I absolutely love the staff here. Tab is such a friendly person. She didn't try to push me into the most expensive phone or plan. She was very helpful with trying to trouble shoot my slow phone. Kayla is also awesome! Both the ladies I've seen in there are so helpful. I would recommend Cricket to anyone who asked.

Works with Tabitha and switch my phone over from straight talk which was not a very good experience but I'm glad I got a new service and Tabitha helped us with adding a number to a friend's plan and it went as smooth as butter looking forward to many years of service

My family was on vacation and I had an issue switching my phone number to a new Cricket phone from another location. After spending over an hour with Cricket's customer service the day before I thought I had a problem that could not be fixed and had little expectations. I was COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY by Kayla and Ti's customer service!! They were very thorough as to what my options were and how they could help me. They both helped me get my phone number switched over as painlessly as possible. I seriously can't thank you enough! I hope the right people read this because they are both AMAZING! Fast service in and out. Knew their job,. Answered all my questions. Very personal. I always like talking to customer service, they always make you feel family. They have great service plans,. People in every state should sign if it's possible.

Not always the fastest place to go but they always take care of you. If you ever have questions about your phone they always can help. If your buying a used phone from someone on-line its a smart place to go and meet the other person they can run the IMEI and check if the phone is blacklisted(lost or stolen) whether or not its SIM or network locked and if you asked nicely what the current market value of the phone is. Plus a $100. For 4 lines of unlimited service is pretty cheap no matter how you look at it.

Night and day difference between the Cricket stores even tho they are managed and sometimes staffed by the same people w same owners. Avoid North Minnesota if at all possible
