He also took additional time to carefully place a screen protector on my phone for added protection . I will definitely utilize ProFix services for all future repairs.

Not all heroes wear capes! My phone fell off a fricken roller coaster, I thought no way it could get fixed but saw this place and it had good reviews and was able to just walk in with it. The guy was honest with me, saying the damage was really bad and some parts of my phone might not work anymore like Face ID etc, but that he would do his best. A few hours later and my phone practically looks brand new! I almost started crying at the counter when he showed it to me and it was still functioning properly! He even made sure other stuff worked like the SIM card reader, etc. And the pricing was super reasonable. Such a big relief!

I had the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE at ProFix on Mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence with Rasif. This is the best place to have your phone fixed in Rhode island! I cracked my Samsung Galaxy S8 cellphone screen about a year and a half ago and it was completely fine until today when it all of a sudden turned completely green. I was afraid my cellphone was no good at all and maybe needed a completely new phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and love my phone and definitely didn't want another one if I could help it. My boyfriend did a search on Google for the best phone fixing places in Rhode Island with good reviews. We went to two other locations in RI first that didn't carry screens to fix the S8 in-person in stock and couldn't get it repaired unless it was specially ordered, which would have taken at least a week to fix. I said to my boyfriend, there has to be a place that fixes the S8 screens and then he said "Let's try ProFix, they have awesome reviews". Seriously what a blessing it was! We walked into the ProFix location and it was a beautiful clean store with a friendly and knowledgeable person named Rasif. We told him we went to two other places before his store and noone could fix my S8 screen in-person. He looked right at my phone, knew the problem right away, gave us a quote with great pricing and said he could fix my phone screen and that it would be done in less than an hour. He said we could sit down on the couch and watch TV, or could come back. We both sat and waited. Rasif was very kind and down to earth. I started reading a magazine on the table, while my boyfriend watched the TV with a ton of channels to view. Rasif then said " It's ready" and I was like "Wow that was really fast". It was done in less than an hour and it was absolutely perfect! He took such great care of the phone, was very detailed in fixing it, and really made sure my boyfriend and I had the best experience overall. My phone looks and works like it's brand new. Rasif is a phone magician and superhero! He even said I have 3 month warranty if anything goes wrong and could get it repaired free of charge within that 3 months, which is also amazing. Hopefully, I won't need to use the warranty as I'm confident everything will be great going forward with my new phone screen. He even helped me find a new phone protector screen and case. Highly highly recommended! ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 Stars Customer service! You won't be disappointed. Great place, convenient location, very clean, great service, and your phone is fixed like brand new right away. A few weeks ago I broke my cellphone and thought it was unrepairable and as it was a gift from my wife it had sentimental value to me, I brought it to these wonderful folks and it was repaired in five days as good as new and the repair bill itself was most reasonable. If your phone needs afixin ' - this is the place. Ali also suggested when purchasing a phone case to get one with a higher 'lip' on front to better protect against a frontal fall. good advice.

My iPhone 11 Pro recently decided to take a 10 second swim and experienced some issues afterward. My screen still worked but the light wouldn’t turn on and had green lines vertically that would come and go, I called to have it repaired and talked to the very friendly worker who was even willing to work with me on the price. I saw a couple negative reviews that left me skeptical but trust me when I say if you need your phone fixed ProFix is the place to do it. The entire process took 15 mins (as promised on the sign out front) and he even gave me a free glass screen protector. Significantly better then the genius bar and a great value, would definitely recommend !!

I took a chance at finding a repair guy for my daughter's iPhone 6s and found this listing in Google. Didn't have to make an appointment on the phone but just showed up during normal business hours. Had to wait for a few minutes as owner was working on another iPhone so I took a nap in the car. Once he worked on my daughter's phone, it took less than 10 minutes and I was out of there after having paid a very reasonable amount for a new battery installed.

I absolutely enjoyed the 45 minutes spent here with the owner Naso. Came in for cracked iPhone 6s+ screen $55, $10 high quality screen protector, $15 for glitter Otterbox replica, $0 for 6 month warranty for non damaged screen issues. It would’ve taken 15 mins, but I had a disabled connect to iTunes issue which he fixed no problem. Naso cares about the quality and care for his customers and as a customer who’s gonna spend money, you can feel the vibe. Keep up the quality!!
