This place provides excellent customer service from employees to management Randee Williams. They are great with the prices and reliable with their time management. The energy is always great and Randee always aims to please his customers. This is the best cell phone place yet I have done business with and haven’t had any bad experiences. This is literally the only place I will go to or trust with my devices. Not only do they have fast service but the prices and quality are unmatched. Also a great place if you are looking for new model phones and dont want to spend an arm and a leg. I recommend all of my friends and family. I even travel from the other side of town just to go there. I trust the work so much I even removed my insurance from my devices so I'm saving over $50 a month because my deductible was more than the costs for them to repair. Love this place.

This is the only place I would ever buy any phone. Best prices, very knowledgeable, amazing service, they treat you as if your family. There very honest too. I had phones that would never turn on and I only wanted 20 30 dollars and they went above and gave me what it was really worth 150!!!

I came in today to repair my older i phone 5s and left with a new i phone 7 plus at a great price! Sisco came out to greet me, who was very pleasant might i say to start my visit. He quoted me a price to fix my screen and charging port. Then showed me some newer I phones they had for sale. I didn't feel at all pressured to buy a new phone but was just educated on the difference in the upgrade vs paying the amount to fix my current phone and i was very confident in going forward with the upgrade. I just want to say thank you Sisco for such a honest opinion. Sell phone clinic was very clean and inviting i felt like i was at home! Thanks again guys i will be telling everyone i know to come here for any repairs or new phones!

One stop shop for all of your cellular needs! Rande, Isaiah, and all of the crew at Sell Phone Clinic Citrus mean business, and when I say mean business, I mean the customer always comes first. I rarely see a phone retail store go out of its way like I have with the Sell Phone Clinic, backed, again, like Sell phone Clinic Brandon, this is the true meaning of an American business man, running an all American business, where you the customer rate as number 1. I know because I am in the cellular business as well, they will take a loss before disappointing their customers , their repairs are top notch, and you can get anything done from a simple charge port repair to a phone unlock in mere minutes. Their LCD repairs are backed up with quality you won’t see at other retailers, and so is their ability to always strive to have to leave with a smile on your face. Excellent morals equals excellent business values, you can’t beat the Sell Phone Clinic. I expect to see much more from these guys soon, they’re growing rapidly which all began with humble beginnings, and those humble beginnings, in my opinion, led to the strength and unity of their business now. My cell phone having issues is a catastrophe for me because it’s atrached at my hip all all times. Every time I’ve had an issue with my phone, I’ve been able to take it right in and have it repaired immediately. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable so I don’t have to fret about it being done right . Their work is guaranteed and their staff is thorough. You can’t go wrong here !!

Awesome experience! Rande patiently took time with me to check out every phone that might fit my needs. At one point, though, he suggested an option that would've meant no sale for him (who does that?!) but, thankfully, I finally found the perfect one. It wasn't until I was almost ready to leave that I found out Rande is the owner. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning. And...3 days later and I still love my "new" phone.
