In 2018, I started having lower back pain. I was unable to sit for extended periods of time due to the pain. I spent almost a year in physical therapy, received several MRI's, CT scans, and saw a pain management specialist. I felt defeated that no one could figure out what was causing the pain. Then, I met Dr. Bilan. I started coming in weekly for adjustments and deep tissue massages. After a few sessions, I started to feel relief. After a few months of treatment I was pain free! Thank you Dr. Bilan for taking the time to listen to me and know exactly how to heal me! I highly recommend Bilan Chiropractic. Him and his staff are top notch.

I have always been skeptical when it comes to chiropractic medicine, however, I am happy to have been proven wrong by Bilan Chiropractic! After nearly 3 weeks of waking up to headaches, a friend referred me to Dr. B. With smiles and an atmosphere radiating positivity, Dr. B and his team made me feel at ease the minute I walk through the door. Walk in appointments are awesome with little/no wait time. Dr. B listens, asks questions and explains things in a language I understand. He patiently works with me to provide effective treatment despite my nervousness. I believe he and his team truly care about my health and well-being. After only a couple of visit I see noticeable improvement and I am confident that I am well on my way back to headache free mornings.

Dr. Bilan and staff are always professional. I have been a customer for over 2 years and they always greet me and remember my name. They have an X-ray machine on site to take a look at your bones, they have heat and massage therapy, and 4 doctors to help you resolve your chiropractic needs. My 18 year old athletic daughter has also begun seeing Dr. Bilan for adjustments and well being. I have never left this business feeling less than taken care of. I was a bit of a skeptic to start but I'm a true believer now. After my first adjustment with Dr. Bilan I went from constant terrible low back pain to being able to move with no pain! The front staff are amazing, welcoming and knowledgeable. And I'm a huge fan of the welcoming committee Matty and Loo they are wonderful, I love giving them scratches!

I’ve seen every doctor there but Dr Bilan is my favorite. I love the front desk staff. Everyone is super friendly. I must say that I never liked chiropractors. Just the thought of someone manipulating your neck and spine to get it to “crack” just wasn’t my thing. But then I was in so much pain, I called Dr. B. And asked him to look at me. His staff is wonderful! They greet you with a cheery voice & big smiles! They send you back to therapy even before you see the doctor to help stimulate the muscles to loosen before you are adjusted. I had never heard of any chiropractor doing that. It’s amazing how good it feels too! Dr. Bilan has eased my pain tremendously!! He knows what he’s doing and when he adjusts you, you feel better right away! I can’t say enough words to express how awesome Bilan Chiropractic is. As I said, I was a skeptic.. but no more! I will continue to see Dr. Bilan for a very long time! The best in town!! Dr Daryl at this office is the best, calmest, happiest, and overall just great guy! He always sends me away feeling better mind soul and of course body. This is one of the few clinics that treats you like a human with feelings, less like a number. They have a great option for cash customers and take lots of health insurance including states insurance. Check them out and ask for Dr Daryl!

I've be soo happy and relieved since I found Mark Bilan at Bilan Chiropractic about 15 years ago! Without his care, I wouldn't be able to maintain my active lifestyle ~ filled with both motor sports and long distance triathlon and running. He takes care of the back, neck, and hip pain from all my hobbies. I also use to have constant nagging headaches but since going to Bilan they're a thing of the past. I love the level of care I get there, the extensive knowledge they have, the beautiful clinic, and the therapy beds are so relaxing. Jessica and the front staff are fabulous too. Dr. Bilan went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my back feeling better. I was terribly uninterested in chiropractic treatments until my girlfriend begged me to go. I was laid up after hurting my back at work. The next day it was much worse and I couldn't get myself to the clinic (or off the floor!). Rather then let me cancel, he came to my house to get me off the floor and brought me to the clinic on his way to work. Couldn't believe he would do that! I'm sure I would still be missing work if I wasn't getting the therapy treatments and his adjustments. He takes exceptional care and caution figuring out the cause of the pain and the quickest way to get me back to normal. Very professional establishment! The clinic is very nice and clean. All of the staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend if you're ever having back or neck pain!

