The sales associate Jasmine was extremely knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and attentive. I would not have purchased the phone I bought today had it not been for her. She made me feel comfortable with my purchase and this is one of the very few times in my life I have not experienced buyer’s remorse. She was up front, clear and concise with what to expect and very helpful teaching me how to navigate my new phone. She definitely deserves a five star review in my book!

Tayler and Jasmine are amazing. My iPhone suddenly had blank screen and not displaying anything. Went to apple store to diagnose. They said I need to replace the display and costs $280. Just wanted to check with Verizon (my carrier) if they have any low cost device so I can replace. Tayler and Jasmine just did hard reset on my device and everything worked fine. I was so surprised on how come apple care team didn’t do the same.

Sorry this review is so long, but it’s not often that you come across genuine and authentic customer care and service. I have to just brag on an employee that truly made the entire experience a great one. Preston helped us out. He was amazing! We had issues with a SIM card, and other things and he was very patient. He took his time helping us and made technology issues less unpleasant by his kind demeanor and attitude. He’s kind, considerate, and knowledgeable! We are also on a budget and he helped us find a plan within our price range and we even switched my husband from T-mobile to Verizon because of the great bundle deal he offered us. Service was good and I felt as though he took care of our needs. He’s a great employee and I highly recommend him! It’s not easy to work in customer service , but Preston goes above and beyond for a genuine experience. Thank you Preston for all your help, and we will gladly refer others to you for your genuine and authentic service. :) Thank you for being the best part of the Verizon experience ! There was a young woman that was also very kind , I didn’t not catch her name, but even she was very nice and helpful employee from what I heard on the phone and talking to her. No one likes having to go in for phone issues, but if the people helping you are awesome, well it makes it that much better! Thanks for all you do from a loyal customer . I am, quite frankly, shocked at how amazing the customer service I experienced here was. It actually took me aback, how pleasant, professional, and courseous James was. I knew what I wanted, but more importantly, I had a limited window of time in my day. He got me my phone, explained an accessories sale that was going on and recommended a couple as best for the phone I was buying. James applied my screen protector for me, offered to transfer my data, put it in my new case. He was the epitome of professionally pleasant. I walked out with my brand new phone, unboxed and fully dressed for day to day use, in about 25 minutes. I appreciated every second of that.

I went to Verizon in SanTan Location today and to be honest I didn’t really feel like doing this. But when I got to Verizon I was greeted by an associate named Tayler!!! I went there to discuss my plan and potentially leaving Verizon and possibly going to another carrier. After talking to the associate not only did I stay with Verizon. I ended up purchasing a iPad and adding that to my plan. This associate made me feel like I was the only customer in the store! I hope someone reads this, Because of her customer service I will be staying with Verizon and sending more people over to her directly at the San tan location!!!! THANK YOU TAYLER!!!!

She made us aware of the different promotions and I ended up purchasing my first Galaxy watch and then a new Samsung phone ! We walked out of there with 4 new devices which only raised our bill by $38 dollars. Jenn and her team were an invaluable help changing from an LG phone to Samsung and making sure everything was syncing and working on the new Galaxy watch as well as the iPhone and Apple Watch. Woody saved the day for me and my son yesterday at the Verizon at San Tan. Broken phone and sadness were replaced by relief and gratitude when Woody got the old phone set up to be used so that we can figure out if we are buying a new phone or not. He was also super gracious by letting us know that they like helping their customers and staying busy while at the shop. Also, he had a great handshake! This guy is a winner! We went to the Best Buy like 700ft away to switch from Sprint to Verizon and had a very unpleasant experience. We were wary of going directly to Verizon because Best Buy typically has better deals but I’m so glad we came here instead. Carlos was a great guy. Not overly pushy, very informative, and helped to get us the best bang for our buck. He matched and even surpassed what Best Buy was offering us and we walked out of there pleased. He broke everything down for us so our first bill doesn’t come as a surprise and helped us explore our best options for plans and phones. He also helped us to transfer some of our stuff from our old phones we didn’t want to lose. He has a very genuine, no nonsense approach to customer service and sales and my boyfriend and I were both thoroughly impressed with how much we actually enjoyed the wait for phones.

