Such a great place! This was my first visit to a chiropractor and everyone was very welcoming. They explained what was going to happen in detail and step by step. I was just expecting to get back cracked but they use different methods to get your muscles and bones relaxed for it. Very friendly staff. My entire body spasmed so badly that I could barely move enough to come into Dr. Benson's office for emergency treatment. I have been a chiropractic patient for years in several other states and have never received the kind of expert care I am receiving now. After my initial visit I was hesitant about following up because I incorrectly thought that initial visit, based on all of the previous care I have received from other chiropractors, would be the best I could get, but I was totally wrong. Best ever Chiropractors! I am 78 yo Cancer patient. They have made my life so much better since I found them in 2019. They are caring and compassionate and you’re missing the best treatment in this world!! I’ve been doing chiropractic adjustments for over 5 years now, and this is by far the best practice I have been to. The staff/environment is so friendly and fun to be around. And the patient care was phenomenal. I’ve been weightlifting seriously for a few years and really heavy over the last year, and over this time my back has took a major beating. I read some of the reviews and agree with all of them, Dr Benson and his entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and so in tune with their work that all they have to do is look at you to tell where you are having issues!!! I told Dr. B I was having neck pain and the touched the spot instantly and boy was he on the nose! Every time I go see them I leave relieved and on my way to new! They also do massage (Paul is excellent) acupuncture and so on! I am beyond impressed with the level of care and passion from the whole staff, Mrs & Mrs. Dr. B are both the best chiropractors I have seen to date and I highly recommend them to all my friends and have taken my kids to see them when they are in town for a visit!

This is my first time ever attending a chiropractor and boy boy boy, I’m glad I chose this one. From the minute I crossed the threshold I felt like family and at home. The staff makes it their top priority to make sure you’re 100% comfortable and have everything you need. The company also follows enhanced COVID-19 protocols which include disinfecting and sanitizing each machine after every patient and utilizing a constant hand washing and temperature checking process. Amazing and astounding! I never got pain relief from S.I. joint dysfunction with medication or physical therapy and I was very leery of chiropractors. In one hour I walked out of Dr. Benson's office feeling better than I have in years. Chiropractic Professionals of Carolina is a spa for the spines! I was in bad shape having finally pushed my 50 year old body to its limit. I had been wasting my money on chiropractic care in Greenville when I was told to find a Palmer graduate. I went on Palmer's website and Dr Benson's name and his techniques were listed. I made my appointment and in 2 months, I have experienced significant improvement in mobility and pain reduction with each visit. This is achieved with a great staff and office atmosphere. Paul and Tabitha are very inviting and helpful and Dr. Benson's gregarious personality and attention to detail in his approach has helped me handle the chronic condition of (Herniated disc's cervical and lumbar) degenerative disc disease and begin to return to my active lifestyle. His office is full of quality equipment to aid in your treatment. I can not thank the Doctors and staff enough. It is worth every minute of my three hour round trip from Greenville to Columbia.

I made a last minute appointment last Tuesday around 1:30 & they saw me at 4:30 the same day. I was unaware of what to expect with it being my first chiropractic visit, the Dr was fantastic! Strategically and conveniently located between i26 and 277, Dr.Benson and Dr. Bryant were exactly what I needed to recover from my roller derby tournament. Great service, fantastic therapy. Dr. Benson really took the time to help me and made me feel at home. I've never been to a chiropractor who was so dedicated to spending so much time on my pain management and my specific needs. The long massages with biofreeze and the high volt therapy set me up to get back to my active lifestyle. Dr. Benson even helped realign my "bad" knee, which I had all but given up on. I’m not sure of where to start. I’ve been experiencing back pain since 2015 but I first experienced a chiropractor October 2020. Two days ago, I began to feel excruciating lower back pain and tried to make an emergency appointment with my chiropractor but they weren’t available. *then a light bulb went off and said call the chiropractor you pass every single day while working* When I called Chiropractor Professionals the women who answered sounded so happy to be speaking with me and was more than willing to fit me in immediately (like within hours). Let’s just say, I’ve gone there three days back to back (to include today) and I’m never ever going anywhere else! From their customer service to lovely personalities ... they’re the best!!!!

Dr. Benson does incredible work! I came to Dr. Benson with a severe bulged disk and could barely walk. After an hour of working on my back, I was able to stand straight and much of the pain was relieved. They have fit us in same day over 10 times because we have both had bad spine issues over the last few months and are quite busy, so that alone has saved us thousands in lost income as small business owners. I went from screaming in pain and unable to move to back to work pressure washing in literally 2 days! I am a retired US Army soldier who lived up to the Army's slogan of being all I could be during my 20 years of service. OMG, I was at a weekend roller derby tournament feeling tight and majorly out of alignment after a big game. Dr. "Bone" gave me the full chiropractic work over and left me feeling loose and ready for the next game. Additionally, I had Graston on my IT band which was tighter then a drum and making it hard to walk. They loosened it up and I was able to confidently walk away from their table. Lastly, I had some tape applied to my shoulder to assist in a b shoulder that I could barely lift. Within 20 minutes I was feeling some relieve. I'm so appreciative of all the work they did in helping me physically feel ready for my most important game!
