The delivery was on time, easy pickup. A nice clean place to pickup your packages. The store owner very very nice, friendly, and very attentive to my needs as to why I was there. He was a very helpful and respectful person. It was the best experience. I will have my packages delivered there again They have nice phones too.

Customer service was awesome. Went in, not sure what to expect, being this was my first time visiting the store. I was greeted courteously as I walked in with a kind, "how may I help you today!" Told agent that I wasn't sure how this works, but I'm here to pick up a package. I showed him my phone barcode. He said perfect, this makes it easy to retrieve your package quickly. I was in & out.
