I work at Boost Mobile in Birdneck, and this is where I send all my customers in need of cell phone repair. I’ve been directing customers to Gökhan for two years now, and I’ve never had a single person return to me less than satisfied. They come back singing his praises, happy that Phone Repair Guy is everything I said it was: reasonably priced, excellent quality and workmanship, and great customer service. I’ve had customers come back to me, ones who didn’t take my advice to come here, and their phones never work correctly. “Can’t you call and get them to make this right?” No, I cannot. Whoever you went to isn’t Phone Repair Guy; that’s what happens when you don’t listen to the experts. I called to price a repair for a customer’s iPhone that needed front and back glass replaced, and the phone wasn’t reading the SIM. I was told the SIM issue could be a bad tray or bad motherboard. I was given pricing for glass repair and tray replacement. When I asked about the motherboard cost (I don’t service repairs; I only work with software and network issues), I was told it was cost prohibitive for the customer. Anyone else would have been perfectly fine taking a customer’s money for a repair that costs more than a new phone. If I wasn’t already a fan of the work done by Phone Repair Guy, this one interaction showcasing the integrity of this business would have sold me. I cannot recommend Phone Repair Guy enough. If ever I need work done on my own devices, this is where I’m going. You should, too.

Always been skeptical about phone repair shops. However, was forced to use one and these guys were on point. Fast and reasonably priced. Also liked they didn't try to upsell or push other products. After calling them had my phone repaired in an hour for water damage. Definitely bringing all future broken devices to these guys before just buying a new one.

Couldn't put my phone back together properly after replacing the screen. Now the phone has a bulge on the back of it because it can't stay together. So it won't fit inside the phones case anymore as well as it use too. Won't be coming back here. I guess I should have just gotten a different phone, now I'm out an additional $350.(edit: He did make contact with me to try to help fix the the issue. He asked me to come on by so he can look at it. But unfortunately I don't have time to. But the fact that he wanted to help fix this mistake means a lot. But again going to have to find another repair shop back home to help me get the phone back together otherwise dirt and other junk will make it's way inside of it.)

I really didn’t know what to expect when I first walked into the new store that opened near my apartment. I’ve had a cracked phone and case I’ve been frustrated with, and after being quoted a ridiculous price at a few competitors I almost lost hope. This all changed when I was welcomed and felt very comfortable in a well lit clean and extremely organized store. The service was professional and very friendly while taking care of me with no doubts at a fraction of the cost. I even got a new phone case and protector screen. Instead of having to buy a new tablet for close to $400, they were able to fix my old one for $65. My moms screen was broke pretty bad. It had big black spots all over it, it would scroll and click on its own, and it was basically unusable. He fixed it in like 15 minutes, and the price wasn't too bad. TLDR Fast, good value, would recommend.

I was thrilled that these guys were able to replace the back of my IPhone X tonight!!! I had cracked the glass back case really bad and Googled for a repairman after getting a bunch of run around from the Apple store on the phone. The first repair place I called was $50 higher and they didn’t even have the part in stock! They even replaced the phone glass back in record time...about 1.5 hr when it usually takes about 2 hrs or more!! My phone looks brand new...you can’t tell it was worked on! They have a great selection of phone cases and make repairs on computers, tv’s, etc. Thanks for the great service! A couple days later had little Bluetooth issue which they fixed in 15 min by replacing antenna. Can’t thank them enough for their great service!

Unfortunately on my family vacay, my phone crashed completely. I went to the AT&T store. Nothing they could do since they don't offer repairs on site. They recommended the Phone Repair Guy. They did attempt different software before having to factory restore my phone. They kept me informed as they went through each attempt with my phone. In the end they offered tips on how to preserve my photos taken on my phone. I do reccomend the Phone Repair Guy.

My sister was visiting from out of town and needed the port on her cell phone fixed. I called two other cell phone repair shops in the Chesapeake/Virginia Beach area who quoted prices of $180 to $200 for the port repair over the phone. I read the glowing Google reviews for the Phone Guy Repair and decided to call. The Phone Repair Guy tech quoted me a price of $55.00 for the same repair the other shops wanted three times as much for. The repair took two hours and did cost $55.00. My sister was able to call me from her working cell phone to let me know she was headed my way. I plan to use this shop if I ever have a problem with my own cellphone.
