I was referred to wireless toyz Mesa by a friend of mine. The technicians were very helpful and professional. They explained to me the whole repair process and it took 25 minutes to get the screen replaced on my iPhone 13 pro max. They also asked me which screen I prefer, aftermarket or original screen. They said they usually use original OEM screens unless customers ask for cheap aftermarket ones. I will definitely come here again when there is a need for cell phone repair. Thanks to Kay for his professional and customer centric service.

Upon walking into wireless and Repair I was greeted with a warm hello. I showed the owner my iPhone XR and he let me know that it will be an easy fix that will take approximately 45 minutes or less which it did. For the price of $114 including a screen protector my phone looks brand spanking new. Thank you for your hard work and for allowing me to use your WiFi, so that I could work on my laptop. I would definitely recommend to many, because this is the place to go to for any phone repair .

It was my first visit to this location, and I needed help because my Samsung phone had just stopped working. Chris plugged in the phone and it did begin charging. After some time it was obvious the battery was hopeless. Several customers came in and out of the store while I waited and they were all helped in turn. It was cool and comfortable with plenty of seating for social distancing. Chris gave me details and pricing on switching both my service and my phone. Erik completed the setup and installation for me. Both young men were friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services they offered. Every one of my questions was answered patiently. I would highly recommend this store and these employees. I will be back!

I have been going to this location since 2015 and have never been disappointed with the service. Christian is the most patient and very knowledgeable person I've dealt with weather it'd be setting up new service to troubleshooting to making payments. I just recently switched from one carrier to another and he was honest in the pricing and how my new account was set up. Days prior to me going to see Christian, i went to an actual metro pcs store and the sales lady was trying to jack me big time. I paid literally half of what the actual pcs employee quoted me and have a set up on my account that saves my family money. I appreciate honesty especially in a market that is very competitive. Christian a big thank you goes out to you!! Will be back again soon even if it's too pay our bill...😁😁😁

I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service offered. I went in to get my iPhone six (the small one) screen repaired and potentially upgrade to the 6 plus. They didn't try to hustle me for a new phone, instead they gave reasons why I should keep my old one as the most cost effective option. Gilbert and christian were very helpful. Not only did they make my phone look and feel brand new, but they helped me pick out the best phone protector for my lifestyle. Furthermore, the "selfie" camera couldn't be fixed so they ordered a new part and will repair it cost free to me for the inconvenience. I definitely recommend this place!

I came in an purchased a G6 about a month and a half ago, Chrisitian who I believe is the manager helped me setting it up. It's a much better phone than I would have been able to get for the same price from other phone places. The phone itself works like a dream. However, the level of professionalism that Mr. Christian Ledesma displayed both over the phone when I called the store, AND in person when I arrived, deserves tons of recognition!! Christian not only helped me understand all of my options regarding phone service, AND he got me a great deal, AND got me in and out quickly w a full understanding of my plan, HE DID IT AFTER THE STORE CLOSED!! I was very hesitant showing up at the store 2 minutes prior to closing, I didn't want to keep anyone there late. I'm conditioned, I suppose, by our retail climate that herds customers out the door at the moment the store closes, but this was not at all that way... They are alright. Called to check their cheapest phone and they immediately got aggravated. Went in to look around. Unfortunately at that time they had apparently just made curry. I hate the smell of curry. I was unable to get a phone from here in the long run. Parking is good and easy to get to. The threats of defamation they make on reviews. First they are reviews no defamation claim can be made. Second that was the second deciding factor not to due business with them. I don't want to buy something from a store that threatens to sue reviewers because they don't like a bad review.
