I visit this chiropractor on Friday at 3 o’clock. It was easy and quick. I recommend to print out the paperwork from website and bring it in. I had very bad lower back pain for 3 weeks. It was my first time at chiropractor. After short conversations doctor was able to figure out my cause of my paint. It took 3 minutes to adjust my back. New patient appointment took 20 minutes. I walk out with no pain. Miracle place.

I came in and expressed my areas of concern and tightness. Dr. Kevin just nodded and said “lay face down “. He was able to pop a few kinks out but when I sat up, I was expecting a few more adjustments in the seated position. I was used to Dr. Bree and Dr. Boyd completing the adjustments in a seated position after laying on the table. He said “ I was done “. I felt cheated and that he didn’t even care about my aches and pains. I even asked him if I were done and he said “yes”.

Sandy Springs was my spot but I live in Decatur area and so far the Sandy Springs the Joint was the best but my chiropractor wasn’t in today so I went to Glenwood location and by far Boyd is the best I’ve been to seriously you can tell his strength and all the moves he used really did me right Sandy Springs is still good but I’m glad I meet Boyd.

1st time ever going to a chiropractor and it didn't disappoint. I was scared s***less but excited at the same time. I wasn't in an accident just had some stiffness in my neck and back and after watching plenty of online videos of ppl going I just had to try it. Sounded like a fresh box of Rice Krispy........The instant relief!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank I can't wait to go back. UPDATE It's been about 2 months since my first visit and I'm still a happy camper. They call to make sure you're okay after the visit and also to remind me that I haven't been in- while most companies just take your money and don't care if you their service or not. Very friendly staff and doctors. Would definitely recommend and will continue to utilize.

I was referred to The Joint after complaining about neck and shoulder stiffness. After a quick assessment, Dr. Eduardo talked me through what I would feel and hear. Before preforming each move he reexplained what he was doing. The first alignment he performed was my neck INSTANT relief of my neck stiffness. I will be making alignments a regular part of my self care routine.

I had my 2nd adjustment here today and left pretty disappointed. Dr. Habib Nasajpour took less than 2 minutes (literally) to adjust me, didn’t ask how I felt, and told me I was good to go. It felt very rushed and lackadaisical. I did NOT get a full adjustment. I know because the first appointment I had, with Dr. Igbo, went way differently. He was more attentive to my needs, way more thorough in the adjustment, and gave good advice on aftercare. I instantly felt some relief after leaving Dr. Igbo. Today, I may feel worse after that appointment. I guess the chiropractors here are hit or miss. I’ll make sure to use a different chiropractor next time.

I signed up for a membership at The Joint to help with mild-moderate shoulder & TMJ pain, and regular maintenance as I work a physically demanding job. I like the open setting, and how you can walk in and out for your appointment. All staff are friendly. In the short time that I’ve been coming to The Joint, I’ve started feeling much better. You can’t beat the price either. New clients - like when joining any membership, read the cancellation policy before signing up. It’s in the initial paperwork and has a whole page dedicated to it. Most of the negative comments relate to this so if this helps anyone in future, great! Only negative is that I’ve felt pretty rushed after a couple of my appointments despite the place being pretty quiet. Not a huge deal for me, but good to note if you’re needing your doctor to take a little bit more time with you.

I called the office today and was given an appointment to come right in. Everyone was so friendly and the establishment was extremely clean. I was experiencing bilateral hip pain and after the adjustment from the chiropractor, I was able to walk out feeling a little better than when I first walked in. I will definitely be returning and have already called family members and told them of my experience and they plan on making an appointment as well. However, appointments aren’t necessary but it’s good to have on your first visit.

If you’re experiencing back pain, don’t wait! Get yourself to the joint. When I went in I could could barely walk and needed helping sitting. I left and was able to get into the car without assistance. The staff was kind and caring, the wait time minimal and the office itself was calming and relaxing. For my first visit I called ahead to make an appointment (I arrived at 6pm). My consultation was a bit rushed as there were several walk-ins waiting while I was there. The chiropractor addressed the areas I was feeling pain/discomfort, but did not spent a lot of time evaluating my spine and looking for other problems that I may not immediately be aware of. I wasn't sure how effective the adjustments were going to be as I am a "self cracker" and the adjustments felt similar to my normal cracks. However, I went in with neck pain and when I left it was almost completely gone. It took a few hours to notice a difference in my upper back and shoulders. I think that the visit was definitely beneficial and I plan to return again. I think with the Joint, you get what you pay for. They have great prices and numerous convenient locations. However, if you are looking for an in-depth evaluation or have more serious problems other than normal wear and tear, you may want to seek out a smaller practice where you will get more personal attention.

They coached me through the necessary paperwork & Covid-19 steps to have services rendered. Overall the services received by Dr. Kiefer were quick, but with care. We had a very calm and informative greeting. Asked several questions & coached me through movements; it seemed as if he wanted to learn of my mobility. While performing the services he was very cautious, and explained each step before he performed. Afterwards, I told him I felt like jelly! Superb first experience & I’m reviewing membership options!! I came in with severe lower back pain a couple of weeks ago. 19 weeks pregnant and could barely stand up straight. The doctors helped me every step of the way. I got some great adjustments that day (I did end up spasming but 2 days later my back was good as new!) I was distraught and emotional due to my pain and all of them tried to comfort me. I was even having trouble getting in my car and one of the doctors came outside and offered to help. Upon my next visit the front desk rep said I remember you. You look like a new person lol!!! Bree was very informative in regards to the stretches & procedures I needed to do to alleviate the pain in my lower back. My pain was minor & inconsistent so I didn’t feel the need to have a membership at this time, however, I will consider it in the future. The only suggestion I have is to suggest a lower plan for those who only may want to come in once or twice a month. Also, to include a plan involving x-ray footage of the main problem areas and how to eliminate the root cause.

