Got a swell new phone about 2 years ago, immediately sat on it and broke the front screen. Yesterday I finally had to deal with it! Got a same-day appointment at Jet City. Per their instructions, removed cover & screen protector. Discovered that it was the screen protector that had broken. Didn't need a new screen. Jet City applied a new screen protector and had me back out the door in less than 10 minutes. Jet City techs are skilled and efficient, & their customer service can't be beat. Highly recommend.

They were able to fix my cracked phone screen for Pixel 6 pro same day very quickly. Service was great. Was a little pricey at $350 but since the phone is $900 it's still a good deal. They warned that the fingerprint sensor might not work, but it still works great. Definitely would recommend these guys, they were solid.

Wonderful work! I came in with my 2016 SE iphone that's seen better days - it had a cracked non-functioning screen. At another shop a year ago when I got my screen fixed they said that the home button was done for good as a result of the fix. I'm a "use something until it's completely worn out" type so I've been using the onscreen adaptive button instead of the home button. Imagine my delight when after my visit to Jet City not only is my screen fixed but my home button works again! AND the repair cost way less than the previous guys. Great prices, and I super appreciated how transparent they were on what they were doing and the quick turnaround. I'll be back! (well hopefully not since that means my phone is broken again but if it is - I'll be back!)

I dropped my phone crossing a street and it was very literally run over by a couple of cars. I had to go on a trip the day after and was freaking out that it wouldn’t get fixed in time. The crew at Jet City Repairs are so kind and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my phone screen in 30 minutes that evening AND they have a glass screen protector package for $20 where they will replace the screen protector for life on your phone! I really can’t emphasize what a relief it was to have it fixed. Definitely a little pricey but well worth the quality of work and the people. I know they genuinely want to fix your devices and are not trying to scam you. Really really can’t recommend them enough.

This was at least the third time I had Jet City repair one of my family's phones. I purchased a Google Pixel 6 for my kid while still under warranty through AllState and while AS had contracted repair shops listed nearby, many of those were no longer in business or not efficient or helpful. So I am hoping that the claims folks honor their word by allowing me to go to a reliable shop such as Jet City. I made a same day appointment and dropped off my phone early and within an hour, I was able to get my kid's phone fixed. While I was there, I also purchased a lifelong screen protector and they affixed this on to my kid's phone sans bubbles. Super grateful that this little shop is in our neighborhood. It's legit.

These guys are the absolute best. They are conscientious, and patient, and honest. I can’t say enough great things. I’ve been to the shop 4-5 times and always left delighted. Just want to add that I had multiple things done to an old phone this last time and they halved the rate on a part replacement since the phone was already open for something else. i went in to see if my phone charger port needed to be replaced/cleaned but Dustin took a look at my phone and guessed it may be the battery. he went ahead and tested a new battery out on it and it started to charge again. he was kind enough to let me use my phone while half working to contact family to borrow some funds to repair the phone right then and there. the battery was replaced within 10-15 minutes and all was well. he was very informative and knowledgeable as well. i will definitely be returning here if i encounter any other issues with my phone. the shop itself was small, clean and comfortable.

I took my phone in to fix a screen that wouldn't turn on. I was so pleasantly surprised by the experience! I was expecting to need to wait a week for them to order parts and stuff, but they had my screen in stock for even an older less-common phone model. The ear speaker on my iPhone 11 became really quiet to the point I couldn’t hear anything out of it. I figured I needed a new speaker and was excited to see Jet City Device Repair could replace it for $99. I was also glad to see they could have it fixed in an hour. None of that mattered in the end. The magician who helped me took my phone in the back and came out 2 minutes later, handed me my phone and asked me to try it. IT WORKED LIKE NEW! He said it just needed a cleaning and there was no charge. I suppose for him it wasn’t a big deal but I had put off getting this done for over a month as I expected it to be expensive and time consuming. Thank you very much Jet City. This is going to be my go-to place for any future device repairs, hands down! Dustin and Josh were incredibly helpful. The night before I called them, I had tripped over a sidewalk tile that was sticking up, while using my phone's GPS, and landed in a way that broke my screen. As many people do, I run my business, banking, alarm clock, and essentially everything on my phone; the screen would not light up and I felt stripped of my own self agency. I called the next morning and Dustin, who responded empathetically to my distress, was able to book me for an appointment quickly. Josh, who promised to have the repair done within an hour, went above and beyond and completed it within half that time. Both of them were very cordial and pleasant and Josh genuinely did a great job! The quote they gave me was very reasonable and the screen now works as well as it did when I first purchased my phone two years ago. 10/10 guys, thank you! :-)

