This store is very lucky for having him, he truly knows his business but above all, he knows how to treat customers.

Also while the transfer from the old iPhone to the new iPhone took a while she had a nice conversation with us that made the time go by so fast. I would go back again next time I need help, Tyler is very nice !
James WagstaffI recently went to the AT&T to ask that my phone be put on autopay. As I walked in, a previous customer was just finishing up, so I was helped within 2 minutes. The fellow who helped me was very pleasant. When I said I wanted my phone service to be on auto pay, he had to scroll through all the options on his work computer, but was very good natured and eager to help me. After a very short time, I left the store, knowing that he had made it possible for me to stop stewing over whether I had paid my phone bill or not.

C SMaria at the Foothill ATT store rocks! I bought an unlocked iPhone 13 Pro Max 13 and was told by a different ATT store that I couldn’t transfer my phone # from the physical sim to the electronic sim without creating a new phone number. That didn’t sound right so I randomly stopped in to ATT on Foothill for a 2nd opinion and Maria immediately and quickly made the transfer. A couple days later it looked like my outbound caller id wasn’t working. After 5 days and too many hours on the phone with at least 5 different ATT customer service reps who couldn’t troubleshoot the issue successfully, my case was escalated to the highest level of ATT corporate tech support only for them to close my case, citing that “ATT doesn’t have a caller caller id service” (huh?). So I called the ATT Foothill store and asked for Maria. In 5 minutes she helped me troubleshoot and figure out my outbound caller id was in fact working but for some reason just not on my second phone that I had been using for testing, and likely because that phone was on an older version of the software. Maria solved both problems that several others couldn’t which is impressive and very much appreciated!
