Emilie NielsenI much appreciate this local shop connecting me to U.S. Cellular. Greg, the store owner, is often on hand, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and doesn't mind going the extra mile to assist customers. I'm grateful he spent the time to help me set up/transfer phone service and all of my apps from a phone I purchased at the store to one that I received through a Asurion as an insurance claim. Although Asurion sends instructions on how to do this from home, I ran into some difficulties and Greg was fantastic about taking the time to go through those with me and ensuring a smooth transition from one phone to the next. This is especially appreciated As I am not particularly Tech savvy.
