Super fast service for screen repair. Reece said 2 hours phone was done in 1 hour! Reece also was very niceqnd thoral. Explained there was a crack in the back of the phone as well. Added a small cost to repair both screen and the back.

My Samsung phone charging port was not connecting to the cord, and the cord was falling out. I took it to Verizon and they said it probably was unrepairable, my phone was outdated and that they could give me a good deal on a new phone. I stopped at uBreakiFix on Hall Blvd on the way home. Alex helped me, looked at my phone said he would be right back. Came out in less than 1 minute and said my phone was fixed. There was a piece of plastic that had plugged up the port and he took a pair off tweezers and removed the plastic. He didn't even charge me, plus saved me about $1200 for a new phone. I'm super happy. Thank you Alex!

Just got referred to them as a preferred client of Samsung so that alone made me have trust in them and I walk in and immediately get A one service by a guy named Reese who walked me threw the entire process as well helped me get insurance on all my devices which I have over 15k in electronics now I'm only paying 25 dollars a month to cover if anything happens to any of my home devices they are now covered. If you happen to run into Reese just know you will get amazing service and they had my phone fixed exactly when they said they would. Great company great employee. Great job guys. 👏

I've been here twice and had a good experience both times. The first time, they did some diagnostics on my phone and determined that the hard drive was dead and it couldn't be repaired. I wasn't charged. The second time, I came in with a new Samsung with a shattered screen. They had the exact color of case/screen in stock and had it working and looking like new in about an hour for just slightly more than the deductible would have been had it been insured. I will go to them from now on instead of having my phones swapped with iffy refurbished models by an insurance company when I inevitably break them.

Had a battery issue in a pixel 4 XL so I called around for some quotes and was told prices that were not worth paying for because I was going to upgrade in a month anyways. So I heard about these guys and they told me that they would fix it in 4 hrs if it’s the battery, and it was and they did, the reason I agreed to do this review is because everyone of them that helped me were friendly and so helpful with my questions. Any more problems I have in the future regarding a phone or computer I’m taking my business to them. Oh and they were the only ones who would honor the pixel warranty, no questions asked!

From shattered to shining in under 2 hours, they were chill about having received it basically at the cutoff time, and the price was surprisingly fair. I guess they were ok. I took my phone there to see what was wrong with it but, they told me that don't work the Zflips that I had to go to another UBIF which is damaging retorts that they are authorized repair stores for Samsung, then they ought to be able to fix them. But otherwise they did a decent job with my other phones screen

I called yesterday and was greeted by the employee who was knowledgeable, friendly. I made an appointment for 11am today. I dropped off my phone and in under 2 hours it was done. Great customer service. I had my galaxy s10 screen replaced. The employee told me it would likely be 2 hours before the repair was completed due to them being busy. I said that was fine and due to other obligations I would return to pick up the phone towards the end of the day. The kind man offered to stay late on his shift if he needed just so I could pick up my phone. What a nice gesture! When I returned to pick up my phone later they remembered me by name. I hope I never see these people again (just because I don't like breaking expensive electronics) but if I have to. I will return.

They worked with me on a cracked IPhone XR screen, done in less than 30 minutes, Noah was extremely helpful and even went above and beyond what his job title is, after the screen was fixed he swapped out SIM card on the replacement phone I was using back to my newly fixed iPhone, the whole process was easy even with the shop about to close they still fixed it for me which is great customer service, highly recommend this place and Noah for helping me get my life back, as everyone knows if you’re phone is broke you are in a bind till it’s resolved and they did a excellent job of resolving the issue, 5 stars out of 5 stars I rate this place!!! This is the second time I've brought my phone to uBreakiFix -- the first time was a year ago for a broken screen, which was replaced within a few hours and is like brand new. The second time -- today -- the USB jack for my batter wasn't charging my phone unless at a very specific angle. I took it in and Noah took it in the back and fixed it within a few minutes! It couldn't have been easier to set up the service with my device's insurance company and get the screen replaced at my convenience! Only took two hours and my screen is as good as new. Very fast repair service for the Pixel 4A cracked screen repair at a couple hours post drop-off as a walk-in. Cost was reasonable and one of the lowest I saw in my limited research (internet and calls) around Portland. Don't break your screen despite a screen protector and case like I did, but if you do, I'd use these people again.

I went in and spoke to Logan about my Google Pixel 2. I have had constant charge port issues for the past few months and finally it decided to stop charging. Logan asked me to wait a few minutes and took it back to inspect, when he came back out the charge port was working perfectly. Apparently it just needed cleaned. I really appreciated they checked it out before just replacing the part as I requested, they certainly have gained my business anytime I have phone issues in the future.

I was a dumbo and left my phone in my pocket and sat on it wrong and cracked my screen (Galaxy Note 9). I was debating on getting a new phone or just getting the screen fixed. I do not believe in phone insurance as they don't replace your phone with a real phone (certified replacement) and its $10-$15 per month which ads up considering I usually take great care of my stuff. I have had the note 9 for about 26 months so I would of spent about $342 with premiums and $30 deductible to get the screen replaced. Anyways, I Googled up close places to fix my screen and found ubreakifix in Jantzen Beach. Walk in appointment even during covid 19 and phone was finished looking brand new within 3 hours same day pay and pickup. $263.99 wasn't bad considering 1. Excellent costumer service and communicating 2. Fast same day fix 3. Looks and works brand new 4. They use only true OEM parts 5. Brand new battery included in repair! (Battery replacement alone is usually $100) All things considered this isn't cheap but it was a great experience and excellent value considering I would of paid a net of $800-$1,200 for a new device even with trade in value for my cracked screen note 9. I highly recommend this shop if you have a broken screen cell phone and I am sure they are great at everything else based on my first experience.

My samsung tablet suddenly stopped working correctly, and a trip to the samsung kiosk at best buy was not helpful. The guy there suggested this place, and i drove there. Logan listened to my story (i am not a techie), suggested it was probably an issue with a failed software update, and suggested either a factory reset (free) or a service they could do for a reasonable fee. I opted for the factory reset, and he spent quite a while walking me through it right at the counter! It worked! This place is the greatest! I will be recommending it to friends and going there from here on!

They were very helpful. I had a problem that turned out to be intermittent. Things were OK on the first visit. But when I brought it in while it was happening they were able to document it (for warranty/insurance replacement). You may have to wait your turn, depending on how busy they are.

Reese was so nice! I thought my camera lenses were shattered but it was the protector on there. He peeled it right off and I was good to go! I felt dumb but he was so nice about it and absolutely willing to help me out.

Fun 1 PS

After my samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5g shorted out its screen these guys were life savers. Took them 2 hrs to replace the faulty screen, but was done when they said it would be. The shop is clean and well lit and felt comfortable leaving my device in their hands. Location is easy to get to but parking in the awkward lot can be a challenge. As for price, it's not cheap but then putting it in perspective, we didn't buy cheap handsets did we? The cost is not out of line and it comes with a warranty on the service. All in all they made a big hassel manageable for a fraction of what I would have paid for a new handset. It's the price we pay for convenience and cutting edge technology
