Shout out to Alex! I called him at 4:30pm and he said I could come in at 5pm. He also sent me a text message confirmation and was all around friendly. Funny thing is I’ve live up the street from his shop for the last 15 years. Shop is small but as big as it needs to be. I also noticed walk in traffic, so be sure to call ahead to ask for availability. I have two iPad mini’s I need fixed and he offered to take a look at them and let me pick them up a a different day. He also ensured his product repair for 2 years. We will obviously be back, just for the convenience. Took him 15 mins to fix my sons iPhone 6s in which I paid to have it fixed twice in a different city. I’m hoping this will be our last repair visit, if not I’m confident in Alex on helping us out again.
