I had a rocky experience with Verizon and was very doubtful for the future of phone services but since joining T-Mobile I’ve been nothing but satisfied with the level of professionalism that has come with this company! Their mobile experts make it easy for me to do everything from making making a bill payment to ordering a warranty exchange and everything in between. Since joining I can safely say that I’ll never want to switch again. Thank you T-Mobile!!
Just left T-Mobile after purchasing an iPad for my son for Christmas. We were immediately greeted when entering and felt welcomed and Mr. Jordan was ready and eager to assist. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was knowledgeable and informative. He joked around with us and made the whole experience very smooth and quick. We were in and out with no issues. I would go back and work with Mr. Jordan ANYTIME! Best employee!!! A+ Gold Star!

Seem to have fast service. Everybody is required to wear a face mask stay 6' apart appoint for screen about 2 hours to fix screen. Guess it cud be worse. Will see how finish product comes out
Customer service at its best! This is my go to location, hands down! I recently needed to make additions to my account and wasn’t exactly sure how to complete the process on line. By this time, it was after hours so I called customer service for assistance. They were very helpful but because a product I wanted wasn’t in stock, I couldn’t complete my order. The agent did find a different local store so I made contact with them, thinking my store…Silver Creek was also out of stock. I respectfully give that location thumbs down! I feel they didn’t even try to assist me….feeling COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED I was honestly going to cancel my service….they couldn’t/wouldn’t do that either!! I sat in the parking lot..upset. I called Silver Creek and got the manager on duty, Marco I believe, and he informed me they had the product I wanted! …..even if he told me he didn’t have it, his kind, welcoming tone had already made me feel better! I should have just contacted them 1st! I got to the store and was welcomed immediately by a Tech who told me he’s usually in the back working, regrettably I didn’t get his name but he made contact with Joe and he jumped right to it and took care of exactly what I needed!! Before Joe, Celine was the agent that always took care of my account or answered whatever questions I had…. She raised the bar and Joe DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Go see them FIRST! Save yourself a headache!!
Personal shout out to Tonya and sklyar for helping me make the switch from over priced Verizon to a Tmobile customer.. Went above and beyond to make things easy, quick and out the door with ease.. Pleased with Tmobile 5g service and who doesn't love free Netflix on them..
After a month of dealing with another location and customer service in an attempt to get a warrantied phone replaced we came into this location and we were assisted by Celine. She helped us get our warranty taken care. Over two visits she dealt with customer service and spent 2 hours overall to make sure we got our phone replaced. She really took care of us and we are greatly appreciative. She is our salesperson for sure and we are now adding a line and will bring any future business to her. Thank you so much Celine, you are awesome!

After a long time with another company, they blamed my house for poor/no internet. I came into the T-Mobile store and Dennis stepped right up to help me. I had already been a phone customer for many years and learned T-mobile had internet. Dennis took care of everything, explaining all the offers and even set up my internet for me! Went home plugged it in, entered pw, and instant on!! I am on the list for unlimited access- which is needed badly!!My only frown comes from exceeding my limit rather quickly-son not happy.

It was a rocky start when my and wife and I switched to T-Mobile earlier this year. However, the employees at this T-Mobile store, specifically Celine did an amazing job fixing the issues we had with our second bill and following up to make sure our bill reflected what it should be. No fault on the T-Mobile store employee end. The billing Issue was fixed before my next bill arrived. Very Happy T-Mobile customer and recommend this store! Everyone is friendly, helpful and does everything they can to solve issues and answer any questions you may have.
Walked in and got helped right away. Lots of staff which is a plus because no one wants to spend their afternoon in the phone store. Shout out to Dwayne who was friendly, polite and efficient. Great experience!

I had gotten a OnePlus Nord N200 5G cell phone and was having problems receiving many text messages. Prior to working with Bryant Lee, I had made at least 5 phone calls to the 1800 number and also visited a T mobile location near my home. Due to Bryant Lee's patience, professionalism, ;knowledge and diligence the problem of receiving text messages was resolved. I would like to extend a hearty thanks to you Mr. Lee.

I have been a sprint customer for years, so I was very concerned about the switch to T -Mobil. My first few experience validated my concerns and I was thinking we are going to have to find another company, but yesterday Lester at the T-mobile 878 4389 Virginia Beach boulevard totally changed my mind. Lester solved a problem that two other locations could not. Lester went above and beyond exceptional customer service. Lester was knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly capable. Mask required and 6ft distance. I went in with repair issues, had screen damage, Celine was able to assist me, with several different options. She figured out the best one for my situation, phone was repaired, sim card replaced, and device fixed. I appreciate her prompt & knowledgeable service!!!
I went into T-Mobile to get my SIM card switched over and I was helped by Torrey. He made the experience so easy and he was incredibly personable and quite funny. I highly recommend this location for the friendliness of the staff, but specifically for Torrey.

Wanted to switch but no bargain
I just spoke with a gentleman over the phone with a question about an account, he put me on hold so he could contact his manager for me and then immediately gave me information on how to do so. He was very kind and helpful.
Don't call the store go to the store itself. The customer service is great but because they are a little understaffed you get put on hold for over 30 minutes.

The people are nice and helpful. There are 2 kiosk set up for bill pay so you do not have to wait. Anything else be sure to sign-in on the tablets inside the door. The wait can be long and then you have the added time with the rep.....and no bathrooms! No where close by to walk to either. Keep that in mind.

