This place is amazing! I usually go to get my phone screen fixed at the apple store for $40 all together. One of the employees, Taylor, helped me with my cracked phone screen, gave me exactly what I needed, and had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Definitely check out this spot before you go to the apple store.

Listen- I came into this place with a shattered phone and stripped screws. I thought my phone was a lost cause. It took the tech like 15 mins to have me all repaired with a new screen. They also offer official apple products which is rare for Philadelphia. Fair prices as well.

Man—I was in and out today in under 15 minutes! I came in with a cracked screen and a random white light going down the middle of it. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but he’s legit! I came by on a Sunday, so make sure yall come by on a Sunday and get the same young gentleman that worked on my phone. All in all, this place is a good jawn 👌🏽. I recommend this spot to everyone!!! PULL UP!

They really saved my lenovo without incurring any infringements with my lenovo warranty. My lenovo was having alot of battery issues and could only be booted when plugged in. Being a programmer, its heart wrenching to see my computer constantly making beeping noises as if it had a heart beat because of battery firmware issues. I already defaulted to a mindset that my lenovo cannot be salvaged. This repair shop recovered my computer in a nick of time, faster than I can do anything with amazon and let me have classes with my computer again. This is something that visits to lenovo customer service and repair in the span of 2-3 years never resolved.

I like that they are open every day so they are always accessible. Had a new charge port (which I had to wait for after ordering) put in my Pixel 3, brought it home and it did not work. Had to return to the store again after they ordered a new part, and I waited again. Second time, and so far the repair is like new. The turn around time for the replacement parts was just a day or two, one time it was over a Sunday. These guys were thoroughly professional with me, and they know their stuff. I have had my iPhone 6s for two years and was pretty sure I would have to get a new phone even though I have been happy with it. The phone stopped powering up and after buying a new lightning cable the problem continued. The people at the Verizon store referred me here to diagnose the problem and within about 30 mins I had the charging port and battery replaced. Good to go now and the phone will hopefully last another two years if I continue to take care of it and don’t upgrade. Excellent, quick, efficient service. And much cheaper than buying a new phone. Appreciate the service!

I was on a work call (yes I had my case on my phone), I walked to grab a drink and my phone dropped and my screen cracked! UGH! I need this for work. We called several other places: one place had a landline that didn't work (What!?), another didn't have the services advertised. I prayed and then saw Philly Phone repair. They were willing to help me out in a matter of hours! I went the next day and just as promised. Screen replaced in under and hour. What can I say. Well worth the call. My tech was amazing! Need I say more? I hope not to have to come back, but if I need to this is it!

I made an appointment online after reading Yelp reviews. I had a severely cracked screen on an Iphone 5s. After checking in I was told it could be fixed with no problem in 20 minutes. after 20 minutes on the dot the screen had been replaced and and was as good as new! The fix cost $50 (+4 with tax) super affordable compared to other options and quick service!

I had an unknown problem with my I-phone and sought out repair services in center city. Went to Staples and they said they could repair it for about $150 plus another $30 for screen protector. Ouch... Took it to Phone Repair Philly and they fixed it while I was having lunch and it looks and works like new. Joe was very nice and explained everything up front including the cost of $60. Couldn't be happier with quick service and price. And they included a new screen protector at no cost. Finally a business I can gladly endorse.

The repair seems good, conscientiously done and fast (about 30 minutes to replace a broken screen). That's the important part. But they originally quoted me $140 then charged $150+ tax when the same repair with the same parts at the manufacturer authorized repair chain costs $120. Also they say that selecting the more expensive OEM screen comes with a free screen protector, but since they didn't have any that fit my model I was out of luck. Annoying.
