Needed a new phone, the two guys I worked with helped me out and were really quick about it. They brought up certain factors I didn’t even think of which overall helped my decision on which phone would be best for me. Even when the store started filling up they juggled helping me and other customers even with just the two of them. Thanks guys, happy holidays

Is like to give Daran a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ proformance. We walked in and never expected to walk out being a satisfied as we were. He really knows his job. If you need a new phone I highly recommend stopping in and seeing Daran at the 1842s 300w location. Thanks again for spending so much time with us.

This is the greatest store ever. I just came over to the store to have my phone fixed and Daran helped me, and he had my phone fixed in a matter of 5 mins. He was awesome. This store has two of the most pleasant people working in it. I went to the corporate store yesterday for the same help, and as soon as they found out I wasn't going to buy a phone, they would no Lonergan help me. I had an really good salesman that came from Best Buy, but they got mad at him for spending too much time with me. So I try never to go to the corporate store, when I can go to the Salt Lake City South store where you are treated like an important person. Thank you Sonja Labrum

Victor is an amazing incredible knowledgeable person! He did an outstanding job explaining to all options and cost breakdowns. I got to watch him work with multiple customers and did a great job multi-tasking while my mobile was transferring. Victor is a true asset to the origination. I am not from SLC but make monthly visits due to my job and I will now only utilize this location and work with Victor!

Came in here today and the staff was super friendly. They helped me get a new iPhone super quick and easy. Super appreciated how honest the guys were and they didn’t hassle me with trying to add on a bunch of extra stuff or try to upcharge anything. I will for sure come back to this location. Fantastic job guys! Love my new iPhone.

Well THAT was a great experience. Ask for Daran if you go in - he was calm, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. He helped us with some new phones and plan transitions, and had helpful (but never pushy) suggestions along the way. Really refreshing to have that level of competence - it’s worth driving to this specific store just for that.

Fantastic Verizon store. The manager,Daran, is extremely customer focused. I am from out of town and I had some strange messages on my Verizon phone. Both Daran and Monteray provided excellent service. They were able to correct unresolved account plan update issues that were not previously fixed by online Verizon customer service. I also purchased a new phone with trade-in but had to go out of town prior to Verizon posting the fix on my account so Monterey continued to update me while away with my account resolutions so that I could I pick up my phone upon return from my business trip. I highly recommend this Verizon location if you're looking for an excellent in-store experience.

He knew his stuff. When showing me items he did not give me the price unless I asked. I was in a hurry and I paid $65+/- for a screen protector. I didn't realize it was that much until I rec'd the receipt via email. I was able to get the business discount though.

Graham was so awesome when I came in with an error code on my phone and somewhat panicked. He took time to help pull all my backups and get them started to download. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was so grateful he was so close to my office and and took the time to help me. The past couple of of times I have gone to the Verizon stores I was really dissapointed in the customer service. Not at this store, customer service was great.
