These guys are legit, quick, and reliable. Dropped off an unrecognizable iPhone 12 at noon and picked it up by 3 with a brand new screen and back panel for hundreds less than other stores with longer wait times. Good selection of cases too.

Literally got weak in the knees when my phone screen leaked some type of black fluid under the glass after dropping it on solid ground (I think it was fluid?). We Fix It, overnighted my screen and replaced the entire back plate and front screen. If you must get a fix after a fatal drop, this is your savior.

Great Service! My iPhone 6 needed a screen replacement. I casually mentioned that my car was being repaired too and that I would be walking. He offered to pick up my phone at my house, make the repair and bring it back!!! The fee for delivery was small, so I decided to take him up on his offer. He arrived on time, actually fixed the phone on the spot and it was working in under 10 minutes! It works perfectly! He was able to charge my credit card at my door... it was so nice for me! I had two issues with my phone. One was that the battery was drained and no longer functional, the other that my phone could not hold a charge, and no charger seemed to work. Holding it at different angles, using different outlets, nothing worked. I was without the phone for days, it was not coming on at all, and did not know what could be done. I reached out to We Fix It, and Angel did an amazing job of resolving all these issues. He helped both with my getting a new battery, and cleaning the charging port which had become extremely dusty. I would not have figured any of this out on my own. Angel saved me a ton of money and time by figuring both of these things out. He also explained to me what each problem was, and what I needed ton know going forward. I highly recommend We Fix It to anyone who is trying to figure out what's wrong with their phone. Ask for Angel!!

Dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I remembered seeing this place in my neighborhood so I stopped to see if my phone could be fixed. Angel assisted me and replaced my glass in 15 minutes. He also offered me a discount on a screen protector. Yay Angel!! I never had to replace my screen b4, so I am not sure the going rate. Hopefully I won’t be breaking anymore iPhone 11 screens, but if I do I know exactly where to go! Cracked and smashed the top third of my iPhone earlier today, it was right where the front camera and earpiece are so I was really concerned and thought I might have to buy a new phone entirely. I live around the corner of We Fix It so I walked down, dropped my phone off, and it was fixed completely when I went back an hour later. It was ready sooner, but I had a work call. It was a little on the pricey side (normally $150 but was $190 because the camera had to be fixed) but to be fair, it’s a helluva lot cheaper than buying a replacement! Five stars.

When I asked about battery replacement, I was delighted to find that both screen and battery would take less than 20 minutes, and cost a small fraction of the cost of Apple Store. At this point, my only regret is ever going anywhere else to get my phone fixed. Seriously, if your phone needs serviced, get it done here.

What a wonderful experience! My iPhone 6 had a cracked screen and I brought it to this place based on other Google reviews. Unsal was really friendly and the repair was excellent - in addition to being fast and for a really reasonable price (he even went so far as to add on a new screen protector). I particularly liked that he explained all the little parts and pieces of the phone as he took it apart and put it back together and I really enjoyed the conversation we had while he worked (the whole thing only took about 15-20 minutes).

Excellent Service a Pleasure to deal with. The guy that works there is fantastic, he is very trustworthy and a genius at fixing mac. I had the worst accident ever I was sick and spilled honey lemon tea on my make I took it to a mac genius bar store they told me to buy a new one. When I took it to him, he fixed it as good as new, and it took him only two weeks to fix everything and install a new keyboard, and he did it for me with a great price. I highly recommend the store. I am very satisfied with the service

My iPhone XR had a crack and some water damage, took it to Apple they were going to charge me $400. My daughter recommended WE FIX IT and let me just say the service was excellent and the repair was quick and efficient. He charged me $189 for the repair and added a screen protector, I paid $200 and it was well worth it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I came into the store with a broken phone and my lost sanity, and I left with a friend and a phone that was better than new. Zack is AMAZING. I came in with a shattered screen and he fixed it within 20 minutes. However, I had some issues with functionality (unrelated to the new screen) and had to go back a few times - he took a comprehensive look and fixed it every single time without complaint. I'm writing this right now as I've dropped my screen yet again, and honestly, he makes the experience significantly less stressful. I couldn't recommend him enough!

The alternative would have been to pay over $200 bucks out of pocket for the deductible on a new phone. My issue issue was solved faster and for a more reasonable price. Problem solved. Spilled coffee on my computer; it stopped turning on and showed no signs of life. When I took it to the Apple Store the next day, they told me it would cost around $1000 to send it to the factory and repair it (this is almost the price of the laptop itself). ZACK was incredible!!! Best customer service that I’ve received in a very long time! He didn’t rush me or the job that I needed him to do on my iPhone 7Plus which before coming in had seen better days! My screen was entirely shattered and had those scary lines all over it and the buttons would randomly press even while the device wasn’t being touched. I didn’t have the money the day I came in but Zack was still kind enough to give me a TRUE estimate and was good to me even though I wasn’t able to get my services done that same day. Flash forward to a week later and I’m back with the estimate amount in hand, and Zack actually remembered me and my device and went ahead and made sure my screen removal and new install was done flawlessly!!! Shout out to Zack and the entire We Fix It team!!!

