I went to the Tellfix store to purchase a refurbished iPhone X 64GB. Upon arriving, my impression of the gentleman in the store was fantastic. He was extremely professional and polite. Instead of a 64 GB he offered me an incredible deal on a 256GB iPhone X. At first, he was not able to agree to the price I wanted to purchase the phone at so he inquired with the store manager/owner. The owner and I spoke on the phone for about 5 minutes and he is one of the nicest people I have found at a phone store. He agreed to sell me the phone at the price I wanted which was almost 30-35% less than comparative prices. The iPhone I bought is perfect and has been working just as it should. In short, the people running this store are truly nice people and they have great phones.

I called 3 other places before them and 1 place said they couldn't fix it, another said 3 days to fix and the last place said 7 days. When I called TellFix they said they can have it fixed in an hour. I immediately took my phone in and they did a wonderful job. Very helpful, they gave me a fair price.
