I was unable to update my iPhone which I had also purchased from iPro a few years ago. They tried to walk me through the steps over the phone. It still wouldn’t work so they invited me to come in for a hands on consultation and service. Took about an hour but now my iPhone is running the newest software, I have all the new apps, and none of my data was lost. A+ service. They even worked late to get me done the same day. Highly recommend!

I was fully prepared to just toss my iPhone XR into the garbage and never look back but my partner suggested I take it in to get it repaired and so after work today I called this business first asking whether I need to make an appointment first or if I could just like swing by (mind you I have never had to get my phone repaired). He promptly answered the phone and scheduled me in half an hour later which was amazing! I was expecting to have to bring my busted phone in tomorrow or even next week! After I dropped off my phone I came back and he was very attentively working on it. During the process my phone was being straight up garbage but he completely turned it around and it’s like a brand new phone!!!!! Absolutely love the building this business is at as well! Highly recommend and definitely will be going back for all my phone needs!

I had a really good experience here! I never take the time to write out a review but this guy deserves all the gold stars! I brought in my old unused iPhone Se to get the screen replaced so I could retrieve information, because I am silly and don’t back my phone up :p ....and within a 45 minutes it was finished. The estimate for the cost is affordable and fair! As a bonus, I was curious about my even older iPhone that crapped out on me, so I brought it with me in case. Once I mentioned it, he instantly wanted to help and offered to just look at it and tell me what he thought. It ended up only being the battery! I wish I had known that before!! Only 40$ to fix the battery as opposed to buying a new phone, which I unfortunately did :( so for a little extra, I walked in with 1 working phone, and left with essentially all 3 working! I say essentially because he repaired the screen on my SE ( what I originally came for) but my phone had locked its self and was disabled. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me why that could happen. I knew it had nothing to do with him. He gave me a few things to try with iTunes once I got home. After getting home and connecting to my computer it still wouldn’t work. Gave him a quick call, and he was more than willing to help me try it again with him over the phone. Very knowledgeable, fair, and friendly!

After trying for days to get an appointment at the Apple store I called and I was able to get an appointment in less than an hour. I came in and the process was simple. My phone was disinfected and I had a new screen, battery and screen protector for less than the charge for a screen replacement at Apple. The phone is like new again. I’m so glad I came here. I also got some free fishing advice. :) Great experience. Would recommend.

Superb service. I can't recommend JP enough. He scheduled me a 4pm appointment at 3pm that day and had me out the door in 45 minutes. The screen looked better than the original and I'm still confused how he did it. He warned me away from the cheaper options around town while recommending competition that offered the same standard quality at the same time; hard to find that type of service these days. He also went through all the tests for my phone with me in the room. I walked out with an amazing looking screen for my iPhone 7 in under 45 minutes, same day appointment, for less than $110. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I somehow managed to break my iPhone screen again. Thankfully iPro Service was available to fix it. Very convenient, was able to schedule an appointment same day to have my iPhone screen repaired within an hour. Price was competitive compared to the other places I called and Apple takes way too long. I hope I never need iPro Service again but if I do, they're the place to go!

After cracking my iPhone 7 screen, a friend recommended Jurgen at iPro. I'm usually hesitant to go anywhere except the Apple Store, because I don't want a cheap, knockoff screen installed and I don't want to jeopardize the trade-in/replacement value. With both, Jurgen's fix made me really happy. I made an appointment (due to iPro's COVID protocols in place) and my phone was repaired in no time. Most importantly though, the performance of the new screen was great. Recently, I traded in my iPhone at Verizon for a special promo and they didn't have any issues with the screen that Jurgen used! Highly recommend stopping here if you want a high quality repair with good value.

BEST REPAIR SHOP EVER! iPro Service you literally saved me. I had 1+ years worth of song lyrics and song clips on my iPhone X and it went to recovery mode. I literally spent 9 hours trying to fix it, took to apple store, called apple support - everyone told me my data was lost... I called J?rgen at iPro Service and he was able to get my phone booted and backup my entire phone. He said there was only a 50% chance it would work - but it did! I was almost in tears for 3 days thinking all of my song lyrics for my new album were gone forever. J?rgen was amazing, friendly, knowledgable, empathetic, and super fast. I will be taking ALL of my iOS devices to him in the future. I cannot reccomend iPro Service any more highly - THANK YOU so much!

