My iPhone 8 Plus charging port needed to be changed I went to this shop and was told $80 for a new port plus labor. I brought my phone to them and was told it would have taken 3 hours to fix it but 1hr later I had received a call from one of the workers and he asked me to go get my phone, when I went to the shop the guy in the front desk had told me that the phone charging port is still good but was loose and they had to tighten it. He did not charge me anything at all. These guys are very honest and will go back to them again next time

Jesus and Tyler we're patient, helpful and generous with their time and advice. I like going here before the Apple Store because it is nearby and they let me know upfront if it is a repair they can make-or if it requires an Apple associate. Have been to this locations at least a half dozen times over the years, and they are efficient and fair. Saved my life a few times!

Went in with two phones for charging port issues. The first thing the gentleman behind the counter offered to do was try cleaning them out (attempted this at home but poorly evidently) to save me money. Turned out to be the exactly the problem, took him maybe all of 5 minutes. Bought a USB cable I didn't need as small thank you. Even if I didn't immediately solve it, I appreciate him attempting a free service before trying anything.

OMG I cannot express enough what a life saver Ryan was. I came in on Wednesday because my Samsung Galaxy S8+ had a small little baby crack on the top right of the screen and just this alone created my whole screen to malfunction (I was so mad). However, when I walked in the store everyone was so nice, the guy at the time told me they could fix it, but the needed a part because my phone was a special edition. Due, to this they were unsure what time the part would come in the next day. I explained to them that I have a work trip I'll be attending and will be traveling early morning Friday. I let them know I needed my phone for the trip. He told me they would do what they could and with that statement he was just being modest. They went above and beyond for me, especially Ryan. He called me the next day and told me they were a little backed up but they got the part and he would do the best he could to fix it. Not only did he fix it without any issues. He finished 40 minutes before close! I was on the other side of town and I let him know I would be a little past 7:00pm and that I was so sorry. He said not a problem and waited past closing time for me. I was well over 10mins and he wasnt upset he kept saying to me "no problem, you're fine". He was so kind, friendly, and even but a new screen protector on my phone for me :) If this is not an example of SUPERB, FANTASTIC, and EXCELLENT customer service, I dont know what is! This was well worth the $250. I was thinking of going to another place who was going to charge me double and I gaurentee their customer service wouldn't of even been close to this. I had a wonderful experience. When you need your phone fixed and you want to make sure you are getting what you pay for I HIGHLY reccommend you come here because they get the job done right and go the extra mile for their customers. THANK YOU RYAN FOR EVERYTHING YOU'RE A LIFE SAVER!

My cell iPhone 12 pro was in a boot loop caused by repairs from some other shop. I needed my screen replaced but they broke my ear speaker and installed it incorrectly causing it to have the boot loop. I came here to have a complete Apple screen and ear speaker replaced at a $400+ cost. They took it in the back and did there magic and fixed the old equipment already installed. The other place installed the ear speaker incorrectly. They fixed it at no cost. Can you believe this no cost. I could not believe this one they told me I will definitely be bringing any phone issues back once again thank you guys great job A+.

These guys are impressively honest. I told them the hdmi and usb-c ports were broken on my laptop and they proved me wrong and wouldn't take payment. Apparently my laptop just needed to be rebooted and since everything worked after that and diagnostics is free, they essentially fixed my computer for nothing. I'll definitely come back for any tech issues!

Went in to get a personally built computer serviced thinking my motherboard was fried and was going to be assessed for parts reclamation but there's some really skilled employees here that found out what was wrong with the board and fixed it in just three days good as new with no charge! This place is incredible and Tyler is a fantastic technician!

Took in my Galaxy tablet to these guys and they were great had to get it rebooted to factory reset, I watched videos off of YouTube to do a factory set and it would not cooperate with me so these guys helped me out a lot got it done within a few minutes thank you guys

Extremely quick and friendly service by Brenden! We came in expecting to deal with a repair/exchange through insurance and there was no ticket listed for the phone. Brenden was very polite and patient as he answered our questions regarding the normal process and why a ticket wouldn’t show up in the system. He then proceeded to not only check the issue of the charging port on that phone, but also on a second phone having issues that we expected to fix on our dime. He cleaned both charging ports out for FREE and got them working again! Then he gave us some tips for keeping them cleaned out, as we’d previously tried to clean them out. (Tiny tweezers and a toothbrush.) Definitely will be back with any future issues!!

