If I could give 10 stars I would. We came in with a phone that had been run over (long story) and left with an upgraded phone and fully restored contacts and photos in no time at all. Eric and Co were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Eric stayed after closing to be sure he could secure ALL of the photos from my old phone. These folks embody customer service and competence. Bravo and thank you for your fine work.

Despite all the bad reviews I went in and purchased a iPhone. Me being very picky on what device I’d have to have, Paul worked with me in finding the right one. Unfortunately the phone had an issue but. I bought it back well in the terms and they did an exchange no problems. Again I had an issue with the exchange stopped in and they said no problem we’ll exchange it. That one also had an issue. Despite all the harassment I put them though they worked with me no problems at all third time is indeed the charm! I will be continuing business with Cell Phone Guy! Special thanks to Ben and Paul! Give these guys a raise!

Friendly local store, much more relaxed than the big franchise stores. As someone who has worked in this business before, it seems a lot of the bad reviews here are from customers that don't quite understand how complicated (and often unrepairable-by-design) modern electronics are, and think that we can just magically fix anything. If you're thinking of going anywhere for repairs, please do understand we're all human, mistakes can happen, and losing your cool benefits nobody. Support the local guys, give them a visit!

GAMING GOODNESS!! I broke my steam deck, and being as it is as new of a system as it is nobody was willing to fix it as they didn’t know what it took! Well THE CELL PHONE GUY took a chance and said they were confident they had the man for the job!! AJ I can’t thank this man enough he stayed in contact with me at all points and even did a bunch of HOMEWORK on the side using his off hours to research and diagnose the problems arising. He ended up having to reprogram my whole steam deck to get the screen I gave them to install to function… to say that AJ went above and beyond for me is an understatement not only was it a difficult task he took on but he did it quickly and most importantly MY GAMING SYSTEM IS WORKING PERFECTLY.. this was an all around *CHEF’S KISS* great experience THANK YOU AJ THANK YOU THE CELL PHONE GUY

Had my boyfriend bring my ps5 in this morning bc the disc part didn't work. (Brand new ps5) I'm glad they called me before doing else to it. I'm hoping it works the same way it did before I brought it in.

Fixed my cell phone screen in less than 20 minutes with quality parts and fine technical ability. The price is a little high but everyone else in town was higher. They told me they offer price matching and same day service. If you want quality service, I recommend using The Cell Phone Guy.
