Couldn’t be happier with the personable and empathetic, and supreme service #DiFamilia was provided here!!! We had multiple broken devices and were in quite the bind the day before the November holiday; that us Native Americans do NOT celebrate, the Owner was Uber personable and ensured both classic 👁️ 📱 were restored to their glory with fresh screens! Currently dropping off #DiFamilia iPad for repair and will be back to have our MacBook 💻 Pros screen replaced! Highly recommended and 5ive ✨’s aren’t enough but it is the max google will allow at this time. Blessings to both of the Bosses and their families!!! #INSHALLAH

My iPhone 7+ had a pretty good screen damage with some loose pieces near the camera area being held by a clear tape, so I clearly had to get it replaced. Cellular-Medic was easy to find/reach through the phone and we were able to get the iPhone screen fixed up in 30 minutes and I even got a new Otterbox case at a great value price altogether (compared to other inquiries in the Providence area). The staff were very professional and kept me in the loop on their progress. I would come back again and I'd also recommend this place to everybody.

This place is amazing! I found this shop after I cracked my iPhone 8 Plus last night. The repairman was super friendly and fixed my phone in 15 minutes at a such reasonable price. He even fixed my broken home button at no extra charge. Screen looks like it’s brand new. I 100% recommend this place if you need a screen repair!

Thought my phone was badly damaged as it had stopped charging and was always hot. Came to cellular-medic and after a careful assessment of my phone, I was told that nothing was wrong with the phone except that it had merely gathered dust inside the charging port. The issue was quickly fixed and I didn’t have to pay a dime!!! These guys are honest and professional!

These guys are fabulous. My wife's phone died on a Friday night when she had an important business function on Saturday night that would require her phone. We went in to Cellular-Medic first thing Saturday morning and they took a look, diagnosed it, and put my wife at ease. They told us it would be finished by 3 PM and for a rebuild like they did, the price was great. They even had the good sense to let us know they could replace the battery for very little money while they were in there anyway. So we went back at 3 PM and true to their word, the phone was fixed and they even gave her a new case for $5! Really nice guys, super dependable. I'll go to them again anytime I have a problem!

These guys seriously go above and beyond. I had a phone I wanted unlocked and the company kept rejecting it, for days they pushed through and kept trying and on the final try it unlocked and I got to use it with my new phone service. On top of that, I needed a new laptop and got a 2012 refurbed Mac from them for a phenomenal price and it's still working great. I haven't had any issues. I play games on it, do what I need to do. These guys seriously provide the best service. Support your local shops y'all <3

I walked into Cellular Medic Saturday morning. Within ten minutes, my screen was replaced. They also gave me a free screen protector, and a great deal for an Apple phone case. Great and fast service! I took my iphone there on 4/12/19 because my speaker wasn't working. The gentleman fixed it in less than ten minutes. Very friendly and affordable place. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. :)

After reading the reviews I decided it was worth the trip from Newport to Providence. I was NOT disappointed After realizing he did not have the correct part in stock for my older Iphone, he asked if I would mind waiting while he went to his other shop and got one. He then closed his shop and drove to Pawtucket. He also put on a screen saver which he did not charge me for. Service is clearly their #1 priority. Well worth the trip

I had gone to sprint to get my iPhone 6s fixed because it wouldn't charge and when it did sometimes the battery wouldnt hold a charge. They said the phone wasn't any good and there was no fixing this phone. Apparently, I'm on it now and it's never worked better thanks to cellular medic. I walked into the cellular medic shop and spoke with the tech (Angel). I then told him what was going on and Immediately the tech got to work with the phone. He took it apart and diagnosed my phone before closing time which was highly appreciated. Although it was late, the tech did not try to rush me out and helped me to the fullest extent. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Thanks again to the service agent/tech at cellular medic, I'm fully satisfied with the service I was provided.

Went in to repair an iPhone 5 mic that had quit working. T-Mobile had already replaced it once for the same issue and its warranty had expired. They replaced it in less than an hour and off I went. They couldn't test it because the phone had been reset and was at the startup screen. The replacement mic didn't work 100% and was muffled. I took it back a week later (after using speakerphone for the duration) and they replaced it and tested it, no charge. They even waited an extra 10 mins after their closing time for me to pick it up on a Saturday. They easily could've closed and made me come back Monday, no phone until Monday! But they waited patiently while I was stuck in Waterfire traffic downtown. Overall great little shop, friendly and fast service. The repair costs are reasonable compared to getting a new (or refurbished) phone. I would recommend it to anyone who needs cellphone repair. Definitely not the kind of stuff you want to try to do yourself at home, and I am a DIYer myself!

Upon on arrival to Providence visiting from Alaska, I shattered my screen, which was not a great way to start the holiday. I called around and found the best deal to be cellular medic. I walked in and within 20 minutes had my iPhone6 screen repaired. I also had the battery replaced for lowe cost then apple at providence place. Overall, I saved money and time. Thank you!