Awesome place to get ur electronics fixed. Super friendly staff and they are quick. I brought in my Samsung Note 20 Ultra for the black screen of death. They suggested if it was just the screen then they can replace it on site. It would take 3-4 hours...well, I got a call within 1.5 hours and all was good. Replaced screen with comprehensive function test. I had a $35 glass protective cover on my old screen, but unfortunately they advised that was not part of the warranty :(

I went in there to find out why my phone wasn't charging and the guy said it's probably some debris, let me take it to the back real quick to clean out at no charge. And he brought back to me and my charger plug all the way in and started fast charging right away. Great customer service!

I dropped my phone and the entire screen stopped working. I thought I might need to purchase a new one, but I decided to stop in here. The staff were extremely helpful and suggested I contact my phone insurance carrier to file a claim and get screen replacement service. Once that was done, I left the phone with them and when I returned they had not only replaced the screen, but they had also installed a new battery, and optimized the phone performance. It works like new and it is 4 years old. I absolutely recommend this store.

After dropping my phone in the washing machine I brought it to UbreakiFix on Dysart and McDowell. When I dropped it off it wouldn't even turn on. After they had it for less than 24 hours they were able to restore function but because face ID wouldn't work they didn't charge me ANYTHING!!! This company basically saved me $800 because now I am able to trade in my phone (for $800) to get a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I went back to the store to say thank you and try to pay them something since they have helped me TREMENDOUSLY but they wouldn't take a dime! I can't say enough good things about this company. They saved me money AND even more importantly saved my pictures, contacts (which I need for work) and all my apps with tons of information I need. Great staff at uBreakiFix!!!!! Thank you again!!!!

I came here to get my PC diagnosed, as I could not get a video signal to a monitor. The free diagnostic looked like a great value. I gave them a call two days later, and they told me that they were not able to 100% fix the issue. You can't really fault them, they can only do so much. I picked up the PC three days later, and they told me that their attempt was free of charge. The customer service was very responsive each time I called, and I would strongly recommend this place.

First I just want to say Brenden is awesome!! I called first and spoke with him, very helpful and patient with all my questions! I came in last minute with my iphone xs that wouldn’t stop restarting in recovery mode but wouldn’t restore, and in just under 5 minutes he had it working!! Super helpful and not even apple support had it working when I tried them first! Great customer service I will come here from now on!

They open at 10 and I was early. They replaced my phone battery for a reasonable price. And had it done in 4 hours. Now my phone works much better. The guys I talked to were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wouldl go to them again.

My Nintendo switch got some water damage and didn't want to charge. I took it to this place and after 2 days I got a call back that they are finished with the repair. They said it was just some dirty connectors and they cleaned them and now it works perfectly. Best of all they did this for no charge. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need something repaired.

Today I took my aunts Galaxy S9 in for a earpiece speaker to be repaired she couldnt hear nothing though it. I dropped it off was informed it would be 100.00, when i arrived for pick up i was informed nothing was wrong with the earpiece speaker and that screen protector was just covering it basically muting the sound and all they had to do was cut the piece of the screen protector that was covering it. In the end i was charged nothing 0.00... THEY ARE HONEST THEY ARE EFFICIENT THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE THEY ARE WORTH YOUR BUSINESS they could have told me they made the repair and charge me, But they didnt and they were completely honest. If i could give them 10 stars i would. I highly recommend them and i will be using them more in the future for my electonics......

I had broken my Galaxy S10+ and was pretty stressed out. There was a large crack on the top right side of the screen, and my sensors weren't reacting. The lights were flashing white and green, and I knew I was in for a very expensive fix. Took it here, and it surprisingly only costed me around the $350 mark(Samsung basically wanted me to buy another phone) , but it was absolutely worth it. It only took them around 3 hours, and they did a fantastic job. It was good as new, and I was actually shocked at how great of a job they did! This absolutely beats buying a new phone, or going somewhere else. They will fix your phone, and they will fix it well. Worth every penny.

Excellent Service! I was seen to right away, and a very knowledgeable worker actually helped me out quite a bit! I expected to have a huge repair, costing me $50 or more, but instead they were honest, told me they could fix the problem for free, and then they did. It took about 15 minutes and my phone works even better than how I got it. I will definitely be coming back here if I have any further issues, and recommending it to my friends who need repairs. More convenient than a mall kiosk, and four times as clean! Thank you!

I was in Phoenix at a business conference and my iPhone stopped charging properly. I was stressed because I’m on the road the next week and have to have my phone. This place was the closest repair shop I could find so I drove over. When I explained what was wrong, they were quickly able to diagnose that I had gotten something lodged in the charging port. Within 2-3 minutes, they were able to remove the foreign object and get the phone to charge again. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend.

