They did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my iPhone 12 Pro Max back glass which was completely shattered. Multiple other companies told me it couldn’t be done, but this company completed the job in a couple hours and for a very reasonable price. The phone looks absolutely brand new! It’s a small shop but they were completely professional in every aspect. I had a few minutes to chat with the owner and could just tell he’s in the business because he likes to help people. Hopefully I won’t break my phone again, but if I do 100% I’ll be back.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro that had been submerged in water and been in rice for 2 days. I thought my phone was over, as the screen was just dark and none of the apps would let me in. I was referred to iPlayPower by a previous customer. Just let me say this, Lowell knows what he's doing. He was extremely prompt, professional and got me in last minute. Plus his prices are reasonable. He put on a new screen, and I picked it up within 45 minutes. Thank you so much! I am so grateful, and you are much appreciated!

Came here because I needed a new screen cover for my iPhone 11. I was hoping to get a new case as well, but seeing as the 11 is an older edition of the iPhone, the options were pretty limited, and I ended up opting to look online for more variety. In addition to a screen protector, I grabbed a new pop-socket for my car mount. They offer 10 dollars off of a Zagg screen protector for checking in, so take advantage!

Lowell is great! My phone was dying and wouldn't charge, and I needed it for a meeting, so I just walked over to his place and he cleaned the port in 10 minutes for 20 bucks, easy and efficient and reliable.

So glad I found this business! I, unfortunately, am prone to cracking my screen. January itself I had scheduled two appointments to get my screen fixed (the latest damage was SOOO bad I didn't even think it was possible to fix it,) and he was still able to repair my phone screen in an hour!! The latest repair did have a screen glitch (not his fault, my latest screen damage caused my phone to be locked for 57 minutes lol so he couldn't really test the screen after the repair) and I was able to bring it in today to get it fixed at no cost. :) very happy costumer. I hope everyone gives this place a try, I highly recommend it. As for the people concern about security, there's clear instructions on the site on how to back up and reset your phone prior to the appointment if you don't want to give away your passcode. Thanks again!!

Extremely professional and quick. Got an iPhone battery swapped while waiting. It is a residential location but it’s very clean, organized, setup nicely. Definitely recommend this place as the owner is really courteous and seems to have thought of everything for those that wait. You are also able to drop off items to be picked up later.

The iPlayPower is at a residence but it is very safe and clean and friendly. Lowell is great! My iphone was fixed so quickly (under 30 minutes) and is in perfect condition. I highly recommend this service. I was just so grateful to have my phone fixed as I use it for business and I didn't have to haggle or deal with any big business wait times! ;-)

Very helpful, professional and friendly. Great pricing and service. The pricing was better than Jet City (a place I have used twice before), about $50 cheaper for my iPhone 6S Plus. Just got that done last week. This is a business ran out of a house on Beacon Hill (signs in yard). The gentleman was very nice, and even let me borrow a screw driver to replace the tabs on my car while I waited. ;) The repair was done in 30 minutes, as quoted. Taking my daughter's phone to get fixed by them today! ;)

I've had two different iphones repaired here in the last two years. One camera fixed, and the other needed its battery replaced. Fast, friendly service, great pricing, great results. The last one, I dropped it off, walked up and had a coffee, came back in 30 minutes and it was done. Has saved me hundreds of dollars at this point.

Lowell at iPlayPower was AMAZING! My little girl dropped her iPhone, and not only did he fix the screen quickly, he was completely accommodating. We went there on Fathers Day - just before brunch, and he fixed it while we waited. He was done within 30 minutes, and we were on our merry way. And his prices are completely reasonable! I will keep him on speed dial for sure!

An unconventional place to get your phone fixed but Lolel( not 100% sure on how to spell his name) provided an excellent service for a fraction of what it would normally cost at a Apple store or any other repair store. You’ll be saving $40-$60 dollars coming here. It’s also a great feeling to support a small business I highly recommend!

So quick! Fixed in bout 15 mins. They are located in a house but don't be deterred because they are great and fast. They fixed my iPhone screen and home button which were both broken and they have now been in perfect working order for over a year now. Very knowledgeable and reasonable prices--I will be back as soon as I need service again.

A friend had recommended iPlayPower to me, so I decided to give it a try. The owner of iPlayPower is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He discovered that the frame was bent, so he replaced it. It was easy to get an appointment, it only took an hour for him to fix it and he guarantees his work. I would go to iPlayPower any day over the Apple store.

Would highly recommend! My touch screen stopped responding out of nowhere late the other night and I was able to schedule an appointment and come in the very next day. Took about twenty minutes at a very reasonable rate. I felt very welcome; the waiting/living room was stocked with maganizes and cable TV.

[I had been hearing quotes of at least $150, I ended up only paying about $65 here.] The guy was really friendly and got me in and out in a jiff. Excellent response time, customer service and knowledge. However I came with my daughter after picking her up from the local middle school and excepted the location to have a bathroom, but I found out the restroom was in private area and the owner of the business had a safety concern which I felt was valid. If you go to this place of business, please remember to use the restroom first. Otherwise great experience, and great signage.