Jet City Device Repair is a fabulous find for those of us who want our devices repaired rather than buying a new one. Great Service, communication and a warranty. I had a hard deadline for when I needed my device back and a note was placed in my repair ticket. I received a call the day before the deadline letting me know despite being busy - they would have it ready the next day. Kudos and Bravo to Jet City. This was in August. I called today - Dec 1 for information about fixing a cracked iPad screen. They had time for me to come in right away, answered my questions and had it repaired while I waited! While I can understand folks prefer apple “approved” products, but since I have 2 payments left on this phone this was a much more reasonably price and just as good quality option. They provided me with a quality and timely screen repair and let me know I may have issues with face recognition (minor issues now). Jet City was great to work with! They were very accommodating of my busy schedule, and managed to replace my broken iPhone 13 screen quickly when I was on a time crunch. The final cost including taxes came out to ~$240, which appears to be a little less expensive than using Apple directly.

I've had a lot of difficulty getting the screen of my Samsung galaxy fixed at other repair shops. I was a bit incredulous when Jet City said they could do it in 45 minutes. This is the best repair shop! So professional and convenient! I plan to come here for all future repairs.

These guys went the extra mile to repair my Samsung A50. The first screen that was delivered was the wrong part so they overnighted a replacement. The replacement didn't work so they ordered 2 more. Those didn't work so they dug deeper and found some broken connections. They fixed those at no additional charge, replaced the screen and the phone works perfectly. Took 9 days but by no fault of theirs. Couldn't be happier to have the phone back and running great.

Great experience! I was there a few mins before closing time and had issues with the display and batt of my iPhone and I needed to catch a flight a couple hours later. Dustin (forgive me if I got the name wrong) fixed it up for me and was absolutely great! Highly recommend if you are having issues with your iPhone! I’ve had great service with screen replacement here before. This time, my iPhone 8 wasn’t charging or holding a charge (on the OG battery). I brought it in expecting to replace the battery and charging port. Instead, they took one look, cleaned out the port in about 15 seconds, confirmed it was charging fine, and replaced the battery! Phone is working great now and I only paid $50 for the battery service instead of an additional $100 for the port. These guys are always very polite, professional, honest, and FAST (30 minutes for a weekend walk-in!) Thank you!

These guys are by far the best there is out there. I brought my iPad to 3 different repair companies to fix a broken off charging cable and none of them were able to fix it. There is Gas Work Park with a great view in 3 blocks, you can walk there while waiting you devices fixed. Or you can use there time traveling portal: sit on comfortable sofas without your device). JCD is my go-to place for iphone glass repair! They are always super friendly and their prices are very competitive with other options in the area. I LOVE their tempered glass program - one price (as of now $20) gets you a tempered glass to protect your phone's glass, and if you ever damage the tempered glass you just walk in during business hours and they'll replace it as many times as you need. Dropping your phone and breaking the camera glass on day 1 of ownership is NEVER fun - also not a good idea is waiting 2 yrs to get it repaired (my bad). Dustin was a HUGE help! I live on Whidbey Island and could not find anywhere here to replace the original battery in my trusty little Iphone 6s. I stretched out the battery life by charging 4 times a day (!) Fortunately, my husband works in Seattle most days so I began my search for a well-reviewed, convenient place along his route on a day when his schedule was flexible so he could take the phone in for me. I found Jet City Wallingford online, talked to a staff member who assured me they'd be happy to accommodate. Yes! I emailed them first thing in the morning, affirming that my husband had my permission to unlock my phone and hand it over for repair. B dropped off the phone, left it with the tech wizards and they finished the replacement within an hour, before he even returned for pick up. I scheduled online and got a reply right away. The guys did a great job replacing the back glass on my iPhone. I really appreciate that they were very clear about how much the repair would cost and how long it would take. I had a high confidence they knew what they were doing with my baby 📱 and I would absolutely go back the next time I need something fixed. Work done : Battery swap on a Motorola z4 cellphone. Verizon wireless. Issue : OEM Li-ion battery started to swell up, pushed, bent and dislodged the display out of phone casing. Quality & skilled workmanship, fast turnaround, very very reasonable pricing and very nice customer service; what else can be asked from a business? :) BTW, if you would like to wait while they repair your device, their lobby/waiting room is nicely equipped with comfy sofas and chairs! There are also two restaurants right next door where you can hang out, get something to eat or drink and spend time while waiting. Or you can go for a walk towards Lake Union and Gasworks Park which are only a short walk away. But don't take too long as they are efficient and will repair your device quickly and flawlessly. Side Note : Verizon and its insurance will not give any discount or buyback phones with battery issues. And Verizon store employee informed me that the OEM batteries are only good for less than 300 charge cycles! That is less than a year!!! That is poor quality design and manufacturing intentionally incorporated in current generation batteries to increase repeat sales; as I have perfectly working Blackberry Q10 with OEM battery that is close to 10 years old. Battery manufacturers : Please don't give me the bull that battery technology is incapable of making Li-ion battery that lasts long. I have a Texas Instruments calculator, a TI-68, from 1989, which still works fine, still with its OEM Li-ion battery! That is about 33 years old.

