Her staff is very friendly and they are great with the customers. I notice they greet all of their customers by their name. I was happy to see the reviews when I was referred here. My experience was unlike those mentioned- my encounters with most of the staff was very transactional- with the exception of the girl with the colorful shoes and the one that sits on the entrance side of the desk. I was surprised the receptionist (exit side of the desk) came to tell me what exercises should be done rather than a PT- and left me there to do them unattended without verifying I did them correctly, if anything caused pain, or checking back to tell me where to go next- I don’t expect the red carpet but I do note attentiveness. The Spectrum staff was kind and helpful, so was Dr. Levy but they only come twice a week. I felt like I had to convince the Dr. of my pain/discomfort and that shouldn’t be. I also felt my treatment wasn’t specific to my needs. I’ve changed facilities- the difference is night and day.

I really appreciate the fact that they have later hours of operation. I work in the North Druid Hills area but reside on the Southside. Their hours accomodate my visits very nicely. Additionally, when I get there the lovely ladies at the front desk are always, professional, welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The doctor also has a great bedside manner and they are ALL easy on the eyes. So if there is a bright spot in the rotten car accident that I had it is the fact that I get to interact with the lovely ladies of Arrowhead Clinic Cascade.

The only day that the staff did not address me by my name was the initial day that I walked in. Since then, I have been greeted warmly with "Good afternoon Mr. Sargent! How are you feeling today?"
