I have been a client of Dr Mitchell's for many years. About a year ago he recommended trying dry needling for my muscle pains. I had been in pain for years as I carry my stress between my shoulder blades. I cannot believe the DRASTIC improvement after doing 1 dry needling treatment! Holy cow! Pain free same day & lasted MONTHS!!! Had my 3rd treatment in a year today, and the relief is immense! This time my muscles were knotted due to working out & now they feel like new!!! This is literally the best treatment for muscle pain I've ever tried. Dr Mitchell & his dry needling therapist are heroes!

This is a fantastic place! The Dr’s take the time, through x-rays of various standing, sitting and movements, to analyze the spinal problems you have. They then prescribe exercises that you can do at home and some that you do in the office. Depending upon what’s needed, the have equipment for traction, along with laser and massage therapies. The additional staff there is fantastic and super helpful to make your treatments go smoothly!!

Had my first appointment yesterday with Dr. Sirek. I was very impressed with the professionalism not only from Dr. Sirek, but from the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, polite, and welcoming. They took their time, answered all the questions I had thoroughly, and did a fantastic job explaining chiropractic process. For my first appointment, Dr. Sirek, listed to all my concerns, asked me many questions about my daily life style, examined me while having me do some basic movements to better understand where underling issues may be coming from. He then ran some x-rays, briefly went over them with me before having his assistant start the red light therapy before sending me on my way. I apricate the fact, that Billings Chiropractic Injury Clinic is not like many of the others out there, who bring you in, quickly do a basic adjustment and send you on your way, leaving you with more questions than answers. Dr. Sirek explained, he makes sure he knows exactly what is going on before ever adjusting you. My second appointment for my first adjustment is today, and I'm very much looking forward to it! From the moment you walk into the office, you're greeted with a warm welcome from the individual working at the front desk. The room is open and filled with physical therapy equipment, surrounded by small private offices. Everything was clean and tidy. The whole experience felt like I was at a spa. I would highly recommend anyone, to Billings Chiropractic Injury Clinic.

First things first, I was a skeptic. Not of Dr. Mitchell or Billings Chiropractic Injury Clinic in particular, but of the efficacy of chiropractors in general. I grew up being told they weren't real doctors or they weren't effective. (This is also reinforced in popular culture - movies, tv shows, etc) I admit my bias wasn't from experience....I had never been to a chiropractor. In January of 2022, I was in an accident. I was tossed around pretty badly, and was in a lot of pain but I didn't want to take pain killers. I was desperate. A friend recommended Dr. Mitchell and his team. I thought it was worth a shot. If it doesn't work, oh well. The first visit was tough. Not only was I in pain, but I was uneasy about being there. I must have wore my feelings on the outside because the entire team took the time to walk me through the process. They explained what was happening and the various ways they could help. I was still skeptical, but pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was. The first visit helped a little. I don't know if I was expecting a light switch for the pain, but I remember leaving and thinking "this isn't going to help much." The second visit, a little more improvement. The day after the third visit, I felt great! My pain level was much less than after the accident! The relief mostly wore off by the end of the weekend, but I started to believe that maybe I didn't have to live in pain. I'm now 5 weeks or so into treatment. I am so happy to say that I feel so much better! The work they've done to help me get to this point has been nothing short of extraordinary. All of this improvement without pain killers! I have never been so happy to be proven wrong! If you are a skeptic as I was, or if you have had a bad experience with another provider, give the team at Billings Chiropractic Injury Clinic a try. In addition to being great at what they do, they work around your schedule and their prices are reasonable. I found relief from back, neck and headache pain, and so can you!

Let me start by saying I’ve been around to many chiropractors throughout 21 years on active duty in the Army. I’ve never had such great service. The staff is absolutely the greatest. Most places don’t even do X-rays, they just put you on the table and crack crack crack like the local walk in. Here they do very Thorough X-rays and gather other important info like past surgery’s. If you are suffering from back issues or injuries I would highly recommend this great team! I would trust their care and service for any family member of mine. 100% Without question I will be continuing my wellness journey with Billings Chiropractic Injury clinic!! And let me also add, they have everything there! I’ve never seen a clinic like theirs, if you are in pain or whatever is going on with you they can more then likely get it under control. I started going to Vitality in March 2017. I was involved in two car accidents, one when I was 14 and the other when I was 16. I had chronic back and neck pain. At the time I was having horrible headaches every day. Until then I had not found any doctor that helped me other than just temporary pain relief, which included other chiropractic care and injections. I began noticing considerable relief after visiting Vitality for three weeks. I’m still seeing improvements as I continue my visits. My headaches are down to a minimum and my back and neck pain has decreased significantly. I can now play sports and do things I never could have a year ago. If you are ready for a real fix to your back pain, you need to get to this place. It is not a generic, wack-a-crack experience, but a custom and in-depth focused treatment. I never thought I would go to another chiropractor after a traumatic experience in college with a quack doctor that used a towel to crank my neck to the point I threw up in his waste basket, However, I have drastically changed my views on chiropractic care after starting my work with Dr. Jeff Mitchell at Vitality. Dr. Mitchell takes time with each patient getting to know them and figuring out exactly how he can help each one in a his very unique and different way. His practice is nothing like the traditional "pop and crack" chiropractic methods. I am a very tall and athletic female all of which has contributed to poor posture and wear and tear on my neck, back and hips. I've literally limped into the office barely able to walk upright, crooked and in pain and after 10 minutes under Dr. Mitchell's expert care I am a new person! I'm currently training for my first half marathon. I'm feeling stronger and more capable of running long distances than I did in my 20's. Other doctors in the past told me I should give up running altogether to prevent further back trouble. I love that Dr. Mitchell keeps your dreams in mind and will do whatever he can to ensure you reach your full potential!

GREAT PLACE!! After over a year of pain and doctors driving me crazzy finally someone that knows how to get somewhere. Only a few weeks into this but finally getting some relief, the staff is fun, friendly well educated. Just a great place to go. Another great thing is they are great with kids I have my daughter going there now for other medical issues that both hospitals here have yet been able to figure out. Now she is being treated here and they are great with her. Being there for 90 minutes to two hours and having both kids in tow they work great with scheduling.

Very awesome staff. It was a great experience not your typical snap crack and pop but they got an entire game plane to make you better not just for a day or a week.
