Great team that works their, but don't take the big NO or we can't help you for hole truth. Call customer service or try another store for a double check as you never know if it can be totally true or halfway true

I've had to T-Mobile for five plus years every time I go into the store with a problem or I want to trade in a phone for a new one the employees are very helpful willing to take all the time you need to explain things to you the very friendly I won't go any place else

Best experience ive had with any phone company. Sydney and Ariana( I hope i spelled your names right lol) did a great job setting me up with internet for my parents and while we were getting it set up we had fun in the store joking around and laughing. I live in oklahoma but i will definitely stop through again! Thanks guys!

This store location has by far exceeded our expectations. Shout out to Karina, Abigail and Dalton for hooking us with the best deals and equipment. They all work very well as a team at this location and the products are displayed nicely. I was on the fence about an Apple Watch and Dalton took his off and let me try his out. I was able to have a hands on look at all the features and get a feel for what worked best. While Abigail upgraded my phone and added a line for my son Dalton looked up the deals I could get on my account for the watches. I wound up getting two, one for me and one for my husband. I had to leave for an appointment but while I was gone they took care of everything and by the time I got back had the watches all ready to go and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. I got a better deal here than I could have a local big name blue and yellow electronic store. I know this first hand because my husband and I went there right after we got our watches and looked around. They are willing and ready to help you here at this store with any of your tech needs. We also love our T-Mobile service and haven’t had any issues. The service just keeps getting better and expanding for half the price of others.

They took an expanded amount of time to answer a ton of questions I had regarding my current phone, questions I had about a possibly new phone and gave me a lot of info about smart watches (which I knew nothing about). They would have got 5 stars, if one of the three associates didn't make me feel pressured to buy a watch. As an added bonus, most of the other t-mobils always make me feel rushed and are super busy. They were super helpful, and I really appreciated that!

Very helpful staff. The Manager stayed late to help me get exactly what i wanted. Before she left she made sure the new associate knew exactly what to do in order to wrap up our transaction. Great service from very nice people.

Friendly helpful employees, answered my questions about my bill and fixed some minor issues with my phone with no problem. Nice clean store, and wasn't too busy. (I picked the right time in the early afternoon, I guess.) I'll be going back in a month or two to upgrade my phone.