Doctors are great here, but communication is lacking from the front desk. Wanted to cancel my account and emailed letting the team know two weeks prior to billing. However, I never received a response until I emailed back to find out how to cancel. I was told I had to come in and fill out a form to cancel membership. Totally understandable, but when I asked about a refund; I was told sorry because my form was not turned in although I had requested the cancellation prior to billing. Very disappointed considering I really enjoyed going there prior to going to physical therapy for a neck injury. Was hoping to return after physical therapy was complete, but won’t now due to the lack of customer service. Updated due to the doctor actually called me himself and offered the refund. Thanks Garrett!

Had a great experience here. Went in in the am with severe neck pain, was too swollen to adjust Dr Boyd had the staff get ice from next door and iced my neck till he could adjust. He instructed me to go home and apply heat to get the muscles to relax and come back before closing to adjust again. He was able to get some movement and relief from the pain. Got a follow up call the next day to check on me as well. Would highly recommend!

Loved this place! Only gripe I have was when I initially came in with the advertisement of $29 and no appointment, the front desk staff gave me an attitude and told me I did in fact need an appointment. I was very confused by their reaction as if I should have known that beforehand, when it’s not advertised as such and no signs anywhere saying that. It was rude and off putting; if I wasn’t in pain I would have walked out. But after that, I was treated with care and respect and all attitudes subsided.

It was my first time going to a chiropractor and going to a place with multiple locations throughout the nation had me a little skeptical on the services. Not saying that it wouldn't of been good service. Well I hurt my back about 3 days before and haven't had any relief. After trying all home remedies and nothing worked, I decided to see a chiropractor. Unfortunately it was Sunday and everyone was closes except for the joint. They had good reviews. And a $29 new patient introductory offer. Good deal! They take walk ins, so I walked in. I was greeted, filled out paperwork and was seen within 15 mins. The chiropractor was very attentive and nice and informative. I even found out that I had knee problems which I never knew. I thought the extra movement in my knee caps were normal. (Apparently not). Anyway I got a goodie bag with info, water bottle and ice pack. I signed up for a membership because of my condition, I must be seen twice a week for 4 weeks. Jeez. Lol but the memberships are really good deals plus they have lots of near by locations you can drop by from wherever you are. This location was only 8min from my house. And my back already feels better! Highly recommend the joint!

Went today because I tweaked my hip on Saturday and haven't been able to do much since. I called first bc I have a hypermobile genetic disease that can make going to the chiropractor dangerous, if they don't know how to deal with my specific condition. When I spoke to the Chiropractor, Dr. Garrett, he immediately knew my disease and asked the right questions, which showed me he really did know what I was talking about. He was very gentle with his adjustments and I walked out of there feeling much better. Highly recommend!

I have slipping ribs which cause chronic neck and back pain. Upon my visit, the doctor asked me several questions about it, before doing my alignment and he also recommend I get an x-ray. I tried to resolve a billing issue because I am in pain and need to be seen. The front office lady got angry with me and won’t even let me pay and be seen. Update: so Garrett was very apologetic and helped me solve my billing issue. If you go on a day that he is there you will have a great experience. All the chiropractors are good, but if you have a billing issue or a customer service issue, I find that Garrett really needs to be there if you want your problem solved.

Dr. Igbo and staff are absolutely wonderful. Started going to the East Atlanta location about four months ago due to chronic back discomfort. I mainly visit on weekends due to my work schedule when Dr. Igbo is on duty. He was the chiropractor that began my treatments, but I have had opportunities to be treated by other members of the staff who were also very professional and pleasant. Though this stands true I must say that Dr. Igbo is the best of all. His treatments have stretched and pulled me to a place that I don’t ever remember being physically. Huge difference from the way that I felt on my first visit. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Igbo is the best I mean just awesome!!! He is very professional. I came into the office with lots of pain radiating down my neck and shoulders apparently I slept on it to long. I'm coming up on my 3rd session and He has literally snatched, cracked, and pulled me back together. He cracked my neck and back in ways that Id never experienced. He has also given me tips on how to sleep in order to heal, and its WORKING. I've seen a total of 3 doctors @ the Joint and while they were all good Dr. Igbo is the best!!

Love this place and that the prices are less than my copay would be for one appointment. I found them after leaving a chiropractor in Jonesboro. I was in so much pain and the doctor took my concerns seriously and helped me feel better in only a few weeks. Because it’s a membership I am able to pay for 4 appointments for the price I would have paid for 1 somewhere else. In addition to being cost efficient the locations are mostly easily accessible. I only wish they had a location in the College Park/Riverdale area. There are no locations south of i20 other than Peachtree City and that’s way too far. However, I love being able to have a chiropractor nearby when I travel most places.
