just coming in and being adjusted. Dr. Ben takes notes, listens and focuses on areas that are bothering me, takes time to help prepare areas for adjustments and even offers ice/heat pads after the adjustment with other options as well. I had a weird foot pain once, but when Dr. Ben adjusted my ankle I walked out pain free and went back to running within a few days. This is the place to go for all your chiropractic needs. This husband and wife duo work wonders. I see both doctors. I love the machine they use to stretch my lower back. Dr. Ben does great with with sports injuries. And Dr. Elizabeth works wonders with soft tissue works. They are family friendly and offer flexible hours.

He really knows how to heal the body, and takes time to explain what is going on and how to proceed. I had been experiencing headaches almost every day for several months. Before I came to Dr. Ben LaFleur, I was referred to visit an occuponture for my sciatica nerve pain, but it only helps me temporarily relieve the pain. Somehow I found Dr. LaFleur on the website and really glad to visit him cause I have this SNP for couple months long can't stand it anymore. So I have been treating by Dr. Ben for the last 3 weeks (twice a week) and really felt much more better than ever. He is amazing and super friendly and I definitely will go back to visit him until I completely healed. Thank you Dr. Ben again!

I have an old lower back injury that randomly flares up every year or two and causes me a lot of pain and mobility issues. Super easy for me to get an appointment with Dr. Ben, even on the same day! With my insurance policy, it's very wallet friendly. Unsure of costs without insurance, but probably still affordable. Very nice guy who truly cares about getting me back on my feet and pain free! Has lots of equipment to do different treatments. Even fixed my wrist pain from an old broken wrist when I didn't think it was fixable!

Dr. Ben goes above and beyond for his patients. I'm from out of state and I looked all over the Des Moines area for a chiropractor, most of the reviews I read for other chiropractors in the area were just your standard "this chiropractor is amazing" without really saying much else. With Dr. Ben he not only helps to align your spine he does more of a sports medicine type of healing. I have chronic pain from a bad car accident, and ever since my accident I've had severe sciatic pain radiating down my left leg that was a consistent and constant pain. I've been going to LaFleur Chiropractic since the beginning of May, and the sciatic pain is all but gone, and my "chronic" pain that the doctors could do anything about (except throw pain pills at you) has been reduced so much that I am way more active than I've ever been. If you are from out of town or if you live here full time and you're not sure which chiropractor to go with, please go see Dr. Ben and he will heal you, rather than just make you feel better for a while like most other places. This man has hands of healing.

I'm a Californian in Iowa for a 3-month internship, and one morning while getting ready there was a pop in my neck and immediate intense pain! LaFleur Chiropractic was the closest, and they could see me that day! They did some imaging to see what was going on, and began treating my pain to get me to a point where I could get spinal manipulations. Within a week I felt back to normal, and by the second week I felt better than normal. A month and a half has gone by of seeing Dr. Ben and I can see improvements of my forward head posture in the mirror. The only downfall is that I'm going home to California very soon and will no longer be able to come here. Take advantage of this chiropractic office if you're in the area because I wish I could.