JP at iPro repair went above and beyond in dealing with an iPhone 6 that I had dropped in the Oneonta Gorge. The phone was completely submerged in water for several minutes and then left to sit in our car for 48 hours. JP gave me a realistic analysis of the damage and was very genuine and trust worthy in his explanation of my financial options moving forward. I brought the phone to iPro repair at roughly 3pm knowing that their business hours on a Sunday only extended to 6pm and that I was leaving to fly home the following morning. In order to accommodate my needs, JP began work on the phone immediately and then stayed nearly 4 hours past closing (sacrificing his personal time) in order to fix it. I have never had such a genuine, efficient, cost-effective, and customer service oriented interaction with a technician and business. I would 10/10 recommend utilizing their service and would absolutely go back to them again in the future.

I don't usually write reviews but the service I received was awesome!! After endless phone calls and visits to the Apple store and my phone carrier…I got fed up and went to iPro Service. It was seamless. I dropped my cracked & bent iPhone off and in less than 1 hour it was all resolved. My phone is as good as new and it cost less than all of the options I’d tried. He took the time to research an issue he didn’t have the answer to, and seemed just as excited to find the answer as I did. Absolutely outstanding work! I came in at 5:15 pm with a broken screen on my iphone, needing it fixed because I was leaving for Mexico the next day. What normally is a 15 minute job took longer than expected because my shoddily assembled refurbished phone had a bunch of loose screws. He took the time to fix all of those issues, stayed beyond closing time to finish my phone the day before a big trip. No extra charge for the unanticipated work. Absolutely recommend him.

Stellar experience! I called them up and for a screen replacement on a iPhone5. They accepted my phone within 10 minutes of my call. They completed the repair in an hour. Half way through the repair they noticed my battery had failed (swollen). They replaced the battery since the phone was already open. It was easy and trustworthy experience. I highly recommend these folks if you are downtown looking for phone service.

Stopped into do a repair while visiting. I noticed they had good reviews so I figured I would give them a shot. I was blown away by the service I received. They were friendly and spoke with me the entire time while doing my iPhone screen repair. Being new to the area I was excited to learn what cool places to visit and places to eat. So basically this situation of me breaking my phone on vacation which was going to be a horrible story, but it didn't cost me that much and I had a cool experience which later turned into more cool experiences. Phone repaired and looks and works excellent. That and the customer service made this a win for me and I appreciate it.

Jurgen fixed my broken screen and my power input with oem parts for about less 20% less than Apple would have charged for just the screen and threw a new glass screen cover in for free. He was friendly, professional, quick and took a pretty last minute appointment. I'm very happy.

Easy, quick and friendly! I found myself in immediate need of a new phone, and was referred to ipro. The 7 that I wanted was arriving in a couple days so I borrowed my friend's old iphone5 in the meantime. The battery would only last for like 15 minutes and it was SO slow. They were able to replace the battery and update the system so I could actually use it for a couple days. Mind you, this took a few hours because of all the issues I had with my old phone. I felt bad, but not once did he complain. I just got my 7 and it is like spankin' new! He switched everything over for me and made sure it all worked before I left the door. And, I have a warranty! Will definitely go back if I am in need of anything else for my phone.

My iPhone 6 wasn't charging anymore. I got an appointment for the same day. They price was totally worth it - much cheaper than going to the Apple Store - and after less than 30min of waiting I got my phone back perfectly working. I will definitely come again for any iPhone repairs I need.

I have had an excellent experience every time I completely destroy my iPhone and iPad. I go through 2 screens a quarter and the most important things to me are 1. Timeliness, I can't be down for more then an hour. 2. Price, if u want it done quickly people can typically charge more for this, but they do not. I will continue to return to iPro Services.

Completely smashed my iphone (Fell over 100 feet) and really needed to get the data off of it. Apple said it wasn't possible. Juergen was able to get all the data off the phone and backed up to iCloud so I could easily backup when I got my replacement phone. Jeurgen was ultra-responsive and did an incredible job. Would absolutely recommend iPro for any phone repair.

Uses real Apple screens and parts for repairs. He can fix all parts of the phone circuit board camera etc. etc. I'm efinitely keeping this number!!

I came here a while back after Talk N' Fix at Washington square replaced my screen with one that was completely faulty. After iPro removed it it was clear the part was used and connectors were bent. I was obviously skeptical so I insisted to see the new part he was going to use and he was totally fine with that. The repair went great and I've been back multiple times for other issues without any problems. Would recommend.
