I visited the store today and needed to add a line, get a new phone, change my plan and upgrade my phone. It was a lot to get done. Paul was so helpful and kind. He helped us compare the cost of different plans and helped us get everything set up. everything was easy as or possibly could be. I do not like going in to stores but this was the least stressful in person assistance i have had.

I owe Mike my WORLD!!! He is literally the best! I was faced with having to lose my original number I’ve had for 15 years. Verizon was being unfathomably difficult and would not release my number to AT&T. It took a lot of finesse on Mike’s part over a two day period, but HE PULLED IT OFF! I am seriously so thankful. Thank you so much Mike! You’re the man.

I recently added an additional line. I had Derrick L. Johnson as an associate. He went over and beyond with his patience and keen ability to detail. He took his time and explained the difference with prices and the technical advantages to me as well as my daughter. He explained each service plan as well as each different device functions in comparision. Derrick was well informed and as asset to AT@T. His demenor was so personable and sincere. That AT&T office is the best phone store I have ever had the opportunity to be in. The associates are the most caring and genuine salespeople I’ve ever met. I have brought in a number of challenging situations and every time they resolve my issues honestly and empathetically. If you have AT&T and haven’t been to this office….use it. This is my favorite location BY FAR… Razi was nothing but amazing! Between her welcoming greeting, until I walked out of the store. Couldn’t have been any nicer. My fiance n I went to get phone service n watch. The salesman Jay was 100% on top of his game. From answering every question to making sure our wants n needs were met from the phones to price. Took the time to look up 4 different phones to get us price n show us best deals. Paul the manager said Jay was fairly new n that shows us the management style there. Newer employees n having that much passion for giving customer service n making sure your happy with your experience and products of att. Jay was a true delight n 100% great customer service. Which also speaks upon Paul the managers standard having newer employees pushing for customer service n satisfaction. Like a time warp walking in the store. Paul has tip top clean n amazing place to excellent customer service. If there was 5 star mark for Jay n Paul wouldn't do they need 10 star. Highly recommend everyone to come to these guys. Great experience.

The employees here were awesome! Ethan, the store manager, was a big help, my watch got messed up and him and his area manager helped me out a lot when they had every ability not to. Ethan was really nice and understanding and did everything he could to ensure i left happy. I had experience to stop here and deal with both Paul Rowinsky, and Javonte Coston. Talk about customer service , these young men were swamped with customers but this didn't deter them from giving each one their undivided attention, when it got to my turn they didn't rush to get me pushed aside because there were others but took all their time to get to the bottom of my issues until they solved my problem, while not ignoring the other customers. I can't say enough about these knowledgeable young men who went beyond customer service , kudos to you for a job well done..

I purchased a new iphone a few months ago at Hilltop ATT store in Virginia Beach. The sales person, Elmira was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very nice from the first second I entered the store until the end of my shopping trip. She recommended me to purchase additional items for the new Iphone phone (case, screen protector,) which I’m glad she did so I could use my phone right away without worrying I would damage it. She made sure I was satisfied with my entire purchase. I can tell she loves her job and loves her clients. I truly recommend Elmira at ATT store. I’m definitely coming back to that location!

I had to go to the A T & T at Hilltop to help a family member with a landline. I was not getting resolution when calling the 800 number. I needed support with the "run-around" I was receiving. I met Ethan, the story manager, and explained my situation. He was such a great support! It began when he reset my pin number. He then mediated between myself and the wireless department for landlines. He was able to address the landline department with clarity and confidence. He directed them to the correct account and was able to articulate a very logical and organized plan of action to help me with the situation. What excellent customer service - very patient and professional!

Hands down the BEST customer service. These guys are knowledgeable, personable, and honest. They don’t try to sell you things. They don’t try to get you to buy the most expensive gadget. They are there to HELP YOU and make sure you get the best bang for your buck. We had the best experience. Jake was so fun and selfless. There’s a JBL speaker that’s half off that I wanted to buy, however the store was out of stock. Jake had one AT HOME he just purchased that was still in the box. He drove all the way home just so I could buy it brand new. If that’s not customer service then I don’t know what is. I cannot speak highly enough. Go to this store, ask for Jake and I promise you will leave just as satisfied as I was. Thank you, guys!

Walked into AT & T today and I swear, hands down the best customer service experience ever!!! I needed a screen protector and a case for my friends phone (birthday gift) but was on a very tight budget. I was immediately greeted by Codi who was not only helpful, but showed me a screen protector at and affordable price for my phone too. His co-worker Elmira was also instrumental in helping me find an alternative option for a phone case at the price point I was looking for. Codi answered all of my questions, (and I had a lot) and even put the screen protectors on both phones for me. That’s exceptional Customer Service and I will continue to bring my business and needs to this location because of today’s great experience! Thanks AT&T for having and AMAZING TEAM!!!!

I had great experience at this AT&T location. I came to upgrade my iPhone and look into getting iwatch. First - they had COVID precautions in place that made me feel very comfortable. Jake helped me out and was great to work with. He exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional, and saved me money. I went into the store today to purchase a google mini. I met Sheldon and. Brad who provided stellar customer service. From the moment I walked in I was treated as if I mattered and my business was Valued. I was greeted with a hello and a warm smile ( I could see their smile through their eyes as they were both wearing a mask.) i felt safe, hand sanitizer was provided and even mask if we didn’t have one. The two provided knowledge on the product i was looking for and even suggested other products that i should try to meet my needs. Based off of their customer service alone i would switch my service. SPRINT COULD NEVER! This location truly cares about the customers that they are servicing. Upon completion of my purchase they told me to have an amazing day, come back and see them if i needed anything and walked me to the door. NOBODY escorts you to the door anymore they will tell you bye from the counter. I was thoroughly impressed and will be back to this location which is an hour away from my home. The Laskin Road crew is wonderful! Friendly and cheerful. Fun, great people to be around. Matthew at the Laskin Road location, STOOD OUT to me! He was AMAZING when i came in he did not hesitate to help me at all! I told him the situation with my online order and he told me about the trade in special and my down payment came out to only $45 HE IS AMAZING and he is very knowledgeable in his role at this location. A few days ago my phone was stolen. Romeo helped me setup my new iPhone SE which I bought from the Apple store and couldn't setup there. I was able to keep my old phone number and service with AT&T Pay As You Go Plan. I know from first hand experience how much of a pain in the butt that can be. Sooo I somehow broke the charging port on my S9+ While on vacation in VA. Beach. I Google the closest location which is the Hilltop location. There I met Chaz.. a people oriented person with great knowledge of the the products android or I phone.. Anyway he helped me get setup with my new note 20 ultra and even after we spent at least an hour or more trying to transfer everything he looks at me and says ... You have ALOT of text messages 🙄 So I delete all and restart 10 min later out the door... Thanx again Chaz... I really do appreciate you.. I wish u the best
