I brought my iPhone in and they fixed it quickly and on the same day. I had a cracked screen and the phone wasn’t working at all. I had lots of priceless photos on my phone so thankfully they were able to fix. The staff is also very friendly and polite and make you welcome immediately.

Absolutely amazing. I thought I had to replace my entire charging port ( a $100.00 cost) in which I would of paid to get my phone to charge again. But the employees at Tech R Us did a DEEP cleaning of the port and instead of having to replace it, they just charged me for a cleaning! (15.00 charge). They saved me $85.00 when they didn’t have to. Great place to get your phone fix. I would recommend every single time. Go to tech r us, they are a god send.

These guys were killer! My son’s iPhone 6 was not charging anymore. I called them expecting to pay way too much but they were only going to charge $40 to replace the charge port connector and they had it in stock! I jumped in the car and took it to them. The guy said he was going to see if he could do an “external” fix that would only cost $10 if it would work... and guess what? IT WORKED! Best cell phone experience I’ve ever had. Thanks so much!

This guys saved my day, diagnosing the problem with my phone (free) and fixing it. They asked very reasonable price for repair (new battery and screen) , and were interested in giving me the best repair options for my budget. In 20 mins total i walked out with the perfectly working phone. I would definitely come back to them again. They also had a good selection of phones with 14 day warranty for prices around 20-60$ lower then those on craigslist.

Buying a phone from a third party instead directly from the provider brings a lot of questions, Adel and Tech R Us are very helpful and trustworthy. Got an Iphone 7 for a good price. This is a good alternative to paying off your phone for 2 years at a way higher price. Definitely a good decision and would recommend Adel. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He has your best interest in mind.

What a great one- stop place. Super helpful folks working here. I took my extremely broken iPhone 7 Plus that needed a LCD and digitizer. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me a screen replacement, but actually recommended against replacing the screen due to other damage on the iPhone that would cause problems. I ended up getting a very good condition Android phone that ws on sale for a good price instead. He even threw in a Samsung fast charger and USB cable for free! It's really nice to find places like this that won't try to sell you something you don't need or recommend something other than what you came in for that it's in your best interest. A+ for Tech R us!

I have no complaints other than the hours, but in fairness I wouldn't want to stay open 10 hours a day seven days a week either. Bought phones for myself and my wife. Mine went off without a hitch, my wife's did not. I took it back in, he promptly exchanged it, and happy as a clam. The man behind the counter was friendly and while English might not be his first language he spoke it extremely well and was very easy to understand, and had a good grasp of doing business in America and helping the customer. Would I buy another phone from them? Absolutely I would without hesitation. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because I never rate anything 5 stars.

No problems, Great customer service, They did offer me a little discount something like 10 off the phone and 25 for a case, which otter box usually run 50 bucks & up. Their phones have a clean ESN(the number used to determine if the phone is stolen/blacklisted). I honestly would buy from them again due to them having 14-30day exchange policy/they make it right policy. If your looking for a iphone go their! They have iphone 4-Iphone 6plus reasonable cost, & they will work with you long as you not low balling. They take care of their customers!

Bought a used Note 5. Work like it should have half the price of a new one. I'd give him five stars but they sold me an OtterBox that the clip was broken on when I tried to submit a warranty on OtterBox it sent me the case without the clip out 40 bucks on that.
