I had a great experience on Black Friday with the Verizon team. It was a quiet morning and everyone was in a great mood. I appreciated Justin's patience walking me through all the specifics of upgrading my phone and plan, and ALL the options I had on the table. He helped me figure out the best deals and got me on the right track. It can be stressful, but with his help, it definitely became a better experience. Happy to have had his help! There was some good laughs with him and his manager, so that definitely was a bonus! Thank you Justin and your team!

Thought I would join the rousing chorus of 5 star ratings. Just finished working with Jonathan at this location he was just remarkable, patient, knowledgeable; very, very helpful. Brought in a new, unlocked Pixel 7 and I needed a 5G capable sim card and have everything switched over from the old phone to the new and it was on Verizon. He managed the whole drill with no fuss and in the most professional manner. He even helped me with dealing with Verizon in paying off an earlier purchased phone. We covered a number of topics and I learned alot from him. I can assure the reader that the next phone we purchase will be at this store - the service is simply impeccable.

Amazing, top of the line experience and customer service! I can't remember his name but he is a district manager, he helped me with my broken phone screen. He answered all of my complex questions, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and made my time at the store quick and easy. I left the store with a brand new model at 50% off (promo) and bundled my phone case and screen protector. Much better help than when I called Verizon directly! 10/10 highly recommend! Keep up the great work!

Ryan did an incredible job helping me through a difficult transfer to verizon while also juggling multiple other customers coming in, all by himself. He was very polite and handled things so well- I probably would have broke down in tears if I were in his shoes! I wish he had some other coworkers to help him- not sure why they’re so understaffed, but regardless- Ryan will take care of you!

My wife and I had just been to Tmobile (which was our current provider) and the guy was rude, unhelpful and totally dismissive. We saw Verizon across the street and thought we’d check it out. After speaking with Ryan we changed our phone lines over and switched on the spot. Easily the best Verizon store I've ever been to. Worked with Ryan after losing my phone, in what was a painless and even fun experience -- this is something I'd rarely say as I often really dislike my experience at verizon stores. Anyway hats off to this place, I'll probably go out of my way to come to this store -- really great atmosphere (I know because I worked for a little while from my laptop in there)

I came to TCC to upgrade my phone after witnessing the phenomenal level of service my boyfriend received there when upgrading a few weeks ago. I worked with Jonathan F and he was awesome not only at helping me upgrade and get a killer deal on a new phone, but was also a very clear communicator about what charges would be coming due to my upgrade and about each step in the process. Something I have previously not experience at other Verizon stores. He kept up pleasant conversation while we waited for things that took longer than expected and even filled me in on some of the great ways TCC gives back to the community that made even more excited about being a return customer. 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend TCC for all your phone needs!! I was having a HORRIBLE day switching services from another provider. Had to sit on hold at the store with my existing company to obtain needed info on an essentially useless device I was sold previously. I was NOT happy to be going through the experience in general and I know this showed. I believe it was Ryan? who assisted me with picking out a new phone and ever so patiently, waded through an immense amount of garbage/technical difficulties, to help in picking out the best fit/most cost effective device for me and installing accessories- screen protector NO BUBBLES, perfectly. Justin was so polite and helpful with transferring my old phone onto this one. I don't know how, but he was able to get me 600 dollars off this brand new phone, helped me set everything up, and even managed to get me a phone case, two chargers, and one of those cool wireless chargers, included in the price of my phone. He was very kind, reassuring me that I wasn't crazy to think my old phone was not working the same way it used to, and knew just what to do so that everything on my new phone is exactly the same, but better. I cannot say enough good things about him, and his store. It was very clean, he was patient and helpful, and I spent a third of what I expected, coming away with more than I could ever have hoped for.
