walked in with a ran over phone with the intent to buy a whole new one. well the gentleman named Abraham helped me out throughout this process. I was able to get into a new phone so that way I wouldn’t miss any of my business calls, he took in my messed up phone as a diagnosis and miraculously one day later the phone is back to working like brand new. All I needed was a new frame and screen. He provided me the best prices in town and was able to get it done efficiently. Hands-down one of the best services that ever got in Tampa so far. The customer service I experienced from Cell Fix was amazing! My screen was cracked so I looked up phone repair companies online. I found Cell First. I started off at the West Hillsborough Avenue location and ended up having to go to the North Florida Ave location to get my phone fixed the same day due to an issue the Hillsborough location was having. Both locations provided excellent customer service! I'm hoping I will never have to go back but if a need should ever arise, I will be going to back! The prices are very reasonable!! Anas, Mo and MJ were great ! I have always purchased all my phones from cell fix. They have always provided me with excellent service. And their phones are very good quality. I never had any issues with their phones. The only time i had a small issue, they were quick to replace the phone for me under the warranty and gave me another phone. I cracked my phone screen and they fixed it within an hour or 2. When I got it back, my up volume button didnt work. I let them know as soon as I found out (same day but hours later), next day they fixed it, no hassle. Really nice customer service. I typically dont write reviews, but it was completely worth it. I called and they did everything perfect. Hopefully I wont have to come back for another screen repair BUT if I do, I'm coming back here

Perfect. Cheap prices, quick repair and experienced employees. Just one thing, it was there before but it got worse; the home button is wobbly and a little loose, nothing to crazy and the touch id is working, but if you can fix that for free... It would be perfect. btw, i was the dude with the gold iPhone 6s that needed a glass repair and a battery replacement... After a little bit of use, i noticed that the touch is not very responsive compared to before, the screen protector is coming the the front camera is cloudy compared to before. I dont know what to say, im pleased with the service but i cant be pleased by the repair... If i could have an explanation or something?

I cracked my screen on my iPhone 8+ and was told by various other repair shops totals over $140 because I “required” a lcd replacement and glass swaps were “impossible for my model”. After seeing cellfixs ad I was skeptical but I gave Alex a call. She reassured me that just a glass replacement is all I needed and didn’t try to up sell me things I didn’t need. She’s quick, personable and really knows her stuff. 30 minutes later she greeted me at the door with my 8+ looking flawless. See you again soon girl for some cases.

Phone screen cracked and was untouchable. I work all day and only had time to stop by after, shortly before they close, I was ready to leave my phone there until the next day after work for them to fix it. They said 15 minutes, which already surpassed all my expectations, I asked for wifi so I could use my laptop while waiting. I only had enough time to sit down and connect to wifi before he was back with my fixed phone! My friends think I got a brand new phone because the picture looks so good. It was the same price I've paid at other places before, except with faster service and a better looking phone than what I walked in with.

I’ve been using CellFix for the past 6 screen accidents lol I Needed my Ipad repaired and thought I had Apple care but did not and my price to fix wouldve been $200 to fix from Apple. My guys Mo and Ns from NFlorida Ave. hooked me up with a new screen, the best screen protector, 2 Apple chargers and a Binder case for it to be organized for the same price($200)... wouldve saved a lot of time just coming here first. Oh and I was it was done within 2 hours (ipads take a lot longer) they have my business for however many accidents I have 😅

This place is miraculous! They brought my phone back to life and saved all my baby's pictures! At first it didn't look like it could be fixed and thoughtfully Saif offered to just charge me labor- very fair. My phone was a mess, it had water damage from a long time ago and my husband had already taken it apart several times. I had to leave it overnight bc I got there right at closing, the next day I got the call that it was fixed.! They could have easily just kept the labor cost and given me back my dead phone but they went above and beyond. They took extra time and God bless them they saved my phone! Plus didn't hassle me about the extra work! My husband is also in retail sales so I don't take these reviews lightly. These guys are awesome!
