Nate was incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with, and kind. I'm not tech savvy so someone who takes the time to explain things well is always a bonus. I ran over my phone and had to have the screen and frame replaced. I'd called four places for quotes and he was the least expensive. He did great work and it was done really fast! Highly recommend!

Honesty is the key to the success. Took my phone there not realizing that my screen protector was cracked. They looked at my phone and gave me the quote. They called me after 5 minutes saying that my screen is good and it’s just the screen protector that needs to be replaced. I’m sure if I have went to a different shop, they would’ve charged me arm and leg, but I wouldn’t even know. Thank you so much for your honesty and saving me bunch of money.

Brought my daughters IPad Pro in for a broken screen. Other shops wouldn’t even try to repair it. Itech explained and showed me his cost of a new screen. which was more than what i had purchased it for. He even said if I found the screen for it and brought it in he would do the repair. When I searched for the screen myself it was over $300. He was completely honest and upfront with me so I purchased a pre owned ipad at a reasonable price. I will go back to ITech for any cell and or tablet needs I have. That kind of customer service is very hard to find!
