Not only was this the best experience we have ever had in a Verizon store, it was the best in person experience we have ever had no matter the carrier. It’s only a 2 person team at the moment but they both went over and beyond expectations. We left there with the new phones we bought at Apple, switched over & fully operational faster than we ever have for any service & we were treated like human beings. Keep up the great service. Aloha

First off, I need give major props to my guy Reyder (aka Rydell) for helping me out on my first visit to this location. The entire staff was friendly, super attentive, and above all else non biased and honest. I've had some bad interactions in the past with commission based sales folk at other locations and I was pleased to receive thorough information on switching my line to an alternate plan. I would recommend this location above all else and will definitely make this the only location I go to! Do yourself a favor and do the same :-)

Alejianna is the most helpful Associate who has ever assisted me at Verizon. I came in at the end of the day needing a phone right away after I unexpectedly lost mine, and she was friendly, informative and efficient from start to finish. She helped me choose the best new model for me and made sure everything from my old phone was loaded on my new phone fully. I really could not have asked for a better customer experience. Alejianna was the most wonderful Associate my Wife and I have had the opportunity to work with. Due to some corporate tech issues, what should have been a quick 20 min plan change ended up being multiple hours. Lei took care of everything for us, going above and beyond what was reasonably expected in order to get us what we needed. She had a great attitude even though it was a frustrating problem and we will definitely be returning for all services in the future. Thank you!

I'm actually using my boyfriend's account, (he's not reviewing, I am) but I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Chase! I came in on Thursday 2/11 (while my bf was getting a massage, haha) and I was having problems and questions with my Verizon account. Chase was extremely helpful, patient (I'm old) and got me setup straight very quickly. He resolved all of my issues very fast, and I would highly recommend him to anyone out there needing assistance! I had a great experience today at the Verizon store on Queen Anne. I was helped by Nemanja who was very helpful and very patient. He spent a great deal of time helping me fix an issue for a new phone and we got a great result. He also gave me some great tips on how to get the most out of my phone. I will definitely go back to this store with future issues or for a new plan.

I had only a positive experience here. Larry and the staff have gone beyond average service to make sure all my concerns were handled when switching from an iPhone to a Galaxy product. I am always on the alert for when a salesperson is trying to up-sell or just go through the motions to close the transaction but I never felt this was the case. If anything I was the difficult one and still they made sure my requests were completed professionally and in a timely manner while going the extra mile. Thank you!

I bought a new (used) iPhone, and failed miserable connecting it to my existing Pay as you Go Verizon plan that I have had for years. I visited my local Verizon store, and Tamika Green worked tirelessly for at least two hours to get the phone activated, and working properly. She succeeded, and everything works great! A year-and-a-half ago I tried to upgrade my phone and had one of the worst experiences possibe at a victra. With none of my experience is being great I figured what the hell I need a new phone so I might as well give it another shot. This time I visited the victra on Queen Anne. Shaheera absolutely blew me away, she got me a new phone for my vacation ( so I could take pictures because my camera lens was cracked) assured me that the phone I wanted (S21 in black) would be delivered by the time I return and my return and new phone would go seamless and she came through. I appreciate you tremendously and hope you personally see this review. Shaheera you are truly the queen of Queen Anne!!!

Amazing customer service at Queen Anne Verizon store. Broke my iPhone last week and came in for a replacement. Not only did Tamika walk me through the entire process but she was so patient and helpful in every way! I received a new phone through insurance within 24 hours and was back up and running soon after! Despite breaking my phone and being distraught, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

Anthony, Tamika and Ryeder were all wonderful. I came in to trade my GS5 for the 7 and they actually were able to hook me up with the 8 for less and they threw in a Samsung entertainment package with Bluetooth headphones extra memory a case and screen protector for free! Even when their system crashed Ryeder stayed calm under pressure and found a work around. Although the process took a few hours longer than expected I left thoroughly satisfied with the experience and overjoyed with my new GS8.

JUST GOT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! An out of town friend was having issues with her phone and we walked in to the Queen Anne Verizon store just when an employee was finishing up his shift. HOWEVER, Namanja, the employee, said he wanted to stay and help us with the problem. He said customer service was more important than anything. So he and another employee, Will, made sure my friend's phone issue was completely resolved before Namanja was ready to finish his shift. ABOVE AND BEYOND!