I unfortunately broke the tip of the lightning cable in my iPad 4 charging port and could not easily get it out. I called uBreakiFix, and they told me to bring it by for them to look at it. I was fully expecting that I would need to replace the charging port. After a short wait, the technician came back with my iPad, and stated "all fixed". They had successfully removed the broken piece, and to top of it off, they did not charge me for the repair. Phenomenal customer service!!

The Gentleman I talked to was GREAT, and very knowledgeable. When I went there I couldn't hear anything , and whoever i called couldn't here me. I could here the incoming ringtones. That was all. My phone wasn't charging and the Apple store wanted to charge me 279 bucks to replace the charging port. I called uBreakiFix and they said they could do it for $69. When I took it in, Zack told me to hang tight, that it might just be dirty. I had tried to clean it out earlier, so I didn't think that was the problem. 5 minutes later, he brought it out working good as new, and didn't charge me a dime. These guys are honest and friendly, and the only place I'll take my Mac stuff for repair from now on.

Excellent same day service. I dropped my phone and total spider webbed the screen from top to bottom. They replaced my screen and made sure there was no other damage to my phone. It was fixed within 3 hours off dropping it off. They accept my phone insurance and that's all it cost was the $45 deductible.

Was having problems charging my phone so I took it in expecting to get it repaired. Before they broke it apart, the guy cleaned the port just to find out there was a piey of plastic stuck in it, and it worked perfectly fine afterwards. Best thing Is that he did it free of charge. Could have easily screwed me over but didn't, and that I respect.

Daughter broke her iPhone 8 screen, it had a spider web crack covering most of the top of her screen. Took it to their Goodyear location, they were amazing. Fast appointment set up, only took an hour, picked it up and the phone looked brand new again. I even purchased an additional screen protector from them which they applied for me. Thx UbreakiFix. They got it so that I can retrieve my data,pictures and contacts from it but declared it unrepairable. They did all of this for no charge. This service saved me so much time, money, and headaches. A piece of metal from my charger had somehow broken off and was stuck inside of my iPhoneX. Later that morning I took my phone into UbreakiFix, Goodyear. The metal piece was removed, and I was happily on my way quicker than the time it took google to load these search results. I called and asked if they could fix something they don't normally fix and luckily there's an awesome young man that works there named Zach. He said bring it on in and if he can do it he will. I brought it down and about 7 minutes after handing it off to him he came back and it looked as good as new. I got home, reassembled the item and it works perfectly! This place is so awesome. I took my iPad in here to get fixed a few weeks ago because my son dropped it COMPLETELY shattering the screen. Aly was extremely helpful and was able to get my iPad back to seemingly perfect condition. It's crazy; it both looks and works like it was never dropped in the first place. I DIDN'T BREAK IT THE BATTERY DID! I was concerned about the battery exploding on me so I opened a case with google. That took way too long so I began asking around at work for advice and was lead to this store. They were able to solve my problem by replacing the battery and the back case of the phone. They even charged the new battery for me. I didn't want to wait for the thing to fail or worse and so these guys took care of me.

This place is amazing!!! I wish they had global stores!! My Mac was no longer working and I shattered my iPad4. I had a short amount of time to get this fixed because I had to catch a plane and return home. I was only in AZ for a quick visit. I was worried about the time of a repair. I googled the best places to get a repair and UBreakiFix popped up. I was extremely happy with the service and time it took for them to fix both of my issues!! When I say my screen was shattered, I mean I could put my finger inside the iPad. Pieces of glass were missing and I'm pretty sure I could have cut myself. I thought it was a goner! They fixed it the very next day (I dropped it off at closing and it was ready that morning). My Mac gave me this blue screen (of death) and then wouldn't let me log in to my admin account. I was also unable to reinstall the OS to fix the issue. I was sure it was doomed as well. They ran a FREE diagnostic and called me with the result. They couldn't find the issue with the blue screen so they asked me to come back in and we can take a look together. Each associate I worked with was polite and knowledgeable. I was so thankful they were willing to take the extra time and make sure my Mac was working properly before I boarded the plane to fly home. Talk about AMAZING customer service. I would recommend this place for sure. Some may say that it is expensive but to me it was fair pricing. Apple would not replace my product because my Apple Care expired. This place surely beats buying a brand new iPad or MAC. They have my computer working like new and the IPad looks brand new also! Plus you get a warranty on the product to law sure you are satisfied. Brought in a phone today. In less than 90 minutes the phone was opened, fixed and returned to me in the most prompt and most courteous manner. That's what I call service!! I highly recommend this shop. I will definitely be back !!

Fast and well done job on my poor phone. My s6 edge was shattered badly and it's like new again. The back was scratched from having the seal broken and the home button doesn't feel the same, but I now can see my screen! It sure beats getting a whole other phone.
