I'm highly impressed by Cellular Mobile. Sandra, Jan and the entire staff were wonderful. They really know their stuff and they transformed a shattered iPad into a new one in 2 hours! The prices are extremely reasonable. And they went out of their way to help me find accessories that would prevent future damage to my device. Outstanding customer service, clean and customer-friendly store and expert tech assistance. They are the best!

I came in with my broken IPhone 6s plus, the girl at the front Sandra fixed it while I was waiting. I would say about 25 minutes. Employees there are super nice. The price is very reasonable. She also recommended a really good cover and a tempered glass screen protector, which absolutely like. This place is best on everything. Thank you Sandra very much. I'm very happy with the service, my phone looks like brand new again. I will come back again and again if I need any other service.

I have an expensive iPhone XR that I haven’t finished paying off yet, and my puppy got a hold of it and completely crunched it up in her mouth so I thought my phone was destroyed. But to my surprise, Cellular Mobile Services quickly repaired my phone on my lunch break and I literally have a brand new phone !!! They are extremely polite, courteous, and professional. Entire staff was wonderful. I arrived on my lunch break and they fixed my iPhone XR screen and LCD in under 30-minutes while I waited. They are true experts and professionals. Price for my repair was very good and they also had a wonderful selection of iPhone cases and accessories along with cell phones. I am so pleased with their services and they are a local business so please support this company- they are awesome!!!

I broke the screen of my cell, the truth is that I was quite nervous and I was afraid that my cell was going to have issues after replacing the screen, well, I was wrong, , Sandra aside of been extremely nice she was quite fast, she is an excellent professional, she made me feel comfortable. I never write these reviews, but I thought I needed to give some feedback on the service that I received today. I called about my iPhone 7 not charging. I was told it could be dust in the charging port for the port might need to be replaced for about $70. I brought the phone in fully expecting to pay $70 to get it fixed. However, when I got there the woman at the desk took my phone messed around with some tweezers pulled out some dust and checked The port again. Like magic, everything worked just fine. I had tried to get the dust out, but wasn’t able to. But with her skill and that special tool, she got it out and everything works fine now. Didn’t charge me a cent. Thank you so much I will definitely bring any repairs to your shop if and when I need them in the future.

I have been going to Cellular Mobile about four times in the last two years, from broken screens to battery replacement to replacing my charging port, never had to come back a second time. I want to say every time I go to there it’s a nice experience and my phone is fixed and fixed right the first time. I want to thank Sarah and Sandra for great customer service these women are very knowledgeable when it comes to repairing phones you will be amazed. Every time I go there my phone is fixed on the spot, I don’t have to wait very long. Anytime something happens to my cell phone they are the first company I think about. There Prices are VERY REASONABLE and much cheaper than the competitors if you’re looking for a cell phone store to repair your cell phone I can assure you will be 100% satisfied.

This is by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had anywhere. Came in to get a glass screen protector and upon arrival they were very nice acknowledged me right away and offer me a new service they’re providing, life time warranty for the glass protector. I think it’s an awesome deal and for the price you can’t beat it. Sandra was also very helpful and knowledgeable explaining the process and applying it. I’m sending all my friends and family. Huge shout out to Cellular Mobile Services at 329 Warren Avenue in East Providence for their super professional service today repairing 2 iPhone Screens! One which was so shattered I didn’t think there was any hope for it! Extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Was in and out of the store in about 25 minutes and have 2 practically new looking, functioning phones with a guarantee on their work. Would highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the customer service here. I went there to check if they can fix my phone coz it was flickering and sometimes the screen is black and it freezes all of the sudden. Lisa was the one there and she is really good! She was gentle to my phone and accommodating. I went home with new screen and my phone is working fantastic!

EDIT: I previously had a very poor experience with this location and wrote the below review. The owner called me personally in 30 minutes and promised to make it right. He fixed my screen for free and also included an iPhone charger. This completely changed my experience with this company and I’ll be back if I break any screens in the future. Previous review:I got my screen replaced and was told it would take 30mins.. I came back 45 minutes later and they hadn’t even started. They up sold me on a screen protector saying that it was supposed to be more durable.. it cracker within two days. When I brought it in for them to replace the screen protector they told me there was no warranty and said “of course it would break if it was dropped”. Then just repeated that there’s no warranty....the service was mediocre at best and their products are inferior, I would recommend any other place to get your phone repaired.

I came in here today per the suggestion of a T-MOBILE employee. I had something stuck in my phone. They fixed my phone within 15 minutes. I bought a new charger for $15 and I wasn’t even charged for the repair. Quick and easy. Go here!

Sandy and Adrianne did a fantastic job replacing the cracked screen and installing a new shatter-proof case. Cellular Mobile Services in Wakefield has earned my trust! I brought my iPhone 6S in for what I believed was just a simple battery replacement, but during the repair a more serious problem was discovered (phone couldn't properly charge ANY battery). The store called me back and demonstrated the issue and recommended that I place a claim with AT&T. They showed me how the original battery was bloated and pushing the screen right off the face of the phone and recommended I not charge and use the phone again. They removed the SIM for me and recommended I use an older iPhone I had as a backup until my new phone arrived through AT&T claim process. When I asked what I owed for this fast, honest diagnosis, she said there would be no charge! Other shops may have just replaced the battery even though that wouldn't have solved the issue. I will bring my devices to Cellular in the future.
