A few weeks ago my husbands phone all of a sudden wanted a password when initially my husband never set one up. After searching various uTube clips we just could not figure this problem out. I suggested we go to Cellairis inside Walmart in Surprise due to I myself had a great experience with them on another issue in the past. We met Miko who was a godsend! After explaining our problem with the phone and to make a long story short he was able to perform a factory reset and VOILA problem solved! Thanks Miko and God Bless You!

Miko did a great job fixing my Apple Watch. This is my second watch with the same boot loop issue, and the Apple store won’t do anything to help you. Miko worked on it trying the least invasive options first. Eventually, he had to open it up and replace the battery and repair some water damage. He kept me notified on what he was doing and didn’t give up on finding the cause of the boot loop. To Cellairis, all the comments talk about Miko doing great work. If he is not a manager/trainer at the shop, he should be. Great work, Miko!

This is a very good site to get your phone repaired. Miko replaced my screen and put on my screen protector. He did an amazing job on the repair and I will definitely come back when my battery capacity gets too low. I even got a lovely case just because of how good the repair is.

So I called close to closing and they told me to come in the next day and I’d be in and out within 20 minutes. Asked if I needed an appointment they told me no that I’d be fine to come in. Show up the next day while their manager Miko was working and he told me there were 2 guys with same phone in front of me but it shouldn’t take but maybe 30 minutes. Since I was already planning on getting breakfast with the kids this was no problem. Also when I arrived the price was a little bit less than what I was originally quoted so I was stoked about that even if it was just 10$. But the cool part is that Miko gave me an extra 10$ off since I had tried to schedule an appointment. Thought that was really above and beyond since he wasn’t the one I talked to the night before and had no way to verify that. Anyways me and the kids go eat and come back within the hour and Miko is there and the phone is all ready to go. With that being said everything went super fast and I couldn’t be more impressed with Miko’s excellent customer service! To me a friendly face and a smile goes a VERY long way. Now I did find out Miko was the manager so perhaps that is why I had such a great experience. But all in all I would highly recommend this place to everyone and will even be back myself for future work as well as getting a screen protector and case for my new phone. Hope this helped and sorry it was so long 😝. This is maybe only the 3-4th review I’ve ever done and I’m 39 so that goes to show how impressed I was! 👌🏻

We took my moms iPad to Cellairis . Her iPad Pro had a bow to it. We thought she may have spilled something to cause this. She always has it in the case. She takes very good care of it. We met Lai at the front desk. He looked at it and immediately knew it was the battery that seized up and caused this. I asked how on earth would this happen. He said it’s about 6 years old, it just happens. He put an order in that day, and told us it would be ready in two days. We we’re so Thankful for all of his help. My mom was so relieved he could fix it. Lai was truly awesome. About a year ago we took it in for a charging port problem and it was Lai! We we’re so Thankful he was still there this time. We truly felt like he would take care of it ❤️ Totally trust him ! We found out he was going out of town to do a huge favor for his sister and that he graduated college with chemical engineering degree. This kind young man I know , has a huge promising career and life ahead of him. He will be missed by my mom when he starts his new life. We wish wonderful, and great things for him. Amazing customer service! I brought my son's tablet in along with the replacement screen, and they scheduled me for the following morning. The repair only took an hour, unfortunately the replacement screen was defective and didn't work. Angela worked with me trying to find an option that would fit us financially as well as getting it done/replaced in a timely manner. It turned out it was cheaper to just replace the tablet itself. After all of her hard work and labor she ended up not charging me for anything. I highly recommend this store (specifically this location) and Angela as your tech.

This place is amazing. I brought my IPhone 6s in with a broken screen and having the recurring issue of boot loading happening over and over again. Angela went through many troubles of troubleshooting to find the problem with my phone. After getting my phone working again, I got a TCB bundle and my phone not only looks good, but I know that it is ensured for damage to the screen and the case. I came into this Wal-Mart to shop and saw this repair shop stopped in and got an estimate for my galaxy S5 by their repair guy Drew he got me in and out in just an hour and a half. Everything was working fine i got a call a couple weeks later and it was Drew checking on my repair and making sure I was happy with the repair. I need my phone for work and I don't wanna waste my weekend getting phone repaired. She stayed over closing time to help me out with a battery issue. The glue that factory puts on these things was really sticky. I swear it was the glue. Take a blacklight and verify on her hands. The had just the right touch to get my phone just right to get it to cooperate. A little tech foreplay and my phone was ready to perform at full capacity. Now i can rely on it all night long and she really knows how to make her customers happy. I left with a big smile on my face. She went above and beyond and I will return for her only to touch all of my needs.

I received outstanding customer service from both Angela and Lai when getting my iphone 8 repaired. I first worked with Angela, who spent a considerable amount of time troublshooting. When it was determined that a part was needed, she said she would order it, and if it did not fix the problem, she would not charge me for it (except for the $30 shop fee). I told her to go ahead and order the part. The part came in a couple days earlier than expected, and they were able to get me a repair appointment that day. Lai is the employee who actually did the repair. He was very friendly and accomodating, and he replaced the part quickly. The whole process, including parts, labor, and tax, only cost me $87. I will definitely return to Cellairis for my future cell phone repair needs.

I cracked the LCD on my phone, they fixed it no problem. A couple days after , my touch screen has been acting up and keeps on freezing on me. Once my phone screen freezes , I’ll have to lock my phone , type in my password all over again just to have my touch screen working. While on vacation in Phoenix my Blackberry PRIV cell phone that I love and use heavily died. It would not charge or come on in any way. My service provider on a land line confirmed it had to be replaced. I also called the company I bought the phone from and they too said I would need a new phone. Then I went to Cellairis in Surprise and had the good fortune to meet Alexia. She was outstanding and looked at all of the options she could think of with no luck but thought our charging connection in the phone needed replacement. She looked and could not find where the replacement part could be sourced so then decided to connect it to her diagnostic PC for another check, When connected for a minute my phone started its normal startup. She then said she pressed the power button and the reduce volume button at the same time holding them both. Alexia said that this is apparently a normal hard both process on all cell phones -- and it worked. We then saw that the phone was almost fully charged so when I left it plugged in overnight it was obviously charging but we could not tell. The phone had gone into a protection mode of some sort. The whole process didn't take long but it was huge for me. Alexia did everything she could to fix my problem - and she did. My phone has worked normally since - and for this there was no charge!! I highly recommend anyone with a cell phone issue to take it to Cellairis in Surprise and hopefully you too will connect with Alexia. What a wonderful experience.
