I stopped by cell phone repairs on 18th street To change my broken screen. Martinez was very friendly and helpful! He even helped me set up my phone which has nothing to do with fixing it. I went to this repair shop, to fix a phone thar had been broken for almost 3 months. The workers were very very understanding. The two men who helped me, immediately told me that my completely destroyed phone was fixable. They fixed it in less then 30 minutes. They also gave me a new case for a very good price. I feel more secure in my phone even tho I am very clumsy. I 100% recommend going here.

So, I dropped my cellphone and caused the entire screen to shatter. I didn't have insurance on the device and couldn't afford to purchase a new one. I googled "quick phone repair"; and DMV UNLOCKED WIRELESS was one result from the search query. I called them up and they explained the process. I needed my phone fixed as soon as possible. They had to order the screen for my device which ultimately left me without a device for a couple of days. Fortunately, they sell unlocked Androids and iPhones. I was able to purchase an unlocked device at a reasonable price for use until my actual cellphone was repaired. I must say they bestowed nothing less than EXCELLENT customer service. The technician who assisted me was very knowledgeable about tech stuff and cellphone devices. He walked me through the process with such ease. A great place for a one stop shop for any and all your mobile needs. I'll be returning to them for my mobile needs in the future. I’ve been in this place a lot recently trying to figure out how to get my work laptop keyboard fixed. Customer service beyond top notch. Despite a miscommunication about what my repair entailed, they were fair, reasonably priced, and extremely quick. I can't say enough good things about the service here. I've had phones repaired here that were run over by vehicles. Most recently, I had a laptop worked on. I had taken it to another shop where they held onto it for a month with all communication initiated by me only for them to finally tell me the motherboard had crashed. But with Fahj and Nahom at DMV Wireless, communication was consistent and service was helpful and friendly. They were able to retrieve all of my data and programs, going above and beyond. I've never had a bad experience here.

Both Alex and the employee working the front (I forgot to ask his name) were awesome. They were patient and honest about the issues I was having with my iPhone 7 Plus. I also needed help with MacBook Air repairs. After Apple told me I’d need to completely replace my laptop fan from one diagnostic test, Alex physically checked it out and solved the issue just by cleaning it out. While the issues with my iPhone were outside of their control, they did their best to help me where they could. Best service, 10/10 would recommend! I will probably be returning to check out their cell phones deals 😊

My phone was pretty badly cracked when I went searching for a phone repair store, so I was ecstatic to learn they were open despite it being a national holiday. They told me to arrive before 2, and once I did I received service immediately. Although after my screen was fixed I was told there was something wrong with my speaker, the young man who identified the problem offered to fix it for free. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of a quick and professional phone repair.

I brought in an IPhone 7 32GB no damage at all and was trying to sell it for a reasonable price. The phone was still locked w/o me knowing so FRAZ gave me directions to locations where I could get the phone unlocked since it was paid off.. well that took a few hours.. after finding out i had to wait a few hours for it to completely unlock I left the phone in store. I trusted FRAZ with my phone as I went home because I wanted to sell it but didn’t want to keep coming back & forth to the store since I lived miles away. He was very communicative every time I called he answered and when my phone didn’t unlock at the time I wanted it to, he still bought the phone although, not at the price I wanted it to be because the phone was still being unlocked he bought it at a reasonable price LOCKED. AND, i didn’t have to come up to the store to get paid he used a mobile app called “ Cash App” for those who don’t know about it you can transfer money within a click of a button. At the end of the day I didn’t want the phone that’s why it got sold for a lesser value and because it was still locked but the service here is great and I recommend anyone who is trying to get repairs, sell a phone or even BUY A phone with pretty cool accessories and the new standards of usb c cords and adapters and of course everybody’s favorite a reasonable price. This is Legit.

These guys are awesome! When my Iphone suffered a fatal error that no company could really fix other than apple, they offered me an amazing deal on a new, better phone lower than the repair cost of the phone. Saving me a hundred bucks over what apple would charge me to repair and replace. The new phone is only slightly more expensive than my original phone, and they threw in a warranty and glass screen protector for free. I can't stop recommending these guys. They're really here to help you out, and their deals can't be beat honestly.

Somehow managed to disconnected my LCD and screen and my phone went haywire. After frantically Googling and searching around, I decided to go with DMV Unlocked because of their low prices and good reviews. Went in today - on Labor Day - and they fixed my iPhone 5c in probably 20 minutes. The home button sticks a little now and the screen isn't 100% the same as it was before, which I certainly wasn't expecting, but otherwise it's good as new. I'm beyond content and for only $65, this was a great deal. I would recommend it, especially if you're in a time bind and need your phone fixed quickly!

I did a fairly good job of making major mistakes while trying to replace my own battery with bootleg Chinese garbage acquired from amazon. I dropped my iPhone in water about 2 months ago and it died. I was able to buy a refurbished phone for a very reasonable price. Mohammad is very nice, and they put a new battery in the phone and put a protective cover on it as well. SOOOOOO much better than getting a phone new and being locked into a payment plan with a giant corporation. This place does right. -Luke

Called today, and was able to walk in and get the battery changed in about 15-20 minutes for a great price of $40. The guy that helped me asked me questions to make sure I actually needed my battery changed (he didn't just take my money), and also gave me tips so that my new battery will last longer. The new battery was at about 13% when I left the store (because it was new and not fully charged), and it only went to about 11% after using it to play music for the last 20 minutes or so as I walked back to my apartment. Seems to be working well. My old battery would have died in that situation. Also, they seemed very happy to help me out within 90 days if the battery died or something like that. Genuinely seemed like they cared about the performance of my phone. The only downside was that I was quoted at $35 for the replacement over the phone, but was told it was $40 dollars when I got there in person. That was disappointing, but still a great deal.

I was desperate - my iphone ios got corrupted when I tried an update. I had not done a backup in almost 3 months - and no icloud! Nothing worked - nothing removed that restore screen. I took it to DMV unlocked and they reinstalled ios and confirmed the bad news -- my data could not be recovered from the phone. But then he walked me through steps to check for backups -- and found one that had been done just before the update that corrupted my phone. Whew! Ok, up to now, you might think just a standard, average repair for them. BUT this happened AFTER they were supposed to be closed! I could hardly believe how committed he was to helping me get back a working phone! And finding that backup saved me a nightmare of problems! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I purchased an iPhone from someone then learned it was locked. I contact DMV Unclocked to fix it for me and was greeted with the best customer service. Although my phone couldn't be unlocked (due to the seller) they did everything possible to unlock it. I learned a great lesson. Don't purchase an iphone from anyone unless they provide you with the MEIE number to confirm it's not stolen. Regardless, DMV was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend and will return with out a doubt.

Hi came in today to get my iPhone 7 Plus repaired I dropped it at the bar of Eddie vs in Tyson’s corner the night before went to take piks and the camera wasn’t operating so I looked up the cell repair place 3 min away from my home with over 100 positive reviews with a 4-5 star rating ....I came in not TO busy they took care of me right away didn’t charge for diagnostic.. they returned the phony to me within the hour but after testing a it a bit ...there were still some kinks they let me know not to worry and continued to work on it ..15 min later It was perfect for use they gave me 25$ off since it took a little longer then expected so I payed 50$ in total so happy I came here and recommend to all ..

I purchased an iPhone 6s Plus locked on at&t. The clerk guaranteed me that h20 was an at&t company and would be completely compatible. However 1 day later my service issues such as internet failure, no FaceTime calls came about. I went to the store to get a replacement of some sort. But was unsuccessful, hopefully I can get this resolved as I am a great customer and would like to continue purchasing.