I can’t express enough how thankful I am for Dr. Bilan and the entire staff at Bilan Chiropractic. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a part of the family. Dr. Bilan was highly recommended by several friends and after no relief from my previous chiropractor, and months of lower back pain, I decided to start treatment at Bilan. At my first appointment, Dr. Bilan sat with me and and asked about my history and what area I wanted to work on. From there, I was taken back for X-rays, then stem therapy (amazing!), and on to traction therapy. It was unlike my previous chiropractic experience so I was incredibly hopeful after just 30 minutes in the office! Dr. Bilan went over the X-rays with me, explaining the source of my pain, and how he could correct it. Still hesitant (but more hopeful than ever), he eased me into my first adjustment, explaining that it wouldn’t be instant relief but that following his specialized treatment plan would bring outstanding results. He was right! I returned daily for the same 15 minute stem therapy, 15 minute traction therapy, followed by adjustment, and after my 6th day the pain was completely gone! It’s incredible to have relief from pain that kept me from doing the simplest tasks. Each and every visit with Dr. Bilan is warm, personal, and specialized for the patient. He is a master of his craft, and an absolute joy to be around! The staff at Bilan is top notch, and I highly recommend anyone who has been leery of seeing a chiropractor to give Dr. Bilan a call, and tell them I sent you! Thank you Dr. B and the entire staff for taking such good care of me. I am forever grateful!

Dr. Daryl is just a great, nice, professional chiropractor. He listens to what you have to say and will adjust you accordingly. Everyone at Bilan is great. The only complaint I have is that every time I get a massage therapist I like and get used to they end up leaving. They do usually find good replacements though.

Everyone there is super courteous and flexible, Dr Daryl took me in a few times without an appointment cause my neck and back was in pain after my accident. Really, he is; I’ve gotten my life back and able to do old hobbies like running again and even sleep because my pain has almost fully gone away in just over two weeks. I recently injured my neck a third of the way through training for a marathon when a friend referred me to Dr. B and his team. I can't thank them enough for the experience. Dr. B took the time to listen to what was going on with my injury, my lifestyle and goals for getting better FAST--he made sure to fully explain his diagnosis and the game plan for relieving my literal "pain-in-the-neck". From my first visit, I felt immediate relief. Each time I visit, each member of the Bilan team makes a point to listen and work with their patients, whether it be scheduling or making sure they leave feel better than when they came in--even the doctor's pups do a good job at making sure you have company in the front office. As of today, I am up and running pain-free and I definitely know where I will be going from now on for chiropractic care!

I had finally arrived to my dream state of Alaska. I have had a life long love affair with all things outdoors. Unfortunately, my body was pretty beat up. I had suffered two major back injuries at the age of 16 and again at age 24. I have a total of 6 bad disc in my back. I have seen Chiropractors in the past but only when I suffered severe pain and loss of movement. Dr. Bilan convinced me that I needed regular visits to help with pain and improve movement and flexibility. I was feeling great! That is until I was bumped by a Dodge 2500 truck while crossing the street. I did not hit the windshield or get thrown. However, the truck did not stop until after he hit me. I was so devastated and in severe pain. I called Dr. Bilan's office and was able to get an appointment right away. I do not have any family here in Alaska. So the personal care and support given me by Dr. Bilan and his staff helped me to stay positive and keep moving. After 5-weeks of treatments, adjustments and massage I was elated to be back. I was able to walk 25 miles as a participant in 2016 Relay For Life! I cannot say enough. If you are suffering from long term chronic pain, make an appointment. My husband hurt his back on Wednesday, had to get ambulance ride to mat su regional. They took radiographs and said there was nothing wrong and sent us home even though he still couldn't walk......got recommended to go to Dr Bilan. They took radiographs and then Dr Bilan went over them with us....turns out he has a pinched disk that was pinching a nerve. He got adjusted and was able to walk out of there standing up right. Absolutely amazing. I can't thank Dr Bilan enough!! I would recommend this place to everyone!