I went into the store to have my Iphone 8 screen fixed. They fixed it in a matter of minutes, and gave me a good price for the job. We also found out that my camera had been broken from the drop, during the fixing process. The manager immediately offered to go buy the part for me, and told me it would be here tomorrow and to stop by whenever. Amazing service, and I'll be going here for all my Iphone problems now.

Stopped in today to have my charging port replaced at a very reasonable $55.00. When I got into the shop, I was thrilled to find that the charger port did not need to be replaced as it was simply an issue of being filled with lint. I appreciate that the owner had the integrity to let me know instead of just cleaning it out and charging me $50 bucks for a "replacement" like many other places would. I will definitely come back in the event that I do actually have something wrong with any of my devices.

Genuine review alert!!! My iphone 11 screen crack and I needed to back up my phone before I replaced it with apple. I called around and different places would not do it for me but I called we fix it and they were able to back up my data for me by using a new screen to allow me to log in and back up to icloud. Ansel is great, professional and has fixed my iPhone 6 twice now. First time for a new battery and the second when the audio and charging port weren't working. I plan to return to have him look at my mac book pro. Turn around wasn't too bad- I had to wait about an hour and half but not awful considering it's a single man operation and there was plenty to do to keep me occupied in that area.

I had a cracked screen on an out of warranty iPhone 6. Sal replaced the glass while keeping the original touchscreen / Retina display. He also kept the original home button/Touch ID. It will cost you $129 (out of warranty) to do the exact same thing at the Apple Store. Sal was warm, transparent and offered 1 month warranty on work. I was out in 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

My experience at We Fix It was great from start to finish! I texted online asking if they could help me and got a positive response in a few hours. I dropped off my old iPad 3 and explained I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it. In a few hours, they called to say it was completely fixed and only charged $20. When I went to pick up my iPad, I took in a Dell computer with a bad hinge. The owner looked at it on the spot and determined some screws were missing. He tried to use screws from another model he had on site, but it didn’t work. He let me know he would be happy to help me out if I couldn’t get the screen replaced under warranty. When all was said and done, he wouldn’t charge me for the time he spent diagnosing the problem. I wish I had known about You Fix It a few years ago. It would have really saved me money and time!!

I've been a local resident living around the We Fix It shop for eighteen years. Sal and his team do an amazing job. Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly with very reasonable prices. I have purchased case covers, screen (glass) protectors and just today I replaced the battery in my 2011 Mac Air. Sal pre ordered the correct battery and then called when it was ready. I happened to be at a business meeting across the street. I decided to pop in here for my old Samsung s5. It's my favorite phone that I refuse to give up for a number of reasons. Because it's old no one has the screen in Stock anymore, and trust me I've tried several different times. So when I went in I was pleasantly surprised that they had my screen. The nice guy fixed it for me within about 40 minutes while I went back across the street to the coffee shop. I'm actually really psyched about this as I type from my new screen!

It's probably the ONLY store in RI that would fix my Sony Xperia Z5 because most places in America haven't started selling the model. Most people generally do not know Sony still make phones so I was turned down numerous times at other phone fix shops . Luckily, all the staff in the store are extremely polite, helpful and patient. The boss Sal fixed it in time with high responsibility and it turned out to function perfectly. He said it's the first new Sony flagship phone he's ever fixed. He also fixed my old Sony Xperia Z1. I wouldn't say the repair price is super super cheap in this case (because my phones are extremely rare for America) but it's totally worth it! The service is guaranteed! PS: Last time I checked it the ratings were 4.8 now it's full mark!

I had an amazing experience at this shop today! Customer service was excellent, welcoming and clean environment: Some how in the tussle of falling asleep phone in hand, cord wrapped around arms, the tip of the charger became dislodged into the phone and disconnected from the wire. After several attempts at removing it myself, I called my provider-who informed me I would need to physically go into the store to see if it was repairable (despite me over explaining that the piece just needed to be extracted). So that I did, to find they weren't open for another couple of hours. I carried on with my day, battery on 22%, slightly pressed, having accepted the situation at hand. AND THEN! Mirrrrraaaaaaculously, as I was strolling through the East side of Providence by happenstance stumbled across this little gem on Wickenden street. Upon walking in I was greeted with a pleasant smile. I walked over to the service desk, showed him my phone, he grabbed a tool from a mug on the desk and within minutes he had extracted the remnants of the charger. Clearly my issue wasn't life or death, but certainly inconvenient and could've been costly. I received expedient service and extreme kindness. I recommend this be anyone's first stop for repairs. Bossman blessed it 🙌🏾

My phone was not charging. It was discovered the cord was partially to blame. The attendant offered to charge my phone while I was running an errand nearby and offered suggestions on where to get the proper cord. At no time did he attempt to upsell or get me to pay for something. Seems like the place you can trust.