I brought my iPhone X which had water damage and would not get past the Apple logo on boot. Apple had told me that they would only do a full unit replacement costing ~$600. Jet City took about a day to open up the phone and check for corrosion and other damage and gave me a free quote. In the end, it needed a few different repairs that added up to $230. The only catch is that one of the replaced components would cause FaceID to stop working but they were up front about that and I factored that into my choice of whether to pay for that repair or not. It's incredible to have the phone working again! Jet City also offered me a 2 week return/refund policy which made me more comfortable. But I've had the phone for several days now and its working great.

These guys are amazing. The connection port on my ipad was not functioning well. Very uneven charging. Take it to local tech guy. Doesn’t do iPads. Take it Genius Bar at Apple Store. Wait an hour then wait another 30 min to be told it will cost $240 to repair. The original ipad cost $280. I call Jet City and they tell me the potential turn-around time. I tell them I’m leaving town this coming week and could they take a look and give an estimate of time and cost. I drive from Burien to Wallingford and drop it off. They make a quick look and tell me it’ll be $115, and “things are kinda slow, we can probably have it ready in couple hours”. They call me an hour later and it’s done a ready to be picked up! I’m elated! This is better than anywhere else I can find or imagine.

Jet City has repaired my iphone twice (replaced battery and replaced broken screen). The battery was replaced within a day and the screen within a few hours after contacting Jet City. The repair work was professional and the battery repair has stood the test of time. I expect the more recent screen repair to meet the same standard. The staff has always been friendly and run through tests to make sure the phone is functioning properly before returning it. In the case of the battery, the other repair services I checked with could not schedule repairs any sooner than a week and sometimes the repair consisted of sending the phone to Apple. Although I hope I never have to make use of Jet City's services again; if I need phone repair in the future, I will not hesitate to utilize Jet City.

We had an "Allstate" moment as one of our corporate computers was left on top of a vehicle, fell off and was partially run over. I had little hope that it could be recovered, but after discovering that the internal components were undamaged, I reached out to Jet City Devices to see if they would look at it for us. They were also able to offer me some great advice on how to address problems with my daughter's iPhone 5 which she only uses for music (and because it's older, I wasn't sure it'd be worth paying to repair but they told me there's no harm in bringing it in for a free diagnosis and didn't judge me for having old tech). I also brought in my temporary replacement iPhone 6 that had a cracked screen. The price was very reasonable considering Apple wanted to sell me a new Xs to replace the water damaged one they don’t cover under warranty. So jet city is a phone saver with amazing employees. My phone had been cracked for a couple weeks(it didn’t bother me too much) but one night my phone decided to finally give up, my screen was unresponsive. I found this gem of a company that fixes phones at a reasonable price online and made an appointment for the morning after (making the appointment was super simple and fast) I got there 10-15 minutes before my appointment and they were able to take my phone in early, which was great and my phone was fixed within 20-30 mins. I love this place. My front and back screen for my iPhone 4 shattered, and the battery came loose and would not work unless plugged in to a charger. I was running late because of the traffic, so I called and told them I would be late. They were cool with it. I was impressed with how easy of a place it was to find and that I had no trouble finding a parking spot. Since I only made the appointment under "battery replacement" (I figured that was the most important thing to get fixed) they told me that was the only thing they could do during my scheduled time. They surprised me when they started the repair and said they could do both screen repairs as well so I didn't have to make another trip out there (I live in Antioch--about an hour and a half away)! They also checked out everything internally for me and fixed other things that had come loose along with the battery. Not only did they go above and beyond for me, they knocked the price down since I had gotten multiple things done at once. AND since my dad had been there with his phone before, they took an additional $5 off. I recommend this place to everyone. Extremely friendly people, fast, quality service, and very reasonably priced.

I got my iphone 7 plus screen replaced here for $110. They had availability on the day I checked (you can make appointments on their website) and did it in 30 minutes. I tried Genius bar and various other places suggested on Apple's website and they all either didn't have availability or put me on hold forever. They can also put a screen protector on for you, which is convenient but a little more expensive than doing it yourself. Overall very happy, will go again!

