Best around, very friendly and the service is 5 star! Hard to find these days! Cracked iphone screen walked in no appoint and literally was out the door in 10 minutes with a brand new screen , on top of it they will fix it for free if it gets broken again. That was a month ago, I now find I need a new battery and I will not be trying to set up an apple appointment in the mall, I am headed back to iStore Phone repair for the excellent and speedy service one more time!!

Brought my wife’s iPhone 7 in today to have the screen replaced. Turned out it needed the LCD replaced as well. After completion, the sensor that turns the screen off when you have the phone up to your ear wasn’t working. They took the extra time to open up the phone and put it back together a few times at no extra charge to make very small adjustments to make sure it was right when we left. The gentleman running the shop was very personable and I enjoyed chatting with him while they did the work. Excellent experience and I will be back in the future for any repair needs. Thanks to you and the wife for a great job!

Never had such great customer service as here! These guys really care about you and are looking to ensure you have a great experience and get the most out of the tech you bring for repair. They’re extremely friendly and so so so fast. I was in and out in ten mins and they gave me some great advice on phone cases and protective glass. They had the opportunity to try and up-sell but only talked to me about what was best for my needs & phone protection. I left with a phone that looked like new and a awesome case I love. Genuinely impressed, wish more business were like these guys!

These guys are incredible! I can’t say enough praise. They provide excellent customer service and are totally upfront and honest. I called and spoke with Tony in a panic yesterday afternoon after dropping and smashing my iPhone screen. The screen went blank and the and was unusable. As a self employed plumber business comes to screeches to a halt without my phone. Tony reassured me it was most likely just the screen and not internal damage. I showed up and within a half hour one of his incredible tech people put a new screen on and had my phone working like new. They also ran a complete diagnostic test on the computer to make sure everything else was working as it should. They could have ripped me off and I wouldn’t have known the difference but that’s not how Tony operates. He knows the better you treat people the more they will value and appreciate his services and keep coming Back. Thank you Guys!!

I went in thinking I would need a new charging port, they saved me $90 by just cleaning out my charging port. Works perfectly now. They could’ve easily replaced it and made $$ off me but they took care of my phone and it’s as good as new, free of charge. Will go back here for any/all phone issues.

So helpful! I brought my iPhone here after Best Buy told me it needed a major repair that they wouldn’t be able to do. The staff took my phone and pulled out a metal piece that was, somehow, lodged in the charging port and handed me back the phone without charge. Thank you!! I will be back.

Took my phone here today and received excellent service! My phone had been pretty badly cracked for awhile but I neglected to come in and get it fixed and I got water in it while working as a dishwasher. The lcd crapped the bed as a result and I thought I was about to have to dish out 900 bucks for a new phone... Maribeth (the technician) was very friendly and miraculously got my phone to life again! Didn’t take any more then 10 minutes and the icing on the cake was I got a great deal on a new case and tempered screen glass with lifetime warranty. Definitely recommend this place to anybody who finds themself in a tough spot, an awesome experience!

Best Around. I had been to a competitor and they wanted nearly double with a short guarantee. These guys gave me a good price and lifetime guarantee, plus installed a quality tempered glass screen protector and gave me a new charging cord at no extra cost. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a new screen. A couple days later, I went back to see if they could fix the speaker as it had been difficult to hear people on the other end. Again, all fixed in 10 minutes and no charge.

At fist I thought this place might be too good to be true, but it’s true! I admittedly went to a few places before these guys, and got quotes/estimates and did research online. Don’t do that! if your phones broken JUST GO HERE! . just trust me and trust all the other people who reviewed. These guys deserve to have 100% five stars.

Danny and his staff are great. I have used his repair services numerous times now and every time the fixes are speedy and well priced. Parts are always top quality, I'm just a little careless with my phone, hence the need for multiple visits. If you need a repair, I highly recommend using iStore Repair first before anywhere else.

This place is awesome! I walked into apple and Verizon and nobody could fix my phone until I found this store. They did it in 10 minutes and my phone that seemed helpless at the time is good as new. Ask for Johnny he is super helpful and gets the job done. Prices are very reasonable too!

Super caring and committed to my satisfaction! Very affordable pricing on my screen replacement ($68 with tax). They threw in complementary screen protector and case. Only thing is tha,t though my phone seemed to work when we tested it at the shop, just shortly after it didn't work consistently. So, I came back the next day. They were very responsive and prompt in finding and fixing what else was wrong. Just would've been nice to have that handled the first time especially since I was in town only for a couple days for a family event. They were willing to refund the screen, if necessary. So, that was reassuring, in case it turned out that I couldn't use the phone and just needed to buy a new one.

I am extremely impressed with the service and product repair at this location. I was told the cost (I had a broken screen) upfront and wasn't at all pressured by an "upsell". Additionally, I didn't have to unlock the phone or provide any password info. In less than ten minutes, I had a brand new screen and protector glass...at an incredibly fair price. Before I left, the associate made certain the entire phone was working perfectly...phone, speaker, camera etc. No surprises. Lastly, this work is lifetime guaranteed. Highly recommend.

The repairs, advice, and customer service that I received at the South Portland branch of the business is unlike any I have received in the tech industry before. As someone who does not have much of a technology background and uses my phone mostly for texting/calls and internet, I was stuck when my iPhone 5s’ touch screen suddenly stopped working. My screen was replaced within 10 minutes upon arriving to this store. Later, as the second screen had decreased in sensitivity to my touch until it too was no longer working, when I returned to this store they replaced the screen again in order to give me time to back up all of my data before the new screen stopped working as well. Then, since the screen repair hadn’t solved my problem, they completely refunded me anyways. They then gave me extremely helpful advice about which iPhone to buy. Later, I purchased a new phone from at&t and returned to this store to have a glass protection screen added. The employees remembered me, called me by name, and could not have been more friendly. I will 100% be returning to this store for any iPhone needs.

Had my iPhone 6S Plus repaired there. It took no more than ten minutes. Staff was awesome and friendly. Phone acted weird for a couple days so I took it back. Went to have the home button replaced on my iPhone 6s plus and was given the option to try using the virtual home button before spending $50 on the repair. I ended up going back to get the home button replaced but appreciated being given another option. I won't go anywhere else. They are fast, friendly and knowledgable.

First time in the store. Cracked my screen and went in the next day to see what it would cost to get it fixed. The two employees working there were incredibly nice and helpful. They told me it was $65 for a new screen and changed it in 10-15 Minutes. I went to a few other stores first to see the price and all of them were through the roof for a new screen with minimal help and poor attitudes. So happy I chose istore in south Portland. Johnny did such a great job at the south portland location. I walked in with a phone that wouldn't function and left with a beautiful clean phone.
