I questioned the quality (1" blemish on finished product) of the screen protector, and she said that it was "underneath the screen protector", which was not true. There are absolutely no marks and/or scratches on my phone's screen.

5 star company and product. I’ve had my zag lifetime warranty for a glass screen protector on my iPhone for years! It’s protected my phone countless times. I won’t go without a glass screen protector on my iPhone because I know my iPhone screen will never break with it on!! Easy process for replacing when needed with their lifetime warranty. They even provided a discount when I recently upgraded and needed a new type of glass screen protector. I usually shop online or call their customer service number so I’ve never had to go to a specific location. Recommend this product to everyone! They’re product, service and great packaging easily makes them a 5 star company. Thank you Zagg!

The woman was extremely nice and had a huge smile the entire time. She knew how to install the new screen protector in a matter of 1 or two minutes with out any bubbles or flaws. She has been working there for quite some time now. I have felt with her before and had the same results. She is the best in the business and she has a great smile and it is a pleasure to go see her and do business with ZAGG! She is and should be the role model for all ZAGG Employees! She told me once on a good day she has changed over 150 phone screens. I was like WOWZERS THATS ALOT OF WORK FOR A SINGLE DAY!
