I found this company after it popped up in my FB feed. Went in with inflammation especially in the left ankle. Jasmine at the front desk is nice, alert, knowledgeable and helpful. Bryan, the young assistant with great hair also has a great personality and is very attentive. Lastly, Dr. John (I called him "Father John") is optimistic and honest in his delivery and his compassion alone helped me heal in my spirit from a long battle with my gait and standing. The treatment was done on my ankles and immediately on the 1st two treatments I heard clicking in my ankles, which over the years with RA clicking is a good thing... I did 7 or 8 treatments in the package and felt good results, not a miracle but really good. He suggested a package of 3 but since my insurance company only likes to pay $5k+ to medicate me but not a couple of hundred to treat me I had to stop. The out-of-pocket cost was out of my range. Overall, I will rate affordability and customer service... I give the price and affordability 3.5 stars (not for the working class). I give the customer service at Universal Wellness 5 stars.. Thank you.

This place cured my back pain. I’ve been coming here for 4 years (mostly in a maintenance capacity now). The initial X-rays were clearly explained, and a plan was set out. My spine was doing a few crazy turns and was no doubt causing my terrible mid back pain. After multiple sessions on a strict schedule I began to get relief, and after a couple months my spine corrected, and my pain went away. Now I come in once every 3-4 weeks just to keep everything in check. My back feels great, and if you’re willing to commit to it, hopefully you’ll find relief as well. Great staff! Can’t reco this place enough.

I have been going to universal wellness of Roscoe for more then 5 yrs, for lower back pain. I thought this was something I had to deal with as I aged. Dr Jim told me that wasn't so. I have to say it has been amazing. I followed their regimen to the t. And my lower back pain has improved immensely. Now I only need to do maintenance. I'm able to do my daily routine without feeling the aches later. Especially my passion for dancing. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. They take their time in working with you and listen to your concerns. When you walk in you feel a good positive vibe there. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Kevin is amazing, I’ve Been going to him for year, I always feel better after my adjustments. Whether it’s sinuses, tight jaw (TMJ), back pain, or knees that need adjusted he has done it all!! He goes above and beyond the typical Chiropractor that just adjusts the back, he has patients do extra stretches to help the adjustment last longer and pain decrease. As a teen, my right knee was dislocated 3-times. Payback time came as an adult. Doctors said I might need a knee replacement. I was in excruciating pain, then discovered Universal Wellness and Dr. John. On a discomfort scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst, my pain was at a 14. I had 10 stem cell treatments and now I’m at a 1. I am grateful and virtually pain free. I highly recommend Universal Wellness. Quality of life matters.

I have been coming to Universal Wellness for about 8 months. They have changed a terrible, debilitating injury for me. I almost thought I was about to change my career. As I am a hair stylist of 18 years and I need the use of my arms for work. I was back to work within a matter of weeks. I had several disk herniations in my neck, tears in my rotator cuff, elbows and shoulder muscles, from a few accidents over a short period of time. We used the TRT machine/softwave and chiropractic work, and they have rehabilitated my arm almost 100%. I believe it will be there shortly. I feel very lucky, especially during the pandemic to have found them. My surgeon and D. O. were perfectly fine making me drag this out. I felt like I was getting no help and physical therapy was not helping as much as it did in the past, all with very reputable companies. Especially when my doctors all told me not to seek chiropractic care. I'm glad I did. I highly recommend Dr Lopez and Dr John!! And Jasmine for running a tight ship and always being a friendly face at the front desk. I believe the shock wave therapy saved me from having surgery. I can't say it would be the same for anyone, but it definitely worked for me. I'm glad I tried that before I did surgery! I hope this helps someone searching for help. My deep gratitude goes to the Universal Wellness team. 💕

My son has been getting adjusted by Dr Lopez for 6 years. He absolutely loves him and now that he is a competitive figure skater, he needs his adjustments more than ever. Recently, he started to have some knee pain due to his intense training. Dr López gave him just 1 session of The Stem Cell machine and the pain, that had been nagging him for 2 weeks, immediately disappeared. Wow!! I’m so impressed with this practice and this doctor. I found this chiropractor's office on Groupon and thought I would try it out because, why not, right? Well, it has been almost two years and I cannot recommend or be happier with this office! Dr. Kevin is AWESOME. Makes you feel right at home, is down to earth and attentive to whatever issues you present him with. Jasmine, who works the front desk, is PHENOMENAL! She is very patient with me and my many appointment reschedules, due to my work schedule. The dynamic between chiropractor, patient and office staff is great and you feel like, at least I feel like, you've been friends forever. Dr. Lopez is very nice, as well! Since starting my adjustments and exercises, I no longer experience intense foot cramps (main issue for which I started going), my posture is so much better and in some ways, I am more in-tune with my body, overall. So just in case it is not clear, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This place is the best. Both Dr. Smith and Dr. Lopez are excellent. They're very hands-on and take care of their clients. Their help has gone beyond chiropractic. They truly care about their patients and their overall health. I've been going weekly for over a year and a half and have seen a tremendous difference in posture, pain from old injuries (which has lessened), migraines have gone away, etc. Definitely worth a visit, if you're considering seeing a chiropractor.
