Back spasms laid me low when my regugetting much better!chiropractor was out of town. I couldn't wait for their return so I called Dr. Randall's office. They took me in the next day. His work on me has been excellent. I have found a new chiropractic home! He's great, informative, and respectful! Back is finally getting better!

This place and these people have dramatically changed the quality of my life. I’ve experienced intense, chronic back pain for about 10 years. I treated it with NSAIDs, yoga, massage, rest, exercise, muscle rubs, Alexander technique, and baths with epsom and hot and cold compresses. Nothing helped for long. It had become so bad that two naproxen and two acetaminophen would barely touch it. After one session it was significantly better. After a couple of months at once a week, then every other week, it is very nearly gone. My digestion has dramatically improved as well, even though that wasn’t what brought me in. The staff is skilled and professional, and they take a real interest in their patients. I feel known and cared for when I am here. Please don’t wait as long as I did. This is quite possibly the best investment I’ve ever made in my health.

I first met Dr. Randall in the early 90's. I had been to other chiropractors in the area, but all it took was that first visit with Dr. Randall and I was a patient for life. I have benefitted greatly from his adjustments. Later in the 2000's my genetics began to catch up with me and I have had several spine surgeries and procedures to date. I found it very beneficial to have an adjustment just prior to having surgery. Especially when there was a discectomy and fusion. I couldn't be more pleased with Comprehensive Chiropractic. The entire staff is professional and warm and treat you like family. It's been thirty years since that first visit and I look forward to many more!!!!!

Dr. Randall is the one doctor that we see that provides services in a timely manner that is affordable and with instant results. There are plenty of chiropractors around, but it is important to know that we drive from the next town over (30 minutes) to Asheville just to get adjusted by Dr. Randall.

I have used Dr. Randall for over 18 years. He has been nothing but amazing and takes his time with you and Listens to your concerns. He really "gets it" with treating his patients. He goes above and beyond a health care professional. I relocated to Orange Co. California and none of the chiropractors I have seen here even come close to his expertise. I had neck and jaw issues for a year that went untreated because no one was able to properly diagnose my symptoms and one visit back home with Dr. Randall he was able to diagnose and treat me. I always book several appointments with the minute I know I am returning home. He's the first person I see when I get back. I literally walk out of his office feeling regenerated and like a different person. His office staff is enjoyable and they make everyone feel like family. I love seeing Vicki when I come back ;) She's always the best at figuring out my insurance. The office runs on time and is clean. I've been to many types of chiropractors in many parts of the world and based on those experiences over the last 20 years I must say, Dr. Randall and his team do excellent work. It is clear that Dr. Randall has the necessary knowledge and experience to offer rapid relief from acute conditions as well as long term support for correcting more chronic issues. When I went in for severe neck/shoulder pain I especially appreciated the dual focus on both bone and muscle as that was essential to my quick recovery. I hurt my lower back moving mulch, I’m 36 years-old by the way, and was in excruciating pain for two weeks. Nothing seemed to help the pain subside, and I tired almost everything. At the behest of my partner, I made an appointment with Dr. Randall at Comprehensive Chiropractic. The office staff were fantastic! They were prompt to greet me when I entered the office. They checked me in efficiently, quickly, and answered any questions that I had. When it came time for me to be seen by Dr. Randall, he explained his therapeutic approach and answered any and all questions I had. He was professional, courteous, and made me feel completely at ease. After just one visit, the pain that was shooting down my leg from my lower back was gone, and I felt 95% better. I’ve since had a follow-up visit with Dr. Randall, and I highly recommend him.

Absolutely outstanding care here from Dr. Randall and his entire staff. He has tremendous knowledge and skill, but his bigger asset is his kindness and desire to provide the best care possible. I highly recommend Dr. Eric Randall and his staff. My family and I have been treated by Dr. Randall since 2003. I was actually recommended to his office by a co-worker. He really listens to you and gets to know you and your family. If you have hip, knee and/or any foot pain and actively walk, jog or run, then I highly recommend the foot orthotics. I didn't get them years ago, but only recently and it has made a big difference in my aches and pains. He also treated my daughter after a bad car accident and helped her get back to good health. He is the best!

My family has been seeing Dr. Randall for the last 20 years. Him and his wife are like family. They are both always eager to help you in anyway possible. The thing I respect the most is Dr. Randall does everything in his power to help you feel better and stay that way. He gives you things you can do at home instead of making you feel that it is all about more visit's more money. I went to Eric Randall related to a vertigo and balance related issue. He and his staff have been wonderful in aiding in the healing process of my disorder. Working on my many back and neck related issues (micro-traumas) has resulted in a bonus of curing a chronic cough that was apparently due to an old injury in my middle/upper back. My "doctors" had run tests (xray, lung test) and came up with nothing to explain or offer any resolution. I have gained such respect for what the chiropractic community can do for spine related ailments and Eric Randall and his staff are in my mind THE BEST!

I never leave reviews, but I couldn’t pass up bragging about them. I’ve been to a few chiropractors for my whiplash I got a few months ago, and this is the best chiropractor I’ve been to BY FAR. The level of personalized care, efficient customer service, extremely friendly staff, and the results on my neck have exceeded my expectations from day one. My problem is always the same, I go through many chiropractors to find that one gem that does crisp, manual adjustments. After many sports and marshal arts injuries, I simply need a good adjustment everytimeand Dr. Randall is the best for this. He also doesn't push X-rays on everyonejust a solid adjustment from head to toe and very reasonable rates.

I've been to a few chiropractors in my life, and had to come to Asheville to find the best! I've been seeing Eric for about 12 - 13 years, and wouldn't even think about going to anyone else! He truly listens, If I have something going on, a pulled back, a badly sprained ankle, upcoming hip replacement pain and misalignment because of the way I had to walk, Eric uses the approach best suited to my injury. I always walk out of the office feeling better than when I went in - LOTS better! And, with my current ankle injury, of 3 Physicians, including 2 Orthopedic Docs, one a surgeon, Eric has given me more support and pain relief than either "Doctor". As a hands on Chiropractor, he will massage the tightness in my muscles before adjusting me, so that he can really get to the problem area. I couldn't recommend him more highly. I've never been turned away if I needed his help and that is a very comforting feeling, trust me! He takes the time he needs at each visit, there is never a feeling of being on a production line. Whatever time it takes, he does an extremely through exam and adjustment. Did I mention the great staff? Well. I guess I just did, Very sweet, kind and caring. Great people! Wait times are usually very short, if I wait at all. Oh! and did I mention that I've never caught Eric without a smile on his face, never. He absolutely loves what he does, it's written all over him!. I am a very happy lady, knowing that I can always call, and get the help I need.