Store was neat and clean. Jamar was helpful, however, disappointed that a company as large as Sprint does not offer a senior discount, only if you are a new customer. I have been with them for close to 20 years...doesn't count! Guess it is time to switch.

Have had sprint for a very long time. Just make sure you know what you are getting. Buying verses leasing. I thought I was buying but they put me under a lease. Not happy about that. When the lease is up you have to buy the phone so it makes it even more expensive. Just know what you are getting.

Jamar at this location made my month, today. He was so helpful, so kind and so generous. He brought me to tears in the store, I may have hugged him before I left😜. I had SUCH a nightmare with Virgin Mobile this last week, in trying to get a simple SIM card for my new iPhone 11. I haven’t been able to use my phone for basic texts and calls for about a week now. I had to call Virgin Mobile three times and it ended in them messing up and sending me the wrong SIM card each time. Virgin Mobile wound up patching me through to this Sprint store (because Virgin STILL couldn’t help me and decided to pawn me off onto someone else) and I spoke with Jamar. He told me they had the SIM card I needed and within a 10 minute drive and 2 minutes in the store, Jamar made my week long process of trying to get my phone/service to work, come to an end. I was so happy I cried and hugged him - he totally took care of me and made my night, my week, my month and my year. I won’t forget his act of kindness and help towards me. Thank you Jamar!!

This Review is only for the Store, I left sprint almost a year ago due to Bad customer service and spotty reception at times. When I left sprint back in Sept/18 I was told over the phone my balance was zero and that I would not owe anything whatsoever. Fast-word a week ago I found out sprint hit my credit report with a delinquent to pay of 77 dollars. Upon further investigation I found out that sprint had my SSN, Birthdate and Address wrong. Hours and Hours of being hung up on or trying to get this issue resolved, while dealing with the fact I could not remember my PIN number or question. I decided to go into the sprint store. I spoke to a man named Malik who was very patient and showed empathy while explaing my frustration with my current situation. While being in the store for another hour and half on the phone with sprint trying to get this off my credit score as it was affecting me in buying a house. My issue finally got resolved a hour and half later. While talking to Malik and a women named Amber came over to check up on me, I have to say they showed me that customer service is not completely gone with sprint. The call center/over the phone needs a lot of work and training on how to deal with customers but the Store itself when dealing with customer service 5 stars. Thank you Malik for your patience and all around customer service.

Like most cell phone places expect to spend some time here waiting to be seen. Although this location had 5 employees in store there was a lot of people to be seen. I came in to close an account Sprint allowed my foster daughter to open online in my name. I returned the unopened phone and asked that this account to be closed. I had no idea this company would allow someone to open an account online without seeing proper ID. In the age of data breaches and identity theft I was floored. The only way I found out was when they attempted to port out a number for my carrier and was called immediately to ask if I requested that one of my lines be ported out. The next thing I knew the was a fedex delivery on my porch. Flash forward I get a letter stating I owed a bill. When I called tbey referred me back to this location. Unbelievable!
Took a few days, but got my cell phone screen fixed.

Although I am not a Sprint Customer, I have gone to the Sprint store on several occasions in order to pay my bill for Boost Mobile since Sprint is the parent company of Boost.
The staff there is very accommodating and were able to help me take care of my bill in a timely manner. Sprint service is a very good carrier, it just does not have the inexpensive plan that I happen to need. The store itself is clean, neat, well staffed, and accessible to any customer wheelchair-bound or not.
Fast knowledgeable and great customer service.
Take your business some place other than this.

Only Corporate store in Virginia Beach. Extremely organized and spotless. Carolyn was top notch and assisted our daughter . We ended up buying a new IPhone , IWatch and IPad from there. The Manager was also very helpful and gracious.

IF YOU LIKE SPRINT:
This store was very professional. And while they were not able to do much just because my phone had a very small crack in the corner of the screen, they remained calm and respectful to me. Neeke was very calm and collected and fully understanding.
And for someone that will never use a product due to bad customer service, I have to say to that this store does understand great customer service.
IF YOU ARE DECIDING NETWORKS:
I despise Sprint Service due to:
1. The Service being un able to maintain LTE and constantly have Network glitches
2. Make major changes to (like the 1800 customer service #) without telling anyone
3. Having a strict cut off when you cannot pay your bill.
I know that all networks including Verizon have these problems and more, but I mention them again because of how many times this happens to me. Yes, they all have problems with network. I haven't had full LTE signal since I have signed up with Sprint. Sprint may have almost as many towers as Verizon, but they still have horrible service.
And now that Verizon has the unlimited plan, I am going to switch asap.

We switched from T-Mobile to sprint to get a deal on a iPhone, first off T-Mobile had great signal 98% of where I was even in the mountains and their customer service was also really good you might wait a couple mins before you get helped, now that I’m with sprint I have regrets, it’s seems the customer service has got a lot better but if your going up to the store you should make a appointment or you will probably be waiting a while l, there are certain hours where they are more busy and less, what I’m having a issue with is the 4g they make all kinds of claims but most places my wife or I go we have one to two bars of 4g lte, when I do a Speedtest if I can it barely goes over 15mb, compared to my friend who has verizon tested over 150mbps. I’m happy with my phones and my plan but the connection speed is lacking then this new iPhone is near useless, needless to say they need to work on their network so I don’t have to switch again.
