This was such a great experience! Mohammed and his co worker(I wish I got his name) really bailed me out at the end if their business day. And they were super friendly, good thing my meter was up or I'd have kept bending their ears. They replaced the screen on my Samsung and got me ready for my vacation the next day. THANKS GUYS!!!

Have a Galaxy S20 ultra and I had the "white screen of death" earlier in the week. Did some research and figured I would need a new display. I Googled various repair places and chose the ubreakit location on Walnut Street. (Actually it's on 12th st) I made a appointment and got there at 11 am, by 12:30 I had my phone back. 3 days down and it's working great. The repair was pricey but so was the phone. I give them kudos 👏 came in, skeptical, left singing their praises 😁.

I guess they are now owned by Asurion, which was simple for me as a Verizon phone customer I’m provided insurance services from Asurion. I made a claim online to get my screen repaired, and they did a fantastic job on my iPhone 13 pro max in a bit under the hour it was repaired and back to new

UBreakIFix was incredibly helpful and fixed my phone quickly (in less than 5 minutes) and for free! My charger had broken off inside of the charging port and the employee who helped me told me he didn’t feel comfortable charging me for the fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back if I have future issues!

They were very helpful with my TV and they told me that if I had any other devices they could possibly fix them as well. They offer insurance for phones as well as for other devices and their prices are reasonable in today's economy. I forgot, their entrance is actually on 12th Street and I drove by it the first time I went there.

Craig @ubreakifix was beyond amazing with helping me with fixing my cracked screen. From the initial phone call, with easy directions to get to the store & ultimately fixing my phone. Which works perfectly now! Also, there was a guy I didnt get his name he was so patient with me assisting me with modifying my original appointment which was a set for at another location, he was very responsive & without him calling and assisting me with modifying my appointment and claim i would have gotten my phone fixed today! All the guys were seriously terrific! Also, the store was so clean & had various hand sanitizers! With covid numbers rising I was so happy to see that! Great location, & they will get the job done! The best customer service!!

They saved my life!! I thought all was lost with my laptop. I forgot my password, but then tried fixing it myself and made things worse. HP recommended them and I found the Center City location right near my job. Kelvin was very professional when I called and that the service I needed was one they provided. Craig was also very helpful and professional. He explained what needed to be done once I arrived in the store and how long it would take. Craig and his team upgraded my laptop's M.2 NVME SSD, from 512GB to 2TB. Craig is very knowledgeable and experienced, treats people with respect, and he almost has OCD about keeping customers happy. Finally, I found a reliable computer repair shop in Philadelphia, after "auditioning" 4 shops for this service and prior repairs. Yay, no more purported wise guys turning $2000 laptops into paper weights for me. Ubreakifix: the repair you need, quickly, accurately, with no BS. What a great business!!!