I had a problem with my phone for over a week and I talked to multiple IT people at Verizon. No one was able to help me. I was getting very upset and impatient. I was paying for phone service that I wasn’t even able to use and it seemed like when I called into Verizon, I kept getting the run around. Icame into this store and was immediately greeted by Taylor. She was very professional and had the patience of a saint. And guess what!?! SHE FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE!!! 😀. We were trying to get my girlfriends iPhone fixed due to her iCloud being hacked. She tried for two weeks with Apple support and then we went to the Apple store who said there was nothing they could do when all we wanted was the phone reset to remove the email. Apple turned us away sadly. Jenn however was super helpful at this store and fixed our problem easily in minutes so I recommend always looking for her at the Verizon store here.

Today my fiancé and I went in to find a mobile hot spot after our WiFi in the house was accidentally cut by some workers. We needed something to be able to do homework and work before Cox was able to fix the issue. Jenn greeted us promptly and kindly. Went to this location yesterday. Upgraded my samsung watch to a newer version. There were 3 employees working . I got great service from them . Spent too much time arm wrestling my new Galaxt S21 Ultra as it would not obey my selection of a 10 minute timeout. It insisted on the screen going dark after 20 seconds! Googled the matter with no positive result. Called Samsung and had an unplanned visit to a foreign country, also without a positive result. As an alternative, I downloaded an app from the Play Store which did the job but only after I had to wake it up with every use of the phone. A short while ago I passed a Verizon store on Williamsfield Road in Gilbert where a young chap, Luis Spec, opened the door and offered a genuine greeting. I advised him of my issue an in less than three minutes he handed me my phone. Did I believe he fixed my problem? Heck no. So I deliberately sat there confident that within 20 seconds the screen was going to croak. After 30 seconds, I had to smile and asked Luis where his lapel pin was with the word GENIUS imprinted on it. If you are looking for a pro to help you with a phone problem go to the Verizon store on Williamsfield Road in Gilbert and ask for Luis...you won't regret it. Merci Luis!

Where do I even begin with the amazing service I received? Ben and Tyrese were FANTASTIC!!! After receiving the worst customer service at the Apple Store, across the way, I walked into Verizon upset and frustrated. Ben and Tyrese listened to my issue on how my iPhone 7 just quit working after an update. Apple refused to fix THEIR problem unless I paid $200 for a new screen. Ummmm excuse me. I have the TINIEST crack in the top corner only because the screen protector doesn’t go that high. The lady then refused to help me after I blamed Apple for doing it on purpose so I would have to get a new phone. I walked into Verizon expecting to have to buy a new phone. Tyrese and Ben were helping me pick a phone when Tyrese noticed I was stressed about this purchase. He asked if I would mind him just trying something. He spent about 15 min setting up a new Sim Card for me AND MY PHONE STARTED WORKING!!! This was at no charge!!! He went above and beyond to help me!!! When I am ready for the upgrade I will be going back to Tyrese at the San Tan location to make my purchase!!! He saved the day!!

I recently stopped by the TCC Verizon store in San Tan Village because I was having some issues with my Samsung S7 Edge. I never did learn how to use the phone very well after transitioning from an iPhone to this Android at the prompting of my IT person. The experience that I had at a different store where I purchased the S7 was not good. I was therefore a little reluctant to stop by a store where I had never made a purchase to ask for help. Much to my delight, the service and experience I had at the San Tan Village location was awesome! I was greeted by a friendly and very helpful employee by the name of Chris H. Chris H patiently helped me with getting my S7 back on track. He also mentioned I was eligible for an phone upgrade and that the new Samsung S8+ would soon be available. I ordered the new Samsung S8+, purchased some other items, and left the store very happy. I received a call from Chris H a couple of days prior to the expected delivery date, that the new S8+ had already arrived at the store. I didn't think that after the incredible experience that I had previously at this store that it could get any better...but it did! With great enthusiasm, Chris H delivered the new phone, put a new screen protector on it, and even "screen protected" other devices that I had with me! Now fun had been added to fabulous customer service too! After my departure, Chris H even helped with some Samsung customer service issues...which was definitely going "up and above" the call of duty and service. I rarely, if ever, take the time to post reviews, however, in this situation, it is very warranted! Thank YOU for the wonderful service!

One of the nicest Verizon Stores I have been to. I have been with Verizon for a really long time and no one has ever gone above and beyond like Dade did. I originally went to the store one day after work to get a new phone, and sadly the phone I wanted was not available at this store in the color I wanted. Instead of Dade showing me the door, he called another store and asked them to hold it for me, then he stopped off at the Scottsdale store for me the next day to pick it up for me. Best customer service I have ever had in a Verizon store, and I will continue to go this this store with any of my future business.
