I called them because I was in intense pain from my hip being out of place. They were able to see me right away and although they don't normally do an adjustment on the first visit, I could not wait. Dr Carly was great. She listened and didn't talk down to me. It took two visits to totally fix my hip, but she did it. Prices are comparable and they have facilities all around Des Moines. I am seeing them twice a week now and things are going well.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I was in terrible pain from sciatica (could barely walk or sit) and was almost immediately feeling better after starting treatments. But the thing I love the most is the staff - it is such a friendly, welcoming environment!

I have been going to Iowa Family Chiropractic for 3+ years. I have been going to chiropractors on a regular basis for 13+ years. IFC has by far the best customer service of any medical ractice I have been. They genuinely care about their patients and their well being. They make a huge effort to invest in you as a person from providing a well thought out care plan to remembering something as arbitrary as your dogs birthday- and everything in between. The office is nice and clean, the practice good hygiene and cleanliness. Over all I’d highly recommend this office to anyone

They are helping me learn about my body and giving me adjustments to help my sore and tired bones and muscles, to get back to how I needs to be so I can live daily pain free. While the doctor's are amazing, their recent price updates are not helpful for retaining patients. There is no discount for being on wellness plan, instead they milk their long time patients with the same price that insurance typically covers for those in their first few months of being a patient.

I don't get a lot of downtime, so when I needed an adjustment to alleviate pain from an injury, I went to the best in Des Moines. Before my visit I couldn't reach items on the desk near me, let alone perform at my best in the field. I was amazed at the top notch service and the clear experience the doctors had. They took the time to understand my pain and create a solution that had me high fiving everyone near me in the Des Moines office. It was the best and I'm so glad I can move again. I am 32 years old and this was my first chiropractic experience. My experience has been great. Everyone is friendly, flexible and the facilities are clean. My initial consultation was painless and a clear path and plan was laid out for me with a number of options to pay as well. On my first day, my pain level was a 7 and after a few weeks, it went down to a 3 and now a 2. I have had chronic back pain for the last three years and this has been more beneficial for me than physical therapy. What took months of recovery for PT, has been reduced to weeks by going to Iowa Fanily Chiropractic. I am now back up on my feet enjoying physical activities.

I have had severe lower back pain, that I used to go to the doctor to get muscle relaxers for every year or so. 5 saw how much my daughter had improved, so I decided to give it a try. Chiropractic care requires a lot of trust, and Dr. Kelly is 1 of only 2 chiropractors I use. It's so convenient to be able to walk in whenever my busy schedule allows it or make an appointment. I love how she's so health-conscious. The office also sells special pillows, teas, and oils, which she recommends. She's so kind that it's easy to be honest with her about my health, even when I'm not so proud of my bad habits. Plus, she keeps up-to-date on healthcare in general! She recently told me how reading on the iPad won't help me get to sleep, because the light tricks my brain into thinking it's daytime. It's best to use the classic paperbacks for that. Who would've guessed that was my problem? Her staff are also wonderful. The clerks always smile and wish me well. I recently tried the masseuse who collaborates with Dr. Kelly, and she is excellent, too!
