I was at the barbershop just around the corner from the quick mobile repair store. I noticed a sandwich board advertisement there on the corner, that I’ve never seen before in the two years I’ve been getting my haircut. Sandwich board caught my eye so I went to a quick mobile repair with some issues I had and Chris and Brandon took care of me. An old android 5.0, an iPhone 7 Plus, and a brand new iPad ninth generation They help me with. Very professional and knowledgeable service thank you Chris and Brandon. Highly recommend! My iPhone broke, ran it over with my truck, resulting in a damaged LCD! I brought it over to Quick Mobile located at the Riverview Plaza. It was already late in the evening and were open (until 8pm). A kind and polite gentleman named Michael assisted me and advised me of the best course of action I may take. They were to replace the LCD and the back glass. Due due my time constraints they were able to replace part of the system and complete the task the following day. An amazing job and amazing employees. Also met Chris, he worked on my phone. He was also kind and polite. Come on in if your phone breaks. You won’t be let down!

Josh helped me out today and he was the best. I called to find out pricing and availability at 11 am Nd he was able to source parts for my cracked screen and repair it within 2 hours. I haven't had to get a phone repaired before but when I spoke with him the first time he was knowledgeable about the problem and was very accommodating. I was going to do some additional research on pricing but he made me so confident about using their service, without even trying, that I didn't think it was even necessary. He assured they have the best prices on repair in the valley. I was fortunate to find a great service for a reasonable price. The phone works great! Thanks Josh!!

They Squeezed me in last minute for a screen replacement on my IPhone XS PLUS. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes and my device is working as expected and for half the cost of apple. Will report back if any issues arise with the screen but as of now a very happy customer. Also comes with a 1 year warranty so i feel confident they used quality parts as I am sure they don't like doing the same job multiple times.

The back glass covering my back camera broke and I went to Best Buy and they told me it would take two weeks and I would be left without a phone. I then found this place and came in and only paid $70. It was a quick fix (only 15 minutes). My phone is like new and I’m so glad I didn’t have to spend $100 and wait two weeks. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO FIX YOUR BROKEN PHONE! I came in like 40 minutes before closing and I was told it would take over an hour to fix my shattered screen on my phone, and I would have to pick it up the next day. Matt literally fixed my shattered phone in 5 minutes with confidence in front of me and my best friend while I was on vacation. Matt also used the screen I brought in (which was purchased from Amazon & is in perfect shape) & put the screen protector on for me (which people at home refused to do that for me) It’s too bad no one where I live could fix my phone at all and at such a cheap price. I highly recommend this place! I was mind boggled! Love love love this place and that Matt guy!! He should be working at a Apple store (I kept thinking that since every person here in Lafayette, IN said I would have to take this phone to an Apple store to get it fixed.) so thank you Quick Mobile Repair, thank you Matt, you rock and AZ rocks! Matt was very helpful. He ordered a battery for my Motorola Nexus 6 on a Friday afternoon, and it arrived by Monday. I called about 15 places and they couldn't do that, and this place was the least expensive too. He called me on Monday morning to have me come in and he replaced it in under an hour. This is my 2nd time coming in and both times have been a pretty good experience. Prices are low, service is good, and they also take walk-in customers. Items are generally finished while you wait in about 15-25 minutes (screen repair). Quality of the product seems decent. This will be the 2nd screen I’ve had replaced here and the last one seemed relatively decent. Oscar helped me this last time and he has been excellent. Glad I found this place.

They have reasonable prices, they guarantee their repair work for a year and they use great parts! I have been to other well known phone repair shops and they charge an arm and a leg and use inferior parts. I will never go anywhere BUT Quick Mobile repair.

Update: Customer service is great. Although they were unable to fix our iPad Mini 2, they made up for it by replacing it with a new one (refurbished from Apple since they don't make this version anymore). Because of this I'm changing my review to 4 stars. Nick and Josh were as frustrated as we were but didn't bother trying to re-fix it over and over again. In the end they just wanted a satisfied customer and they got it. I really wanted to like this repair shop. Their location is convenient, their prices are right and they promise quick turnaround time. But when we took in an iPad mini to get a broken screen and battery replaced, it turned into a fiasco. The first screen they put in had some problem so they called to tell us they didn’t have another of the same color and had to order it. The 2nd screen also had problems when they replaced it - the technician admitted he broke it while installing - so another day goes by before a 3rd screen was installed and we picked it up the first time. After using it for a day, we noticed that the home button was recessed and kept getting stuck and not level. Also, the battery seemed to be just as bad as the one they supposedly replaced. So we took it back and they replaced the battery and screen again (screen #4). When we took it home his time we noticed that the LCD was wrinkled. So, we took it back again. They were determined to make us satisfied and ended up ordering a new LCD to replace the one that got wrinkled after moving it from 4 other glass screens. At this point they compensated us by giving us two free charging cables for our trouble. But when we went to pick it up this time, before even leaving the store, we noticed that the screen flickered like there was a loose connection or something. So they kept it another day and tried again with yet another screen. So, finally, we got a functional, non-wrinkled, non-flickering screen and a new battery and we thought it was finally fixed. They even installed a glass protector for free which is usually $10 extra. After all that hassle, we’ve now found that the auto lock sensor that turns off the screen when you close the cover is not working (we removed the cover when we took it in for repairs so we didn’t notice this until we used it with the cover at home). Also, after just one day, the home button is recessed again and hard to press. Although it has a 1 year warranty, we’re afraid to to take it back again for fear that something else might get damaged if they take it apart again. To their credit, the guys at Quick Mobile really did try everything they could to make us happy. But in the end, we’re disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. They probably do fine with other devices but they must use inferior parts and/or don’t have enough experience to properly repair an iPad mini.

Josh was my first contact there, ( FYI- there are 2 " Josh's there, I don't know his last initial, but I should,,read on please) and his demeanor, first from my initial phone call, and next, on my visit was exemplary to say the least- here's why: Josh's warm voice was very assuring, so I made the long journey to visit on a SUNDAY- YES! OPEN 🌞. So when I got there, I watched as he expertly juggled three customers at once making them all feel like they were number one. He honestly made me feel very special and this was rare as my previous experience with phone repair places has been abysmal to say the least feeling like I'm going to get ripped off and like I was annoying them all at once ... go figure! He was indeed very accessible to me and answered many many questions over a. Of time as I had a very unusual situation, but I always felt like I would be treated fairly which I ultimately was. They are very lucky to have you and they have a great staff I was also helped by Matt who went over and above for me at a critical time..I was rathet persistant, fyi...Tks to CJ from another location as well as the other Josh. I hope this post gets you a lot of business because you deserve it! I'm sure the location on Bell Road and 56th is also as good. And it's because of the owner and his name is Nick. They were fair and flexible to me I was so impressed. Even outside of other location there were people talking about how CJ was such a " cool guy" when I mention him. Nice to neighbors too I guess. Just QMR culture IMHO... So go there and you should be happy as I was oh, and, if you do a Google review like this as well--you get $5 off,,it doesn't even have to be long like mine LOL! Sign saying 5 off 19th lic.. no sign Dunlap--just ask!!....So saved 5 bucks but most imp. you get best place- I guarantee! ( I've never said that re any bus before)..If not ASK for Nick - quite a guy quite an operation. I wish them all success & I'll def be your customer for life. And other cell repair places had their chances OMGosh did they!! Finally a good, Great one!!! Thanks to EveryOne there for patience & making me feel so well treated.!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! 📱⚡☀✨📈🇺🇸🌈 BEST PLACE!! !!!