I've used Jet City 5 times for various repairs on the many devices my family relies on. Mostly screen repairs and battery replacements but also an iPhone which had been soaked in seawater, and was completely dead for days, they were able to revive. I'm still using it 2.5 years later. I used Jet City to replace the battery in my iPhone 5 a number of years ago, so headed there again last weekend for more repairs on that same 6 year old iPhone. :-) The battery was going and the screen was cracked, about $75 worth of repairs. They told me it would be ready in an hour, so I went and did some errands. When I came back, they told me that the screen wasn't actually cracked, just the tempered screen protector. They also told me that back when I bought that last battery they had a policy that the battery was guaranteed for the life of the phone. (Now changed to a 1-year warrantee.). So for $19.99, I got a new screen protector and they replaced the battery for free since I bought it with the old policy. Talk about integrity. Yes. I recommend Jet City Repair wholeheartedly.

Thankfully JCD cleaned and dried my phone in less than 24hours and have it functioning perfectly. For a decent price, they were able to resuscitate my phone from water damage, and also they replied to my yelp message quickly! I highly recommend them!

Update: I brought in an iphone that would no longer charge. They promptly change out the charging port. The price was reasonable, and much less than a new phone. Another good experience with this business! I have taken two iphones with failing batteries to these people. Both phones are now working almost like new. In the next morning; fixed and on my way, this time with protective film. Two hours later-2 pm on a Friday afternoon- I dropped phone again and shattered the film. The phone seems not to be working though the display was fine. They got me in their last appointment slot the same day, fixed the phone and replaced the display-saving film. No Charge. Attributed, I think, to this thought: "Who on earth does this TWICE in 2 days, lol??!" I'd been in before with a different issue early on during COVID when NOTHING open, but they were. After my phone froze while I was on the East Coast, the guys at Verizon were utterly clueless about how to remedy! As I was in the middle of a hot mess coordinating care involving a family member with covid, I was essentially forced into buying a new phone. They said there was a 1 PM time available, which I was fine with taking. But instead, the gentleman who helped me, Daniel, decided he had time to fix it right then and there! I’ve have had great experiences with the repairing screens and replacing batteries on my phones.I HIGHLY recommend getting a full assessment and talking to them about damage before leaving your goods with them, though. I had an Apple watch screen repaired and only after they “repaired” it and I was paying they informed me it was really a temporary fix because there was damage to the case. There was extra epoxy put on to try and hold the screen in place as long as possible. I was pretty disappointed because had I known it wasn’t really able to be fixed I wouldn’t have had them do it. The watch lasted about a week after that. I could have put that money towards a new watch instead. Other than that they’ve been awesome.

My LG G6 battery was dying, discharging way too fast and the charging port was loose, hadn't had fast charging for a while. I only have one payment left, and was reluctant to "upgrade" for a lot more money when this one otherwise works great and meets all my needs. Looked at "renewed" phones but not happy with warranty (90 days) or reviews (mostly complaints about the battery). Saw recommendations for Jet City in the local social media groups, and excellent reviews on google and yelp. How did I not know about 3rd party repair shops before? Got a quote (they can work on most Android phones as well as Apple), same price as the renewed phones I found, except the repairs came with a year's warranty on the battery and a lifetime on the charging port. Made an appointment and yesterday, in an hour, they fixed it. I have fast charging back, my battery keeps a charge for as long as it originally did, and I am ecstatically happy that I can keep this phone for the foreseeable future.

My iphone had trouble charging for 6 months and i had to put pressure on the cord to get it to charge. Finally one day it wouldnt charge at all. I scheduled an appt to get the charging port replaced. When I arrived, he listened to my description of the issue, took the phone apart, and came back within 5 min and told me it looked like the problem was just lint in the charging port that he removed. My IPhone's screen was separating from its case. Something was swelling inside. I'd been thinking it might be time for a new phone but my partner encouraged me to have it looked at. I cracked (no...destroyed) my IPhone 5 screen and took it to Jet City Device Repair to have it fixed. I easily made an appointment online. Showed up at my designated time and my phone was fixed in less than 15 minutes. The tech ran various checks to make sure that all sound and other functionality was working properly and I was given a 30 day guarantee and warranty (in case I decided to drop my phone again, sigh). The process was easy and convenient and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Cost for my repair was $100. Much less than buying a new phone. I hope I don't, but if I have to have a future screen repaired, I'll use Jet City Device Repair.

