They do amazing work. Super friendly and fast. I have had over 5 phone repaired there and the quoted price is what they charged. My daughter cracked her screen 2 days after they repaired it and they gave me a discount on the second repair. The staff is super nice and can repair while you wait. I will only take my devices there for repair. They are about $100 cheaper than the apple store and there is normally no wait for service.

I first called this company because they were 1) open on the weekends which not a lot of places are and 2) because of the amount of reviews. And I don’t know about you, but with my phone which I consider my life... I need someone trustworthy to fix my problem. So I proceeded to call this company and I got a VERY quick response... I told this young man by the name of Jude what my problem was and he said he could fix it in 30 min!!!! I thought to myself, no way. He went out of his way to text me directly to my cell the address and I came, dropped it off... and got a bite to eat... Next thing you know, ITS FIXED! 20 min! I can't say enough good things about my experience with KC and cell phone 911. I shattered my phone and had work early the next morning. I called KC at 7:30am and to my surprise he answered even though his shop wasn't supposed to open for another half hour. He told me to come in early and fixed it for me within 15 minutes and put a screen protector on it for me. I believe the total cost for the iPhone screen replacement and screen protector was $85, which is the cheapest you'll find. For the amazing customer service I received I would have happily paid much much more. I have recommended KC to everyone I know with cracked screens, and he will without a doubt be my first call if I crack my phone again in the future!

Dropped my iPhone 7 Plus in the salt river after a tubing accident gone very wrong and fried my whole phone thanks to all the water damage, oxidation & exposure. Contacted multiple reputable companies all of whom refused to work on my phone due to the low likelihood of recovery. However, one store pointed to 911 and said if anyone could fix it, its them. Due to a preexisting issue with my iCloud the only copy of all my data was what was on my phone so getting that back was critical. After over a week of microscopic soldering, chip replacements and extremely detailed and tedious microsurgery my phone is now up and running as I type this review on the very phone that was thought to be unsalvageable a week and a half ago. Not bad. The name of the store is definitely well suited.

Great service! Deshawn helped me right away with my shattered tablet screen. He had to order the screen and when the wrong one was delivered he quickly fixed the problem with the supplier and kept me in the loop. The wait wasn't easy, but it was nice to be told what was happening and he was efficient and quick to repair my tablet screen when he had the right products. DeShawn is the Man!! I called the morning of Saturday 4/15 for an appointment after my S21 screen suddenly went dark the previous night. He was able to get me in that afternoon for some troubleshooting to try to recover data and transfer it to the new phone. That afternoon, he got me on the schedule and was able to put a temporary screen on the broken device and transfered everything over. After the tranfer finished and I restarted the phone, everything came back the same as my previous setup, so awesome! 💯 reccomend DeShawn and CellPhone 911... Quality, integrity and very fair pricing!
