Visited this store today and received excellent service from Brianna & Raymond. They are both very knowledgeable and provide details about the products to inform your purchase. The store was extremely busy but the staff remained calm, and told people they would help them as soon as they could. Their professionalism inspired confidence in the waiting customers who knew they would be in good hands once it was their turn.

She also alerted us to an almost free upgrade on one of our other phones. She made sure we understood all the costs, installed our screen savers and made the process very pleasant. Quick interaction and i was very pleased. After the fact, however, I've now discovered that not all my contacts, texts, pictures were transferred over to my new phone. And I'm struggling to try to do it myself. Also, no screen protector was offered (do i need it?), And i don't know if i have a phone protection plan, as that wasn't discussed. 🤷‍♂️

Lee sanders and Ray Albright were a pleasure to deal with. I am not the most tech savvy person but they explained the process of upgrades, features, transferring data, They were very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. There was some trouble with activating the phone and they really went above and beyond to figure out what to do. They were also very pleasant when dealing with the other people in the busy store and were very effective in solving many problems at once, and were very efficient in multitasking while juggling many people.

Brianna made the trip wonderful. My brother, who had two strokes earlier this year, and lost part of his eyesight has been having a devil of a time getting a phone that worked. He was with a competitor who wouldn’t help him. Finally, I decided to put him on my phone service. I bought the phone in West Chester on Saturday, thought everything was fine, and found out today, that it had never been activated. I came into the store in S. Philly, where I live with my brother and my daughter. Brianna couldn’t have been nicer. She was patient, friendly and professional getting the phone activated, and ready to go by the time we left all smiles. That’s why we’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years. Anybody can sell you a phone, but it’s the service you get when there’s a problem that makes the difference. Brianna went above and beyond and we wanted to thank her.

After chatting with a very informative Verizon representative, I discovered to bring the Internet completely into my home I needed an additional FiOS TV One Mini. Sooo, to save shipping and delivery costs I was given 2 near wireless locations, needless to say I was smacked dabbed in the middle of both locations. I contacted the location I felt was the easiest venture. Heart in mouth, cautiously I took the longest route, but I made it to The Snyder Avenue Shopping Center, where I spotted The Verizon Wireless store. I parked in an ample parking space and I began to feel at ease since the car was safe and the trip was short. As I entered I noticed a calm business atmosphere going on, so I donned my HR attitude and proudly walked over to a very nice sales representative who began to assist with the item that I needed. Mikeo(?) provided me the necessary installation info as well as he showed me a mobile phone replacement and scheduled a date for me to return see the phone. Long story short, confidently and more assured I took a shorter but more direct route, in the rain this time back to the Verizon Wireless store. Mikeo was there, the phone wasn't what I expected, I promised to come back again. Both visits were very good, the store was clean, neat and comfortable. The sales representatives were responsive and seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. Happiness is my 100% Fios ready house! Merry Christmas 🎄 to all and to all FiOS!

Went into the store on Friday to update my iPhone 12 to an iPhone 14 Pro. Mico was very helpful and a very patient representative. Phone wasn’t in stock so I needed to wait for it to be shipped to the store. Delivery date was today (delivered this morning to the store), but I didn’t hear from the store until the afternoon in which I was informed that the phone wasn’t in the box. I was told that phones are being stolen before being delivered to the store, but I’m disappointed that wasn’t addressed with me while I was in the store in person last week. If the store is aware of this issue, then they should find an alternative way to make sure the devices are delivered securely. Because of this, I had to reorder the phone and since it’s on back order I have to wait til the middle of the month to get it. Regardless of this happening, I will be going back to the store to trade in my old phone after transferring to new phone and asking them to apply a new screen protector. I recommend going here, but if you’re asked for an option for shipping - have it go directly to your house.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and easy transfer for service and phones. changing my review because now that I have tried to use the "find my phone" to find my cell phone i realized that the person who set up my phone spelled my name incorrectly and made my apple ID an incorrect name now I need to change it all and learn how to do it because I've never had an iphone so I am on hold with apple support which i did not want to do.

Can't fault the store for the company messing up. I upgraded my internet connection today and the Verizon website said to just show up to the store and the equipment would be ready to pick up. And even said no need to call. They had no record of my order when I got there and calling support didn't get me anywhere either. I now have to start the process over again.

Devastating news from a teenager. Dad, my phone is broke. You know how it works. It must be replaced ASAP. Either insurance or upgrade. Fortunately this one was due for an upgrade and the wife volunteers to go get it. Makes it last thing on her to do list and almost does not get to the phone store in time. Arriving with minutes to spare before closing she encounters Lawrence who not only helped her but stayed well beyond closing and according to the wife, even helped fix up the family plan which was actually out of data. Wife comes home with new phone in hand and great story to tell of Lawrence's excellent service. Asked me to write this review. I happily obliged. Happy wife happy life. Happy teenager helps.

Under staffed and no queue! When I arrived, only two employees, one who just got in around 115 PM ! There was no sign up, or queue or way of establishing why you were there. I was picking up FIOS equipment, already paid for. Took 35 minutes for one of them to ask, they broke into an existing customer to check me out, which took all of 90 seconds. A lady behind me had equipment to return, another 90 second transaction. She had been there 25+ minutes when I left.

I visited the Verizon store yesterday to swap some equipment. The experience was by far the best I have ever had in a retail environment. I don't make it a practice to write reviews, but the service that was provided to me was outstanding and worth sharing. It's clear that Total Customer Satisfaction is the goal of this location and they clearly achieved that during my visit. If I need to visit a Verizon location in the future, the Columbus Blvd location will be my choice!

I started a new service with Verizon yesterday and went to pick up the new router. As you can imagine, due to Covid-19 the store was operating at limited capacity but people still need their services provided. Luckily Joe C. was on the job. While getting me set up, he encountered an error message in the system hat he had never seen before. Nevertheless, he sat with me patiently as he continued to field multiple phone calls from other customers throughout the duration of my visit. He displayed excellent customer service skills, multitasking proficiency, and a dedication to problem solving. Not only did he ultimately handle my internet issue but he also spoke to a customer service representative to ensure that I would not have to make another trip back to store. Joe is an incredible person who Verizon is fortunate enough to have manning their store during these trying times. Thanks again Joe!