They even matched the price my brother was charged when I came in to fix my phone a few weeks later, after the offer had expired! This place charges a fair bit and the materials they use aren’t great. I would go back for the service but never for a replacement screen For comparison - for a broken iPhone XR screen, it costs $159 at this place compared to $199 at the Apple store. I would recommend going to the Apple store and getting an original screen. With the replacement screen, it’s much harder to type, the screen is not as bright, and you can’t use true tone anymore. My partner has the same phone with the original screen, it's night and day. I would give this one star, but the service from the guys was pretty good - they were friendly and professional. Edit: the store replaced my screen because of my complaint. When I went home it was much the same, except there were no dead pixels this time and the screen was marginally better in terms of digitizer. Adding one star for the service, but I still wouldn't recommend anyone with a recent iphone use this service

They have saved my iPhone more times than I care to think about. Always worth the cost which is fair. My advice to you - if your “water resistant” iPhone gets wet - even for a quick dunk - run it over to Jet City immediately and they will dry it out (cheap or free) quickly. If you don’t, it might appear fine but can have problems months later. Jet City can fix those problems but, even better, they can prevent them. I love Jet City!

I have never had an issue with my iPhone XS (as they are extremely water resistant). I looked on the website and nothing is stated about the phone loosing its water resistant rating. I have an iPhone 5S and the first screen after 5-6 months of use had some discoloration/fading issues. The second screen (that JetCity replaced under their guarantee) has perfect color but poor touch sensitivity and has a few dead zones particularly near the top of the screen. I think I will just end up buying a new 7-Plus instead of trying to wait for the prices to come down...

I was waiting for the "fine print" with JCD Repair because the cost of repairing my iPhone was unbelievably low. I was suspicious that my screen would be fixed, work and include a warranty?? ...right! . Much to my delight and surprise, JCD Repair had no hidden cost, was upfront on the price, their warranty AND fixed my phone!!! JCD is awesome, professional and extremely efficient!!! My I phone 7 screen shattered and needed repair on a Sunday. Luckily this place was open and could repair the screen the same day. They did a great job for a reasonable price. My only issues- the website did not list I phone 7 as one of the phones they fixed. They did list I phone 6, so I scheduled anyway just in case- I tried to call them a couple of times for clarification, but nobody answered the phone so I just showed up. Turns out they CAN fix I phone 7, but the price was higher than listed for the I phone 6. The other thing was the repair person told me to come back in an hour. When I came back, the phone was not ready, so they told me to come back in another 2 hours! So my recommendation would be to give them an alternate phone # if possible so they can call YOU when the repair is done. One great thing was that they put a new tempered glass screen protector on the phone, but that protector cracked (my fault) and they gave me another one FOR FREE! so overall, this is a great place to get your phone screen replaced with same day service!

I had contemplated getting a kit and replacing my iPhone 4S screen myself, but replacement screens run $60-$70 online and it looked like it was going to take at least an hour to do it myself and run the risk of messing up my phone. This small shop is great. Shattered the glass of my Apple Watch Generation 2 on vacation. No appointment needed. Walk in, check-in, and drop off your item. They tell you 24-48 hours. Cost to fix = $159+ tax vs. Apple = $259+tax. Before I discovered Jet City, really contemplated buying a new Apple watch for $350-$450 but fortunately didn’t have to. I called 2 days later after not getting contacted. They told me it’s been done and they called me. I guess they called either day of or day after I dropped it off but didn’t leave a voicemail — this is my one suggestion: leave voicemails in the age of robo spam callers. Definitely will come back here if any other item breaks.

My Galaxy S5 had the problem of pressing the back button itself randomly while I was using it. I thought it might have been because the screen was loose, and I had it tightened at Jet City for 39$, which was a quite reasonable price. The problem was gone but came back in a new shape two days after the repair. This time I had the problem only when the phone got hot (e.g., using it as GPS on a hot day) and it was happening quite rhythmically every second even when I was not using the phone. I think this new problem was not related to the previous problem or their repair since the symptoms were not totally the same and the phone was kinda old (almost 2 years old and badly used). However, Jet City still suggested refunding me for the repair! I was impressed by their care of customer satisfaction. I would definitely go back if I have another device problem. By the way, I found online a patch solution for my phone's problem: I changed "touch key light duration" to "always off" from the display settings and the problem disappeared! My battery goes slightly shorter now though, but that's okay.

Love this place. They have fixed my screens and home buttons in the past. This issue is on my newest phone.... Sprint said: under warranty, but will be min $75 and up to a week to fix the issue. Jet City said: will be $79, done in 30 min ish (ended up being 20 min) and has a lifetime warranty. I will continue to use this place for all my phone needs and recommend them more than just about any other company I have ever used. Always honest and fair.

Got a brand new Iphone 6, and within two weeks of owning it and (and the first time to drop it), the screen shattered.
