It's important to give credit where credit is due. For me it's either 1 star or 5 stars. In this case I would give 10 stars to this young saleswoman. She went above and beyond my expectations. This young salesperson (Rachel Guidry?) ask me a couple of questions and had a the Apple Ultra watch with in minutes. Se was kind, considerate and UTRA Professional. Being deaf its often hard to connect what someone is saying. She must of gathered that I was impaired and knew how to connect. I went from window shopping for The Apple 8 Ultra, to a closed deal. Will repeat!

Been coming to this location for many years. They moved into the bigger corner store a few years ago. Very spacious. The faces have changed over the years but everyone who has worked here is very knowledgeable of the merchandise and plans. Ask for Chris as he is my go to guy. Rona has this place looking like a ghost town. They have removed all the seating. But still an enjoyable experience.

I really like coming here to pay the phone bill!!! The updates in paying makes it easy and you're out in no time. The only setback is the distance getting there. There aren't kiosk machines in my neighborhood like the one here on Cottman Av. I've tried another location on Germantown Av., but the machine wouldn't accept personal checks.

I've been using this store for five years, and the staff there is always knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Today in particular, I went in because my new phone was completely frozen and just past the return date. Chad and the manager worked for about an hour to get the problem solved without me having to wait for a new phone. It was a life saver. Plus, they just expanded the store space so there's plenty more to check out in there.

I love this store location. The first time I came to this store in April 2018 the people were really nice but it took a long time for my iPhone 8 Plus to be activated and for them to send me the notification that it was ready to be picked up. Today I went back to the same location and I had the best rep in the entire store. He set up my phone, had good conversation, very knowledgeable, educated and he explained everything to me because I had no idea how to work the iPhone XS Max. Thank you so much Markel you made my experience so worth it! I will be coming back to this location for all my phone needs!

Take the employees off of commission so they can actually care about the customer. Commission sales turns people into savages. If I declined insurance, why is it on my bill? The answer.....they get credit for adding it to our accounts. I went to add a phone line to my account...the service was 10 times better than when I’m in there for other reasons that don’t involve purchasing something. I wonder why. **sarcasm.

It was the worst. I'd say at least 3 workers should be terminated iimmediately. I went there 3 times in 2 days and was refused assistance by 3 workers. A young man eventually assisted me the first day. The second day he was off and I went there twice that day. No one helped me. I eventually had to delete all my photos and contacts. Then re-enter my contacts 1 by one. I was on tech support more that 2 hours with no success. I vision a change of company's in the near future. Been here many times without incident. Had Verizon many years and never experienced such awful customer service. Additionally. The stars don't seem to allow me to post 1 star. That would be for cleanliness.

They people at the Verizon store are wonderful but the the policy makers at Verizon SUCK ROTTEN EGGS! I can't speak to a live customer service representative because I have pre-pay plan. I guess pre- pay customers must be second class and are denied the privilege of speaking to a customer service representative on their cell phones!

Great Verizon store, has to be the best in the area! The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Everyone was smiling and offering to help me when I recently visited. I felt extremely welcomed, and they took care of everything for me with ease. The vibe here is extremely vibrant and energetic ... If you have any issues and need help, I suggest you visit this VW.

Went to a different store in the city and was told they couldn't accept my phone for a trade in due to a 2 cm chip in the casing above my volume button. My phone had become nearly inoperable...I had to use speakerphone just to hear phone calls and I could no longer listen to music using headphones. After getting the run around there, I expected the same story at this location. Boy was I surprised. Not only did they accept my phone trade-in (they said it looked to be in great condition), they hooked me up with a great phone a few months before my upgrade date by getting me set up on the edge plan. Great customer service, great phone selection. I highly recommend this Verizon store compared to others in the Philly area.

Customer service is okay...but there has be some commission going on, because the sales reps are extremely aggressive and pushy. There's someone to ambush/meet you at the DOOR, to lock a sale. It's great if you're actually in there to buy something. But if you're in there merely to pay your bill and move on, they're just an annoyance. The payment kiosk is positioned in a back corner of the store, forcing you navigate a gauntlet of predatory sales reps :). Sometimes it's better to back off a little and give customers some breathing room. Stand at the desk, and let someone walk up to you when they're ready. They just POUNCE on you! They're lightning quick to jump on you, but slow as a snail to process your order :)! Other than that, no complaints!

Purchased the new Droid Turbo from a different Verizon store. At the time of purchase I did not want a case however later changed my mind within a few days. The Droid Turbo has a limited selection of cases that fit. I did my homework online and narrowed down to two brands. On the Verizon site, both were out of stock. I went to the Verizon store at the Willow Grove Mall and the store in Abington on Old York Rd. None had cases for the Turbo and the overall selection of accessories was pathetic. I also called a couple of retailers in the area, none had the case I was looking for. I finally called the Cottman store and spoke w/Mario and told him what I was looking for, to my surprise they had available! Later that day I went to the store and was completely overwhelmed with the huge selection of accessories. It was an entire wall of "you name it, we have it". This is now my go to store.
