Jose and Jesus were incredible helpful and responsive, offering a fair price for same day service, and even helped me to secure an uber and have the fixed phone dropped off at my hotel once the work was completed. When I came to T&E, I felt confidrnt that if anyone could repair mphone it was T&E. My phone was accidentally left on the hood of my vehicle and when I tealizef it, it was too late. I watched it fly off my hood as I accelerated! Here I am at rush hour getting cars to stop for me on Northrrn Ave during rush hour. Several vehicle's ran over my phone before I was able to get to it. I was worried when I took it in. My screen was completely shattered. The service tech's said to cone back in sn hour and a half. They said not to worry because they were sure they could fix it. And they were right, they did! These guys are so awesome! And the price was very modest indeed. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their phone ir tablet worked on.These guys are so friendly and professional. Very courteous and professional. I will always take my business to them. Thanks guys. Plus I really need a dependable phone in my field too.I forgot to mention that they hooked me up with a nice phone case because mine was completely destroyed.

He definitely knows what he is doing and is more of a professional than the Apple Workers at a Mac Store! (No offense Apple Employees). xD Mi madre y yo tuvimos que conducir hasta aquí para que revisaran mi S4 porque dejó de charge! This happened when I was out in the rain hace 2 días when I was walking back home from the 99₵ Store to buy a few groceries and not only gotten soaked but my mobile did! I thought it wasn't extreme damage since I quickly dried it when I got back and couldn't used it for 2 days and was worried sick I would have to buy a new $50 S4 Mobile from Ebay and would be so heartbroken for my mum to sacrifice more of her income as it is. O.o We only waited para 30 minutos o menos because of other costumers being taken care of and didn't expect him to prepare it like it was brand new! My buttons stopped working before we took it in as the water got inside my phone along it not holding a charge as I couldn't get past the Lightning Bolt Symbol and my face light up like it was Día de Los Muertos when I seen Rafael holding my phone in great condition again! ^.^ It was even in 15% when he gave it to me which is crazy how it was functioning like nothing ever happened and he told me I had to use a new charger which had to be the case as I had my phone for 2 years now! ¡Mi madre y yo estábamos emocionados y glad! Not only I get to continue filming my YouTube videos at home but now extra prepared to have an extra charger for my Red Wireless Charger I carry around with me! I also bought a new Red Phone Case o compré una Nueva Caso Rojo Teléfono por solo $5 sin impues jeje. xD If you don't speak English well and have phone / laptop problems of any kind, PLEASE COME HERE!!! There's no Mobile Store that can top this place because Rafael has a gift in repairing technology and is the best electronics professional you will ever meet! Went in today to get my Galaxy phone battery replaced. I was having issues with it charging, dying randomly, turn on off. I explained the situation and it turned out it was the battery. Got it replaced in 1 hr like they said. My phone charges good now, doesn't turn off randomly no more. Definitely recommend T&E Repair!

I made the terrible mistake of switching to Samsung from an iPhone and instantly regretted it. I didn’t want to pay $600 to trade in my device so I was in search of a phone I could purchase outright. I lucked out and ran across the listing from T&E for an iPhone 7 Plus and Jesus was nice enough to hold the phone for me until I got there. Let me tell you, the quality of the phone was way beyond my expectation. It looks just like a brand new phone. Not a scratch on it. It’s so beautiful and I was so excited. Jesus was nice enough to test out his own SIM on the phone to ensure that it was unlocked and compatible with my carrier. He also gave me a great deal on a new case and screen protector. My only complaint about this place is that I didn't find it sooner!! I will never go anywhere else for repair or purchase of a phone or tablet. If you call, you really want to ask for Jose. I went to the Camelback and 54th Ave store which is further from my house, but Jose seemed much more interested in helping me than the guy at the other location near me. He is beyond knowledgeable and his goal is REALLY to make sure you are satisfied and get exactly what you want and more importantly, what you need. It was the opposite of upselling here! I planned to spend over $100 dollars, but after Jose applied discounts that I didn't even know about, I walked out with a like brand new Iphone for $70. This means they actually CARE about the customer...something that is rare these days. I was told by 2 other places my phone couldn't be fixed for under $500, and they tried to sell me on other things. Jose was so accommodating and pleasant, that I would have happily paid more...but I didn't have to! They stand behind their work and prices and I will be a happy customer for life!!

The responsiveness of the part itself is not as good as original, but this is my second replacement screen and it has the same problems as the first replacement screen. I am now trading this phone in for a replacement however I will say I think the Representative himself was outstanding

If you break your phone this is where you want to go to get it fixed. I dropped my iPhone X and messed up the screen. After having it for only two weeks. My daughter looked up the closest place to where we live and found this hidden treasure of a shop. We went around 5:45 pm and they close at 6:00 pm. They had no problem taking my phone so close to closing time and fixed it for me in less then 30 min. I was very satisfied and the price was good also. I wanna thank the person in the back for fixing it for me so fast. And the guy in front for taking us in. They were awesome! So I end up buying an galaxy s5 on offer up with a cracked screen for $50. So I started looking around to find a professional. Looked on Google and called a couple places. Some places where $120, $189 and $149. I could not get my self paying that much just to fix a screen. So I found an ad on offer up by Tablet & Electronics only for $49. I went in when I got the money and he gave me 2 quotes. 1 was $49 when the lcd is not cracked and depending how the glue holds right from the heat because when they use heat to repair the phone it can mess up the lcd. Which the other quote if that was to happen would be $120. He told me it would take 4 hours for repair and I told him to take his time which they did. It took them 6 hours to fix it and add some stuff i was missing from my phone free of charge because he had another galaxy s5 for parts, i only paid $49 plus tax, which was like $55. So I basically got a brand new phone. I only paid $100 for my galaxy s5. They did a terrific job.

I have a Galaxy tablet that stopped working and was out of warranty. I was ready to trash it but since I paid a good amount of money for it, I thought I would try and get it repaired. I first tried Samsung who wanted almost $400 for a deposit before they even touched it!! That was out of the question since i could buy a brand new tablet for $400. I figured I'd try to find someone locally. After calling several local shops, not one would even touch it. The last shop I called was this shop who said they would give it a shot. Not only did they fix it, they resolved the blinking screen issue I've had since I owned it! It only took about an hour and the cost was far less than what Samsung wanted. I highly recommend this shop!
